Car parking fee scam. Arrived at this hotel by car. Discovered that room rates do not include car parking costs — €13 per night. Reception staff ambivalent to my complaint — response was "that's how it is" and also offered no help carting luggage up from the garage via a labyrinth of doors and the antiquated lifts. I suppose I should be grateful that we didn't have to pay extra for water and electricity to the room. Breakfast buffet at €15 per person was not good value for money. Next time we'll find somewhere a little further away from the airport where hopefully there is a genuine interest in providing customer service and value.

Nice Staff, good food, good Location and Rooms are very clean! The Only Drawback, however, is the Price but otherwise top!

The facility is old, definitely not living up to four stars standards. But the staff are very friendly, I had early flight, the taxi service is just perfect with grab and go hot tea and breakfasts. Will stay next time if early flight.

Very clean hotel! The rooms are quite big the bathrooms have a very good size. Is very close to the local shops / super market / small mall and different restaurant around in a walking distance. The reception are very helpful.

Good-quality basic hotel with small comfortable rooms and excellent Wi-Fi. A slightly austere lobby area, with a very small bar. It took about 15 minutes to drive there from Hamburg airport. The restaurant was basic, but the food was tasty. The breakfast was a good feature with selections to please many European nationalities.

I was at the meeting at the hotel. There were good impressions but also negatives. The coffee breaks were always ready at the right time only at lunch I would have liked the service staff to ask us how the food tastes. Too little choice at the buffet. Unfortunately there was nothing for vegetarians except salad, potatoes, rice or vegetables. Just like the selection card 2 main courses and again nothing for vegetarians: — (the food was delicious despite the gripe;-)

Good hotel near the airport.
Furnishings with charm of the 80s but very good beds. Reception staff very friendly.
Price-performance due to the 13, €0 cost of the underground parking limit value.

All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and very attentive! This has not been noticed by us even in a 5-star hotel. Absolutely positive and we would also like to thank you again in this way.

We flew from Hamburg and used the hotel on arrival as well as at departure. Everything was good, the shuttle took us to the airport on time. The service in the hotel was very friendly, the room very good and the breakfast excellent. We can recommend the hotel only because the guest is treated as a guest, every question or wish is met. Keep it up:-)

Its a bit dated in the furniture etc but staff and running of the place is excellent. I think they have a strong manager running the place and he/she is doing the best he/she can but it maybe needs a bit of a re-vamp (furniture etc is dated) Was surprised on the bar food (Risotto) — really good and chocolates etc in room for a airport hotel was very surprising! Thanks.

The hotel is very central to my needs. Room, breakfast and friendliness of the staff is all O. K.
Only the mattress in my room was extreme soft and uncomfortable. I guess I just had bad luck in this. I had no problems with my stay before.

Great hotel. Good location near the airport. Quiet and clean. Restaurant for dinner was excellent and breakfast was also very good. We used the shuttle service and that was simple and easy. Driver was friendly at 06:30 for the short trip to the terminal. Will stay there again when we have an early flight out of HAM.

A good 4 — star hotel for Hamburg. Here, everything fits for a business short trip, very good price-/value for money.
However, the proximity to the airport is not entirely overheard (but is perfectly acceptable).

Class Hotel. Beautiful Decor. Friendly Staff. To recommend only. Approx. 20 min by car to City.

Very comfortable, large rooms and bathrooms, very helpful and friendly staff from reception and room service. Located close to the underground station and several bus lines to move around the city. Bar and restaurant within the hotel with supplies for a hearty breakfast, also outside the hotel is near bars and restaurants and the supermarket.

Taking into account that it is a 4 * hotel:
The rooms are ok. Food is good, too. Service leaves something to be desired. On the service offered vom/to the airport we (family) had to wait an hour. As being called at the hotel during the waiting period, we were only told the driver was on the road. When we called one more time, no one went to the phone anymore. Once at the hotel, the feeling of being taken by the ladies at the reception rather than being taken seriously was taken by the disappointments.

Modern and 1 ' 6 km from the airport with free shuttle hotel/Airport service. Good price for double room.

Worst worst shuttle bus. Driver was rude. Even he yelled me because I told him I waited 25 min as a joke. He started shouting and yelling. I’m heavy traveller to all worldwide countries during last 24 years and this is worst service I ever got. I will not stay this hotel again because of shuttle and will tell to my friends to stay away. Such shame… hotel reputation got hurt because of stupid shuttle bus driver.

A cozy hotel near the airport. Sometimes you get to hear the planes, but for me it was not problematic. The Metro is relatively close (U1 Langenhom Markt) and to go to the center is perfect, recommending to get off at Jungfernstieg.

I think it was pretty good. So many hotels on tour that they all kind of blend together.

The lunch was ghastly. It tasted paths. Unimaginative and simply stirred together the conference rooms are OK.

Room was clean and had a pleasant size. The staff was friendly. Bathroom could be upgraded once. Price-/power Good! I would book again.

We are always happy to return to the Leonardo Hotel Hamburg. The rooms are very clean. The bathroom is top. The only thing I have to complain about is to have a shower in the bathtub! The food is always delicious.

Clean, friendly staff. However, as soon as you get to the floors of the hotel rooms, the hotel gets the charm of a hostel. Restrictions in the area of Wi-Fi are not acceptable nowadays a 100% free internet is a minimum standard. The breakfast was very good. You can argue about the coffee because I have extremely high standards, at least it is not an instant coffee.

We stayed for a night in the Leonardo due to our flight being cancelled by easyjet. The staff did a great job of organising our rooms as well as letting us know we were getting a free lunch and dinner. The rooms were OK, we had to single beds in our room which were a bit small but we didn't have a choice in our booking option due to the circumstances. All staff were very nice, spoke excellent English and were super helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you needed to stay near the airport.

Certainly one of the best 3 — star hotels in Germany. Everything fits for a business trip, very good value for money.

Real kind service and good located to HAM airport. Easy to going downtown from here by public transfer. High recommended for frequently travellers and/or families for park, sleep and fly.

Nice hotel nearby the Airport. The rooms are clean and the acoustic is comfortable (no noise from the airport or neighbours). Early bird breakfast in the morning and fresh fruits all over the day is served at the reception and free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms.

Rooms are very clean. Great buffet breakfast. Short walk to train stations and a short ride to the city center.

Actually, the hotel would be good have been but this me stole my food was zero points on the liebsteb. Two lamps in the room didn't even go. But this I unopened in my Lidl bag leave my food and then away is when I came in the evening and with a shower was done under all sau! Will complain!

Four stars? For what? Previously, we have cancelled our stay, because it is a third-class flophouse. Accommodation in a double room with dust garlands, sagging mattresses, minibars noisy, which could be silenced only by Steckerziehen, 70s indefinable charm a bathroom with flaking chrome on the Waschtischamaturen, a bath with a shower curtain and shower head which only hard can a toilet brush holder at eye level and then at the end of a breakfast with old, hard rolls, dried-out scrambled eggs, warm Bacon, Maintenance coffee. Paid underground parking (€13, — per 24 hrs) which was a shelter for the old kitchen appliances and various other scrap metal. Thank you 'Dehoga' I wouldn't do for the four stars, one!

Hotel at the airport, not the latest, but quiet and really nice and clean. Three bed room, exceptionally large rooms (modern TV, kettle, free bottle water), staff very nice and friendly. The baths of the General cleanliness is also in order, but the tile joints in the shower (! ) some easy to moderate black and moldy, but barely acceptable for one Night stay to or from the flight. Price/performance in the Park, Sleep & Fly is ok so far, Early Bird Breakfast with warm mini croissants and jams, as well as coffee and tea enough. Park house relatively close Parking (for SUV, etc. ). Free Shuttle service within a 5 minute drive to and from the airport.
