Very friendly welcome with all the necessary information. The rooms are friendly, very clean and equipped with all the things needed. As the hotel is located in the centre of Wernigerode, short distances. Breakfast is very varied and delicious, especially the offer of fresh fruit.
We have spent very relaxing days in this hotel and are happy to come back.

The stay in the apartment was very comfortable. We had a very nice holiday. The staff is very friendly and happy to provide information. The breakfast was very good and varied. We are happy to come back.

Were there for the third time now by motorcycle. Each time a different room/apartment and all were well equipped. Breakfast is plentiful and has a sufficient choice. The boss is great. I hope again next year.

Very nice room, clean. The breakfast was great and the hotel owners and staff always friendly and helpful. The location in the centre of town is perfect. We were already 2 x there and come back safely.

The hotel is centrally located in Wernigerode. We had a very nice and large apartment with its own (well equipped) kitchen. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and tasty. The sauna area is comfortably furnished. WLAN has worked very well everywhere.

We go every year and we like it again and again! There is a free Wi-Fi network, which also works quite well, but could be expanded a little in the far corner. The breakfast buffet has a great variety.

Super hotel room, breakfast also great. Only the beds took getting used to. Otherwise, everything great and good location.

Spacious rooms, big bathroom — if you're lucky room with view to the castle.
The breakfast is plentiful and the staff very friendly and helpful.
The Wi-Fi in the hotel is a bit weak (unstable) — and at the parking spaces it is advantageous to show in time — in the evening it can be scarce…
However, the location is unique — the centre can be reached directly via the courtyard by a small corridor — and yet it is quietly located!

Super hotel, right in the Centre of Wernigerode, with Castle views and delicious breakfast!

We came up with 20 people and everybody was very happy. The potato Feast was rustic and very nice service. It liked in the tapas restaurant, unfortunately had the boss "not his best day", but the food and drinks, served by professional, has some betting made warm employees.

Beautiful new house located in the city centre without the noise but in the middle of it. I had room 16 at the very top with separate Bedroom, all new, 1 Meter TV (no extra fee), view to the Brocken, large Breakfast buffet with homemade cakes, Parking is available on site, but unfortunately too few. Very good choice of this house, with a friendly Team.

Am 1-2x a year geschätlich in Wernigerode, which has ever Since been in this house come from. The rooms are spacious, pleasantly furnished and clean. Quiet but Central location in the pedestrian zone. About half of the rooms offer a beautiful view of the castle Wernigerode formation. Beds are comfortable. The Sauna will be heated. The Breakfast is rich and very tasty. Coffee is a moot point, I drink here, dear tea :-) Even if it is to get tight — a lot was always present. Always happy to come back.

My mother and I have on Friday around 12: 30 PM checked in and found the first empty Desk. I personally know this is not a Hotel — I have never seen, that we do not accordingly were greeted with a short instruction and information on the location, Breakfast times, etc (for me it was a freestyle in a good Hotel). Only at the edge: Very posted was not the Hotel, so there was certainly a stressigere times there! So we had in the empty office to wait and a phone number to call (the PC was on and some of the hotel data were disclosed — a rogue who thinks Evil, or perhaps even does)! After several minutes of pastime (Flyer study) came the woman of the house and was a bit confused but still quite nice. The Kurtaxenheft, in which many deals are, etc, and found it, unfortunately not — we have then on the last day (brought to us then just for the trip up to the conclusion). The room was otherwise super nice, we had a balcony and a great kitchen. Overall, the Hotel is also very clean you have to say! After we once again were at the bottom to the Wi-Fi password to ask, we met again to anyone. So call again (26 missed calls were on the Rezeptionstelefon to see) and seems to be quite stressed man say, that the password needs, because we would otherwise have with the phone, no connection.

We had the family room, very large and beautiful! Everything is clean and neat. Price also Top! The location is really good, in the middle of the Mariahilferstrasse. To recommend! ID like to come again.

The Hotel is located directly in the city centre. From the courtyard you can go through a narrow passage in the pedestrian zone. My room was very clean, I had a single room booked, and an apartment with a large 42 inch TV. The Breakfast was also very good and for a 3 star hotel outstanding. Only the free Parking were in my opinion too little, the boss could at any time, however a Parking space on the yard.

Nice Hotel in the middle of the Cty. Recommended In any case.
