Gasthof Hotel Plumhoff Hotel

Small, no separate bathroom, but super friendly.

It is a pity that you are not allowed to distribute negative stars. We could not take our trip due to a death case. We then contacted Mrs Plumhoff by phone. She said the cancellation would only work via booking. But in reality she has to confirm that she has concealed it. Three days later we now get a bill from the accommodation with the additional text: we would be liars and storytellers. Unbelievable how to deal with a difficult situation. We're going to put this thing to a lawyer now. You only have to read the reviews here and at booking and you have an exact overview of this company. In retrospect we have heard from friends from Hünfeld that this accommodation has had their best years and that no one can recommend staying there.

Not a good hotel!
The services do not correspond to the price! The rooms are totally recoverable! The furniture squeaks on every little touch, the shower head even had molds, the bedding should have been replaced years ago and you could hear every slight noise from the outside! I don't even want to start talking about the urine smell in the hallway! Moreover, during our absence, the landlady was in our room without asking if it is okey for us! You could have had the decency to ask beforehand if the guests agree! I mean a bit of privacy could have been given to us as our entire personal belongings have been found in this room!
That's why I advise everyone from this hotel!
