Ideal for legs, plan a city trip to Dresden, the tram and S-Bahn stations are not far away. The rooms are large and clean, mine was but in the morning hours close to noisy (traffic noise). Reception and Breakfast are not in the building, but in the "stock exchange", approximately 150 metres from the building.

Beautiful cute rooms, for us more than sufficient. We lived under the roof. A second chair would be nice, have taken the stool out of the bathroom.

Beds clean and comfortable.

Bath clean and tidy and hot water whenever we needed it and that immediately.
Very happy to return.

Rooms were great, bathroom very large, keys for separate entrance!
Traffic situation is 1a — we have not heard any street noise, but the connection is ideal — 200 m to the ÖVN ;-)

The stairwell makes a dusty unkempt impression.

Quite creepy:
No possibility to sit outside, although large yard available. No possibility to get something to drink in the evening (neither water nor wine or similar) — no fridge or vending machine — restaurant only briefly for breakfast on, otherwise always closed. The after arrival — or after a hike ; — (
Even in the "Coswiger Hof" itself — a closed company on Saturday evening — even as a hotel guest you did not receive any drinks (even to take away).
Only rescue — sloping across the street a small foreign restaurant — thanks to the friendly operator — he also conjured us a supper;-)
Also at breakfast — although offered until 10:00 — was 08:30 there — nothing was refilled. The lady was very friendly — but only for billing, breakfast and others — all probably overwhelmed — no fresh fruit, no vegetables, no yoghurt — only rolls and sausage/cheese with jam.
There were quite a lot of tables free — we were not allowed to use four — had to sit at a small table — for breakfast not pleasant when so many tables are free (were also until we left, not needed and were also not covered for anything else. )
