Definitely would not stay here again. My room was prebooked. We paid extra for a triple room specifically because we needed two beds and our own bathroom (do bear in mind if you decide to book here that some rooms in this "hotel" have shared bathrooms! ) When we arrived we were put in a double room with 1 bed. They did move us into a twin room the following day (still not actually what we paid for but at least we got two beds). The hotel did not offer any form of compensation, saying that the room was prepaid so they couldn't (they didn't even anything complimentary! ) Facilities in the room were poor. The room was tiny. No safe in the room (despite this advertised as a feature). Both rooms only had 1 chair and it was difficult to sit at the desk as there was no room between the bed and the desk. Nothing was complementary — it was 2 Euros for a small bottle of water or a pod for the provided Nespresso machine. Wi-Fi was patchy. No air conditioning in the room or hallways. No typical hotel facilities at all (restaurant/bar/room service). Breakfast OK but nothing special. It was a typical continental buffet (breads, meats, cereals, fruit juices) but no pastries and not many hot options — boiled eggs and occasionally scrambled eggs. Things ran out and didn't always get replaced. Coffee was good though.
➜ We had to stay spontaneously in Hamburg. We were advised to do this hotel. Bone a room with 2 separate beds. On request, we were immediately changed by the very friendly doorman (Wednesday 30th 06 18 in the evening), so that we had a double bed. Even after two further inquiries of our side he never tired of answering our questions exceedingly friendly and with a smile. And this despite "Service-Wüe-Germany. " Here, we felt not to be standard customers, but like royalty.
