Very good food really for recommending!

The staff was very nice, I can only recommend the restaurant. Price/Services is right here.

Staff and owner are very rude, a broken shower is justified by the fact that the room would be cheap instead of repairing it. Black mold in the bathroom and dirt under the bed. Restaurant relatively expensive — but reasonably decent food.

Good food, very courteous staff and just great host people.

Clean and familiar, only problem is they are very slow in the service.

We wanted to spontaneously go on a Saturday night for five meals and also got another table. The service and the hospitality was excellent and extremely friendly. The food was excellent. With pre-and desserts we were also well saturated. The price is slightly above average and for the quality of the food quite reasonable. Therefore definitely recommended.

A Hustorisches Tavern at a crossroads that invites you to linger.

I was there last night for a Christmas dinner with acquaintances there. As a result, everything took a while, but it was all in the frame. The food was all very well prepared. In price, quality is slightly higher. Overall we spent a nice evening there.

Nice country house style and good breakfast. Everything was very clean. Unfortunately the ceiling lamp was defective in the room and I had to satisfy myself with the Badlicht in addition, the shower head was defective and syringe in all directions. Wi-Fi is only available in the main building.

Went as part of a company event. Staff was very helpful and accommodating of such a large group. My room was nice and clean, and thankfully cool on one of the hottest days of the year. Would stay there again!

Restaurant of the hotel is closed on Sunday but we got directions to a great Mexican restaurant. On the return trip we made reservations, arrived late and were still offered warm dinner although kitchen was closed. Very spacious double room with the kids. Great service and very friendly staff.

I spent two memorable years with this wonderful family during my studies at the LMU-Munich in the mid to late 80s. I rode a bike through the forest to catch my train to school. When I was late and had little time, Mr. Zellermayr, a BMW enthusiast, would quickly drop me off to catch the S1 at Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn in his powerful sports car. I was with them when Lukas was born and I would often take him around in his stroller. Great Folks, the Zellermayrs! My favourite meal was Spätzle oder Semmelknödel… mit Ente, which I have never had again in over 30 years. Ich komme bestimmt zum Forstwirt wieder. Liebe Grüsse, Michael.

The food and the service are a stunner. Can highly recommend this restaurant everyone. It's worth a trip any time. The beer garden is very beautiful and romantic and invites you to a cosy evening after work.

Lived there in October 2013 at the Oktoberfest. Really liked it. The kitchen is excellent and the beer is just super!

I took a cheap older rooms in the annexe and am fully satisfied. My room is equipped with TV, hair dryer and bathroom with shower completely sufficient, but above all it is clean! Only the carpet could be cleaned once, but that's a general problem with carpet in hotel rooms, which is known also from other hotels.
The breakfast buffet in the comfortable room offers a good selection of bread, rolls, coffee, cereals, yoghurt, homemade vitamin multi juice, cold cuts of sausage and cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, peppers and much more… So all that you need for a good start in the day.
The exterior is lovingly designed and offered me some nice photo shots as a nature lover. The staff is diligent and friendly. Wi-Fi hotspot is only via a Telekom possible (only with registration at the Telekom) and is not accessible. But for only two nights, I'm good without Internet or With the restricted mobile network (edge) my Smartphone along.
I am all in all with the booking very satisfied, especially since my relatives are partly housed in other pensions, which are more expensive and in my eyes not on such a nice yard like this forest here. If I should be here, I will book here again.
