Staff are not friendly! Not recommended!

Too bad you have to give 1 Star.
We stood with the Family a little below the Beer Garden about 1-2 minutes on the Meadow belonging to the restaurant when we were immediately referred to the Meadow. Very unkind! It doesn't get any more Unkindly than that. Maybe we would have arrived with the Family later, but not like that!
By The way: The Beer Garden and the Restaurant were occupied with a total of 2 People, the Weather was also Modest, it was easy and a Thunderstorm was in The Tailor!

1 euro to use the toilet while you are a guest. My 4 year old needed to go really bad and their answer was: not my problem. They're out of their freacking minds! He almost started screaming at me. Last time I came in here.

Kids were not even allowed to go to the bathroom, as we didn’t have any change. We offered to pay with EC card, or get it on top of our lunch fee… and he told us to go to hell, that it was 1 € each, even for 6 years old kid, even in case of urgent pipi need. And that he didn’t care the least if our kids peed their pants…

From up here you have a great view over Winterberg. In the café you can relax with a cup of coffee very well. Here the guest also gets something to eat. The Bobhaus even makes advertising with the most expensive curry sausage in NRW. Where it should not be taken literally. Where else is it just as expensive. It is a nice place to stay. The staff is also attentive and friendly.

Nice establishment in Winterberg. Had to wait a long time for food and drinks however and the waiter was not easy to reach.

Some reviews here are really inappropriate, but does the otherwise friendly operator team really have to step up each time? The inclined reader will certainly also be able to make his thoughts…
In any case, I'm here for the third time and I can't understand the bad service. But I am also convinced that, at least on the terrace, you pay for the view. But there are also enough alternatives…

We were there Sunday and we had a drink.
We were assigned a table, which unfortunately was a not really comfortable beer garden set.
The hot drinks were good, which I also expect more than at the sporting prices.
The service was so far okay.

Crowded, overpriced filthy coffee and you have to pay to use the bathroom. Also icy dangerous trip to the front door on the opposite site of the building. When you manage to get a seat fast service though. Do yourself a pleasure (as we would say in Holland) and go 50 meters downhill to Panorama. Better in every regard.

Bad service. We ordered too much. We asked if it could be changed half a minute later. But it was not possible.

Great place for ski lunch. Direct but very Friendly staff that tries to speed up everything as much as possible, very efficient.

At peak times one is placed at a table to others. Although other areas are still completely free. Perhaps a strategy to ensure despite Full House fast service (which also succeeds), but not everyone's thing, therefore only 4 stars. Otherwise everything was good.

I can only say something to the takeaway. The bun to pea soup was certainly from the day before and is therefore already quite hard. The pea soup in itself was okay. However, the value for money does not really fit.

The food is okay, the price is set very high in my opinion. The choice quite small. For a lunch while skiing ok.

Very bad hotel. Misleading website. Unfriendly for children, not suited as a family hotel. Restaurant and bar are not open after 6 pm. In the evening everything is closed and you need to enter your room by a back door. To be honest to worst hotel I have ever visited. Personal is rude and unfriendly.

€4, 90 for a tea bag of Messmer. 4.90 for a French fries, Mayo and ketchup per 60ct, curry sauce 2.80 (! ).
The prices are really rude. Toilet access only with €1 but not subsequently — allocated when you pay —. Customer service is different.

Unfortunately, for the price totally over-priced finished products — Toilettenzugang only on the hub! Yesterday, we are in the context of a skiing day in the noon in the Bobhaus has returned. We have a free table to be found and were also served quickly. Once we have the map wondering, but our 3 kids needed a break, and all were hungry. The prices on site do not match those on the website — for example, Currywurst with French fries — 10, 80€, Spaghetti Bolognese 10, 80€, chips 6€, Schnitzel with French fries 12, 80€ no idea whether there is a special "Feiertagskarte" was. So we have 3 great Apple cider, a cyclist, 2 times Spaghetti, the Minihaxe, a beef soup and a steak with fries ordered — there are also on demand no children's portions, like it is actually from all the Restaurants and ski lodges in the Alps to know. The drinks came quickly, the food part too — the steak but was, unfortunately, forgotten, and only after 2 times, Remember resupplied. Unfortunately, corresponded to the quality and the quantity not the price — Schnitzel. French fries and Kattoffelpüree were definitely finished products — the noodles for the children were regular portions with very little Sauce, the steak with Fries for my husband were much more of a Kinderportion and the Minihaxe was really small — I also have never had a Knuckle with only a bone saw — no idea what this Knuckle was.

Familienunfreundliches Restaurant if you are with children in the grounds, walking around the waiter asked "would you like something to drink, otherwise, please exit immediately the plot". I think it is very touristenfeindlich since you are afflicted feels. I know otherwise in any Restaurant in Winterberg and its surroundings. Management should consider whether the appropriate behaviour of their employees (maybe they have a statement to do this). Will there definitely be no hinempfehlen.

The Service is great, because you must have no fear to die of thirst, and the food is super tasty. The hotel rooms are very clean and well maintained! Since we already have many years to go there, I can say that I speak from experience.
