No airco but fan. For a 4 star should be better. Location good, access parking difficult because road construction.

Beautiful hotel … Unfortunately we slept in cultivation and not in the castle … In the middle of the city … All well accessible on foot … Food was good … But have already eaten better in 4 stars — hotels … Music in bar and reception should be better matched … When you stand in between and wait … You will be sounded at full volume from the right and left with different musical genres …

Good Hotel in Principle.
However, we cannot give a Verdict on the Quality of the Restaurant.
We (3 People) wanted to eat at The hotel restaurant on Whit Monday evening at 20:30. When we wanted to sit down we were advised by the Waitress that the Kitchen closes at 2130am 00 And unfortunately we are there too late and we should have registered for dinner at 0:00.
We were Not informed of this at Check-In or at any other Time. Above all, we were clearly in front Of the kitchen closes in the Restaurant.
The Waitress made an effort and went to the Kitchen again to ask if the Chefs still Wanted to work during the official Opening Period. We could have stayed, but due to the first Rejection the Pleasure had passed us and we didn't want to avoid the punctual Evening of the Cooks.
Hospitality is definitely written differently.

Very nice staff. Great fun in the evening at the bar and at the 3 course menu had. There was also prompt response to vegie demand.
Unfortunately, the wellness offer was not used, but sounds very tempting. Certainly on the next getaway in the beautiful Quedlinburg.
The rooms are perfectly fine. Everything was fine in the bathroom, too.
The promised bottle of sparkling wine was delivered only with multiple requests (at the reception, in the restaurant, and at breakfast), therefore a star deduction.
But Ms. Schreck judged everything. With the rich and delicious breakfast, it is the highlight that puts a smile on every friendly guest.
You should also mention: That there is a "castle messenger" at the table, which reports on local highlight and weather.
All in all, a round carefree package.
The hotel is definitely recommended.
The parking situation is "different, " but that too is perfectly fine.

The main building is very similar to a castle and has been well preserved. Rooms are renovated, clean and have been added. Great breakfast, very much choice and delicious, with friendly support from the two ladies. At the reception, unfortunately, not everyone is trained on kindness, the younger lady is either just on the phone or busy with her hairstyle. A single older and charming nice gentleman is very hedor-thumped, by his friendly open manner and always stood by you with advice and deed. Thank you very much for that!
Worth noting is the wellness offer should you have the intentions to book applications, then please never more than one, because you do not get more and the communication is very poor. Because they don't get any further informed either, let alone you get a counter offer. The lady probably doesn't need a clientele anymore. Too bad, because it fits very well into the hotel.

Dignified. Good breakfast. Nice service. Recommended.

Those who are looking for peace and relaxation are right here. Parking in the yard behind the hotel and not like the hotels on the market where you have to park outside the car. The food was good and adequate the service is top.

For a 4 star house, extremely cold!
Cold from the temperature, we were there around December and we only froze.
No matter if in the room, restaurant or in the lobby.
The room is so small that you have to be nice and slender.
The bathroom was bigger but not clean. Old and black corners in the shower.

We had booked the lap room. We had already imagined something different. You can just walk around the bed, and you can't walk in the bathroom for two.
The sauna area was a bit run-down. It only worked a warm shower and hooks for the bathrobes are too few there.
In the evening we wanted to have a snack in the hotel bar… closed!
For this, breakfast and location are excellent!

Great, quiet environment in a great village!

Nice Hotel, great breakfast. The Rooms are modern the feeling at this place is still classic. We would book this hotel again. Nice Location too.

The city of Quedlinburg is very nice and worth a visit. The hotel itself is also beautiful and has charm. The breakfast was good. As the hotel is supposed to be a wellness hotel there is point deduction. A steam sauna, a Finnish sauna and a whirlpool do not make for me now a wellness hotel. There were also a few massage offers. But every middle class hotel has such a wellness area and offers massages. If you don't want to make a wellness stay in the hotel, I can recommend it.

We (a couple and two individual travellers from Berlin) were very pleased with our stay at the beginning of January 2018 in this hotel. We cannot understand the partial negative evaluations here. Perhaps this is because the entire workforce has recently been replaced. All of them-from reception to room service to restaurant staff-were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive at all times. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the high level of the restaurant has no other of the restaurants we visited in Quedlinburg. We would love to come back.

The building is very nice and centrally located. Especially the dining room where there is also breakfast is great. Unfortunately, the rooms are in one annex. In the hallway, it smells like smoke.

I went for a small wedding. The room that we reserved was a good size, and very close to the kitchen so that the wait staff was able to bring things out quickly when requested. The breakfast they had the next day was also pretty good with plenty of seating and options for everybody. Basic German stuff like cheese, meats, bread, jams, butter, coffee, and some basic scrambled eggs. Overall the whole hotel was very clean and neat. The little bar downstairs was my favorite part, because it had low stone ceilings that really made you feel like you were in a castle!

Very, very nice little hotel in central Quedlinburg. Breakfast was excellent and our hostess marvelous. The room included everything one can image.

Nice service and very beautiful and big rooms. The breakfast is delicious and big. The diner is great, but a bit expensive. All in all a great place to stay for a few nights.

Nice, clean rooms with good facilities. The sauna area is clean and well kept. The breakfast is rich and everything is fresh. Very friendly staff.

More appearance than reality! Up on the Spa, definitely not value for money.

"What did you to this company? "stand just as a request here. Actually, only, that the staff is very nice and that I my small dog was allowed to bring and the location. Was not good: — rooms are very unclean: Curtain, dirty, dirty side of the bed, grout in shower moldy, tiled flooring in the bathroom is VERY DIRTY, apparently since the installation never more with the right cleaners or sufficient power cleaned. I have a Ersatzzimmer regarded — as were the white surfaces of the furniture yellowed and repelled. — Duschentür not close correctly Faucet is too small for the sink, so that when you hand-washing the hands triggers — Präsentationsschale for shower gel/cream/Shampoo broken — Tiled floors in the Sauna is very very dirty — Tiled floors in the bathroom of the Sauna is very dirty and there was even a silverfish! Mesh to the Infinity hot tub sponge around loose To me personally are the poor laying of the mosaic of the Sauna and the desolate condition of the joints in the shower noticed, but this is due to me. We had Breakfast, which was good, but for a Four star house usually, because you could have a special thing to expect. That is a shame. Because Quedlinburg is incredibly beautiful. The Hotel I can unfortunately not recommend. : (.

Sorry but for a Standard double room, non Smoking (not nice) 158, 50 € + tourist tax 5, — € + Breakfast 17, — € + Parking 7, — € per night, I expect something much Better. It started on Friday already. Check-in: 15.00! At 14:45 gave us a blonde Concierge to understand that nothing is. We explained, we need some rest because a long way, etc, no, nothing is free and we are in 30 min to come back. Said and done. At 15:40 PM the same game. We were energetic and lo and behold: "well, we take instead of the 305 204. " Aha, there we go. The room was OK, but definitely not deluxe. Breakfast was OK, but seen better elsewhere. The staff must be sent to smile course. Seemed hostile, indifferent and incompetent. Sure we visit to this lovely city again; but not at this hotel.

Were with a ebay coupon 2012, 2 time in this hotel. Room and bathroom spacious and well eingericntet (in the annexe on the ground floor). Friendly and accommodating staff. Frühstückbufet extensive and very good. The house exudes a pleasant atmosphere. Always happy and is recommended.
