A very nice hotel in Castle. Excellent service and price performance ratio.

Class Hotel! Large rooms, nice staff, lovingly built breakfast. Centrally located between Magdeburg, Dessau, Halle/Leipzig and the Harz. Happy to return.

Our room was very nice. The floor was slate, so that we were able to very bad sleep. The staff smoked in front of our room, although on the whole the Smoking castle is prohibited. Our door handle to the bathroom is simply dropped, as a result, we were not able to close the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower lacked a curtain. After showering the complete bathroom was wet. Cleanliness could also be improved. I had stains on my pillows and the floor was unkempt. Too bad…

We had to ask for milk at breakfast cups, and coffee. The Cook looked after the buffet, but filled up was nothing, tables were not cleaned also. In all rooms and in the rest of the hotel that was smoking forbidden, but not in the hallway outside our room, where the staff most smoke was. The investment for this is very nice and has a great charm, too bad actually.

Great service very friendly. Breakfast was missing us nothing. Quiet location ample parking. Rooms were clean.

On the 23.05.2015, we celebrated our golden wedding anniversary in the city Schloss Hecklingen. The majority of our over 50 guests had used the opportunity of the night in the Castle Hotel (25 rooms) ; No one had to look at the clock. Now, some weeks are passed; but we are still under the spell of this so wonderful celebration. A friend said he has not seen yet kürzlich-such a beautiful golden wedding in his life! A good party succeed with good guests; but here everything was prima — necessarily the successful ambience, the arrangement in the Hall of mirrors, the irreproachable operation on the ceremony itself, a very good kitchen — so, completely decisive for the successful day. Special thanks to the 'Boss' wife rose-Kirchner — a "full-blooded restaurateur" — with their advice and experience; It has created the basis for our stay and celebration. Where is one asked by the chef in the kitchen to taste? "… we want to make a little more sour cherry jelly to the wild boar roast? … " There so far for me only in this House. We like to come back! The team at the hotel, the restaurant and the kitchen, we say a big thank you. We warmly recommend and wish in addition to personal well-being — make way to go!
