Beautiful hotel, very close to the main train station in Dessau. It's only a few steps to the theatre, so it's often booked to eat nicely after the performance and then stay in style. The kitchen is very good and the entire ambience of the house is to be described as particularly pleasant. It is the best hotel in Dessau. It is located in the Prince Leopolds area, where there are several shops and also very nice apartments. Unfortunately, there are also quite a few vacancies here!

We were at the Radisson for a weekend. The receptionist was very friendly. We were expecting a large room with bathroom. Everything clean and tidy. The spa area is very nicely laid out and invites you to linger and relax. There are 5 stars for the ambience.
Deduction is available for breakfast. On Saturday there was a relatively large selection, but nothing that justifies the 16 €. One had the feeling that on Sunday the staff was overwhelmed. You can't talk about culinary delicacies, at the price. In addition, at 9.30 a. M. The rest was distributed but hardly refilled even though breakfast time was scheduled until 11.00. Perhaps you should have an exchange of experiences with the Radisson in Radebeul, so that you know what a breakfast might look like in terms of diversity and presentation. The eye is with it, after all.
For a city break, apart from breakfast, the hotel can be recommended.

Beware in the summer! this hotel does NOT have Air Conditioning! if is a hot day prepare to sleep with open windows and naked! also small fans are not often available, it was awful!

After I wanted to get my business reservation in this hotel yesterday, a wave of the most unkind and levelless man I have ever seen in hoterlery rolled over me. Since we work very hard with hotels on business, I am devastated how a hotel in an economically weak region can employ such a staff. Toilet with brake lane under the waterline and a jumped water bottle on the table. The table was more of a swimming pool. Apart from that, the fact that inventory costs a lot of money and wood absorbs the water. Our last visit to the feel-good factor was quickly lost as well as our future visits here. School your staff to pay you the reasonable prices.

A well-kept house with a pleasant ambience. Very suitable as a meeting place. Seating the consulting room with enough legroom. The lunch supply was also smooth, the food tasty and hot, despite a large number of participants. Finding the hotels from the train station, which is in close proximity, was a small challenge.

Dogs are welcome in the suite. No wonder about the dirty carpets. In the restaurant we had to sit separately, because of our dog. In principle we do not recommend the hotel further.

I do not know if it is the boss, as I am not so enthusiastic about the NH hotel, but the quality of the house really leaves to be desired.
In the toilet were lime deposits on the sink, even so the toilets are in no good condition. On the ceiling in the dining room were dark spider weaving. We were there for a training and found all the dishes at noon much too small.
The coffee machine at the seminar rooms was not ready for use four times in two days! Milk all, container full…
The service and general condition should be done urgently, so that you leave the house with a good feeling.

Unfortunately an absolute wrong decision to celebrate a round birthday party in this restaurant. In the case of the personal order, this information (special festivity) was communicated to the staff. Since we had a good dinner around 6 weeks before, we opted for this supposedly upscale location. The table decorations did not differ from the other tables in the whole restaurant, even a small Blumegruß (only artificial flowers) was missing! The restaurant was completely crowded, which was a celebration of Kurt Weil, according to the waiter's testimony. The menu contains only 5 dishes on an A4 page, with the menu suggesting a vast selection on the Internet, but not up to date on demand. According to the staff, the menu, consisting of 5 dishes, is changed every 3 weeks! The warm Buffett was in our view for a 4 star hotel absolutely modest (pangasius fillet, turkey fillet, a vegetable pan, rice, noodle pan and Potato taler). In addition, it was mentioned that there was a tomato soup and various snacks as a starter and some fruit. Obviously, the kitchen was completely understaffed and could not guarantee the normal operating. Since the change of staff at the Chefeben since March, mass rather than class seems to be considered here. We will not see anyone here for the time being, unfortunately only annoying that we had recommended this restaurant to our parents and in the end all had to go home disappointed!

Great service & Good breakfast. Rooms are large and clean, but the furnishings are a bit rundown. The hotel should be modernized in. The faucets are leaking and drip like. Room air conditioning cannot be adjusted individually.
The location is great. In the middle of Dessau. Downtown is within walking distance. Parking spaces extremely narrow and small. So 1 point deduction.

I am a travel companion and was on site with a group of 200 guests. It all worked out great. The rooms were fine. The service worked out 1a. The staff very friendly. Especially in the lobby. The hotel management responded immediately to requests and suggestions.

It has been for years one of the best hotels I know, in which I feel very well accommodated. A guarantee of perfection in the hotel industry. I know in advance that the breakfast is delicious, that after my service in the evening I get a delicious drink at the bar, that the staff in the House is always friendly. In this House I also like to privately.

A super hotel upscale facilities, unfortunately the staff outside on the terrace was totally overwhelmed and therefore probably very rude. A pity because the stay would otherwise have been much nicer.

Have booked this hotel several times in recent years. But now it has to be said that, unfortunately, cleanliness has diminished in some respects. Price is still relatively ok.

Very nice and polite people there! They even have on a Menue a (official) végétarian Dish… I'm sure the vegan will be on it soon.

WARNING**** Their A/C (air acondition) is the worst lie ever, is usless, shame on them on advertise they have A/C. Receptionist at front desk is very Rude and wont help at all. If you are thinking too book this hotel in summer hot days please avoid it!

Nice hotel. Large rooms and nice service. It seems that the hotel needs a little maintenance (air conditioner for ex), but it was not a real issue for me.

The room is okay. In the Sauna should be renovated, be strong and worn out seats. The staff is very friendly, but you know after check in, only where the rooms and the Breakfast room. Wi-Fi does not work in all rooms. 404 for example, No reception in the room.

Modernes Haus. Wunderschöner Ausblick auf Schlossplatz und Skyline. Große Komfortzimmer, Ankleideraum, gefiel uns. Freundliches Personal, Topp Bar-Keeper/in. Topp Erholungsfaktor. Gepflegte Stadt, ohne die Enge der Rhein-Main Städte. Nette und Hilfsbreite Einwohner. Wir kommen wieder. M. Wehle.
