We were there as a group and thank you again for the great weekend! A great idyllic hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Also a big compliment to the kitchen, so super good food, we would not have expected in a 3* hotel.
The rooms in the annex left nothing to be desired. Spacious, clean and comfortable.
This hotel can only be recommended!

A fantastic value for money a class manager and concierge, delicious food.

We had 3 great days in the hotel… all very nice… super sauna area despite corona… perfect delicious breakfast and dinner buffet … there are no wishes left… Keep going so we'll come back.

Fantastic country Manor house hotel with great views over the countryside. The rooms are large, we'll furnished and immaculately clean. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, either al a carte or buffet you can decide.

We had booked at the Hotel Schloss Nebra, the Junior Suite and were with the premises satisfied. Just a pity that the shower curtain was missing, so that the whole bathroom wet after extensive use. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the room service worked well. The Breakfast buffet is sufficient and well stocked, just a little more variety in the sausage and cheese would be desirable. The reception is well staffed and the staff competent. Unfortunately, it was disturbed on the last day of the satellite channels of television. But so fast you get at night sure no mechanic. In addition, you can read at night in a hotel Suite is more than television… is true, namely. For us it was a nice short vacation.

Our room (the cheapest) for a weekend sufficient, otherwise quite small (we were two with dog), but clean and nicely furnished. In the bathroom (bath cell) with many extras (shower bath, shower hood. ).
A hotel that trains trainees! Very nice staff. Here we like to go back. Very suitable for cycling enthusiasts, as there are many bike paths.
Our tip: The restaurant opens at 5 p. M. Before, it's hard to find something leaky here.

From because of wellness. We have booked a Romanitk wellness weekend. That's how it was touted! Room mega small in the castle. We should push our single beds together to the double bed ourselves. The next morning the shock. Cold water in the shower. They tried to find out and offered us another room (only according to our own request). There the water was also cold. Then we were put down with a bottle of sparkling wine. But we weren't really taken seriously. In the end it came across as if we were too doof to operate the faucet. We then slept at our own request in the new building where a warm shower was also possible. For our massage a nice young woman was ordered, who spoiled us for an hour wonderfully. The house staff was sick. The wellness area itself is rather widely touted as a wellness point. Sauna can only be used from 4 p. M. And otherwise the wellness area is swept as empty. Nice if you have your peace, but there are no staff there. Breakfast and food ala Kart is great, great wine selection! Half board dinner we found on average. A bit of vegetables would have been nice.

Conclusion: we have already experienced a 3 star hotel better. Travdo-Hotels has sold us this as a wellness weekend. But there was no sign of wellness. Maybe nice for hikers or others but not under this sales category! Should the organizer perhaps think about it.

By the way: the stair railing, which Sven Korzus criticized in his review a year ago, was still defective.

We ate one evening HP menu and the other evening off the menu. It tasted very good.

Breakfast buffet consists of uncooled cold cuts from the supermarket (no local specialities/metzgerware)
The rooms are also not up to date. In the bathroom or shower there is a partial lack of a holder for shower etc.
The gastronomy has only a very small menu and is relatively expensive. But food is quite delicious.
Nevertheless, the next time I would look for an alternative.

Das Schlosshotel macht eine gute Erscheinung wobei das Hotel Himmelsscheibe doch mit mehr JH-Charakter aufwartet. Für den Zimmerpreis aber ok. Dagegen gibt rs eine Flasche Wasser bereits für 3, 50 €. Das Personal macht, mit Ausnahme vom Empfang, nicht gerade den freundlichsten Eindruck. Das Küchenpersonal machte bei unserer Ankunft vor dem Hotel, in den Sesseln, Pause. Das macht schon keinen guten ersten Eindruck. Neben der Terrasse stehen direkt die Müllcontainer. (Guten Appetit) In den Lampen sind tote Fliegen und an der Tür noch Farbe von der letzten Renovierung. Kleiner Tipp an das Reinigungspersonal: Mal nach oben und in die Ecken schauen. Bemerkung zur Antwort: Zu einer Pause vom Personal hat man nichts einzuwenden. Aber muss das auf der Vorderseite, im Ankunftsbereich der Gäste sein? Das ginge doch auch auf der Rückseite. Oder stören dem Personal dort die Müllcontainer, welche aber den Gästen zugemutet werden? Hier könnte man durch die Aufstellung einer einfachen Trennwand diese aus dem Blickfeld verschwinden lassen.

Since I have stayed for the first time in a hotel I have no possibility of comparison but very to peace staff was very nice.

The rooms in the former administrative building would only justify 3 stars, which does not mean that they are bad. For today's standard but very simple. Clean neat but simple. The extra star is available for good food good breakfast extremely nice staff including chef as well as the very special charm of the main house. We felt very comfortable here.

The surroundings are rural very nice, the attractions in the relocation are recommended, but the places come to you as extinct. But should not be an obstacle for a visit. We liked it.
