Good location. Good food and service.

Centrally located.
You can easily reach everything on foot. Can leave the car in the paid parking lot.
More than adequate breakfast and clean large rooms.
We will definitely come back!

Breakfast was fine even if the period was a bit short (8am-10am). Our W-lan worked only in a very limited manner. Due to the wlan we also wanted to talk to a competent one in the hotel, unfortunately the reception to which you should contact is only occupied by 08:30 — 18:00. No one could be reached under 2 of the 3 telephone numbers given, only under the third number which was explicitly advertised for emergencies could be reached by someone. Under the "emergency number" one was fobbed off with the excuses that the internet connection in Wernigerode was generally very jumpy and that a technician could come the next morning at the earliest.
In short: For us the first and last time.

Good breakfast, and fine bedroom and bath. The streets on three sides of the building are however quite noisy.

Great location. Easy walking distance to Town center. Breakfast not included. 9€ but well worth every penny. Hosts very helpful. Do not speak English though if you do not speak German. Very clean. Have a free Sauna if you are interested… Beds comfy. Pets allowed, if you wish. Worth the stay!

Here we have two nights slept. The Hotel benefits with its proximity to the castle and the city centre. The room was very nice and we have very well slept. The Breakfast tasted very good, it was extensive and much of it was freshly prepared. The greatest praise we want the staff to pronounce. They were all very friendly and hiflsbereit. All in All was the stay a memorable one. Thanks!

Top hotel… super friendly staff.

We spent a whole. The views of the hotel and the food in the old Amtshaus are really fantastic. The beds are really top. The location of the hotel on the main road is, however, not as much fun. The bathroom is very small and tight. A broken towel bar was not repaired. The promised cable TV consists of five stations (particularly bad when it rains times longer). The promised garage could not be used because the entrance is parked to complete. Does provide good because his car at the start of the holiday on the farm and no longer be used otherwise looking for you every day a car park. But the staff is everything really so still every guest is happy and basically succeed that also.
