The Lindner Park-Hotel near Hagenbecks Tierpark is beautifully located and beautifully furnished. The rooms are very nice and stylishly decorated. You can see the furniture that they are already needed a few years, but the value of them is quite justifiable. Also service and breakfast leave practically no wishes unfulfilled. For both business and private stays, I can definitely recommend the hotel. The surcharge to other houses in the area is absolutely justified by the high comfort and the pleasant atmosphere. Only two things catch the eye a little: on the one hand, the underground parking space costs a whopping 20€ per day extra, on the other hand, another 4€ is required for the bottle of mineral water provided in the room. This creates the impression that you want to get the guest's money at all corners. Maybe the management will reconsider this.

A well-equipped hotel near the Hagenbeck Zoo. Unfortunately, it is not possible to view the zoo, as very tall trees are in view. In addition, each item from the minibar costs €3.
The metro connection is very close by and can be reached quickly.

Very very nice hotel very close to the animal park. Good overall location. Very friendly and courteous staff. Prices for accommodation and breakfast are okay. The design of all the rooms has been great and has been implemented in a themed way. The breakfast buffet was perfect! Only the restaurant can be improved for my feeling. Tastefully, it wasn't my case and the price performance ratio doesn't quite be.

Very clean hotel. Ideal for a short break with children. The staff is very friendly and the day starts with a rich breakfast buffet. The only criticism is the long waiting times in the restaurant.

Great hotel with very nice staff! The rooms are very nice and everything is very clean! The location to the subway is perfect and you only need 15 minutes to get to the port or the city centre. We enjoyed the stay very much!
The best part was the breakfast:) we would return at any time!

Guess hotel with pleasant and some other ambiance. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly and accommodating. Very good location to the zoo Hagenbeck. The only criticism was that at breakfast many places were not yet available for the following guests, you had to look for their utensils a bit far together.

However, the hotel can, for an important reason, ston this free of charge.
I have an important reason, but the hotel does not talk to me and lies to me regarding the stoning.

Great hotel. Great room, very nice and courteous service, great parking in the underground garage. As a guest you even get a discount for the zoo/aquarium. The breakfast was also great, especially the friendly service staff makes the 5 stars complete here.

Like a themed Hotel at Disney Europe, just not as good… The hotel is located right next to the Hamburg Zoo, which is quite a way outside the city center. Underground Station is close by, providing fast service to the city. Check-in procedures for me and my colleague, where executed quickly, probably as we were the only ones there trying to check-in All the Rooms in this Hotel are themed; mine was on the “Asia” themed floor, making the whole place look like one of them themed hotels of EuroDisney. I am sure that it’s great for families with kids, but I just could not see the real value in that. Mind you, if they would have been consequent in seeing this through, they would have used more authentic or better quality props, instead of those rather cheap feeling re-makes, leaving me with the feeling of being in a ow budget movie. But that is personal taste and, obviously, everybody’s is different The Room themselves had well working air-condition and a large LED Interactive TV Set. All amenities where foreseen, except any coffee or tea making facilities, but therefore including a minibar, stocked very sparsely with extra small bottles of soft drinks and a beer, all at commonly high Minibar prices. The 4 Euro price tag for the “Welcome drink” bottle of Mineral water was also way over the top, but seem to be a typical thing to do, found often in German Hotels. As is this habit to have only “crawls speed” Wi-Fi for free, whilst charging extra for Wi-Fi at halfway decent speeds.

As always, we felt completely at ease! The hotel, the service just everything was again very good! Especially the staff are honorable to mention — easy, authentic and very convenient! The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and the food in the evening was excellent. We had steak and Kotlett! Although we travelled without a child this time, everything was done for our little one — we found this totally cute because we had a closer look at our guest history. Absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Perfect hotel for excursions to the zoo, so it is ideal for a trip with children to Hamburg. During the week a good hotel for business — travelers.
The floors are inspired by the different continents.
Furthermore:-size of the rooms pleasant-underground garage available-there is also a cosy bar-for breakfast a rich selection and a very appealing breakfast room – here too is intended for the children.

A really nice hotel! Modern, big themed rooms! Rich breakfast and beautiful sauna area. The hotel is just outside, the inner city (maiden climb, Reeperbahn, etc. ) can be reached in about 15-20min by subway.

When we entered the restaurant at 21:30, the first thing we were told was that although we could eat a little more, we should not order a dessert anymore, because it was very late. I ordered a Boulliabaisse to which I would have liked to have some bread. The waiter replied that "he wants to see if there is still bread. " Was apparently not the case. Pity the non-service pulls down the rating of the hotel.

I felt really comfortable at the Lindner Park Hotel Hagenbeck in Hamburg! The staff are very friendly, courteous and attentive. The cleanliness of the house is exemplary. The thematic areas of the hotel are very creative and of high quality. The room is large and comfortably furnished. Really a very nice house! The food and breakfast were also very high quality. Taste and Optics 1a!

The bedroom and bathroom were great including the big bed which is essential for roller sleeper like me :). The complementary coffee capsules machine is great for a coffee lover like me, therefore was too much appreciated. The staff members are very friendly, willing and able to solve problems professionally. The reception team members are very professional and they love and highly dedicated to their job. They were able to describe addresses and means of transportation professionally during several occasions which went successfully, with perfect result of reaching all required destination safely, check in and check out have been conducted perfectly and professionally, the housekeeping and the room service team are fulfilling requests professionally in no time, all hotel team members are smiling and greeting guests all the time together with maintaining good eye contact during all communication with guests. Staff are generally very polite, highly etiquette oriented staff members. I was impressed and enjoyed my stay a lot mainly due to the professional treatment I have received from all staff members during my stay. I am looking forward to coming back again ISA!

We had a really enjoyable christmasparty with a great buffet and a wonderful ambiente.

We were already able to check in in the morning at 11:00 am and stay on the day of departure until 12:00 pm. The whole hotel is nicely decorated according to the theme. The breakfast buffet was lacking at nothing and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We felt very comfortable.

The hotel and the rooms are very tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the stay for several days. The zoo Hagenbeck is right next to it — a visit is worthwhile — and the subway is fast at the port. The food in the restaurant was very good, the buffet breakfast varied and tasty, but with 34 euros very expensive. The service was very friendly except for one exception, the ladies from the reception as well. The drinks in the bar were professionally mixed by the charming bartender and were delicious. We'll be back:-)

Zoo themed, very nice decor and furniture. Asparagus soup and lamb excellent, but the service was very very slow.

Good, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, unique decor and very good breakfast. Overall this is an excellent choice for one night or many. It is only a 5 min walk from a U-bahn station, and from there less than 15 min from the heart of Hamburg.

Great room, nice atmosphere and close to public transport. One drawback was the fact that for one whole week there was no working Wi-Fi. Being in Hamburg for business this hampered my efficiency a lot not talking about the extra cost for me as a foreigner using German data/4G. I would recommend the hotel for the hotel itself but it needs to up its game to stay relevant for business travellers.

I really like this hotel! Location is great. Zoo is great. Really thankful to restaurant for helping me with food when it was late. The only issue that I have a concern is credit card guarantee. When I made reservation, I did not put credit card, just was in hurry. When I tried to put credit card information one day before arrival, your web site did not allow me to do it. I sent an e-mail, saying that I was coming for sure, but it would be later than 6 pm. I explained that I have foreign phone, it is not so easy to call — NO. I was pushed to call from train where I barely was able to talk. Please, trust to people.

Unusual theme, nicely executed, impeccable service and very good rooms.

The Hotel is decorated in an African style, clay-colored walls with black woodwork. The rooms are also kept, clean, very well equipped, and each a little different set up. The Standard Wi — Fi is free of charge and enough even for SKYPE. The connection to the animal Park is excellent and the city is with the public sichen quickly. Only the rooms to the street are a bit louder, but with the Windows closed, the air conditioning keeps you cool.

The journey was Easy with the DB, metro mattress to the Hotel, friendly reception when you check in with all of the information, the room very nice and the Motto, and very spacious, very comfortable, I allowed myself something to me zugönnen of the menu, man was that tasty, the Filet was soft as Butter, I've taken really the time all impressions on me work permit and I have to say, I was richly rewarded, the Hotel has the ideal location for excursions in the surrounding area, whether the corner web, of Hamburg City and the landing rides in the animal Park or maiden bridges around the harbour and St. Pauli, your love, I'll definitely be back!

We celebrated in the Hotel the wedding of friends. The Location is super nice and the Service excellent! The next morning, the Breakfast was very rich and left no wishes open.

The Hotel has not met expectations, the only more price for quick Wi-Fi is available. The prices in the Bar invite you to linger a while. Very rich Breakfast buffet.

Am for the umpteenth time in this hotel and lead me very comfortable here. Voted not only for business but also for private Hamburg travel with the family the hotel for this reason.
All in all a clear recommendation is a clear recommendation!

Very friendly staff made my one night stopover a great experience. From the receptionist to the staff at the restaurant and bar, I was made to feel very welcome and take care of. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, overall a very good experience.

A good and clean hotel with a surprise. Who chooses to sit out the room service (from 2 nights) may use free pool at the. An added value for all including the nature, because less needs to be washed. The buffet food lunch was good, the breakfast rich. Only drawback: there was no fruit juices. The rooms are clean and decorated according to themes such as Asia, West, etc. Also something else. I will gladly recommend this hotel as a good traveler.

Room 217 Nice room, good breakfast and friendly staff. Parking is a bit expensive for 20 Euro a day. Public transport nearby.

The hotel was very very nice and cared for by the room up to the lobby.
Would I have liked more variety at dinner in the restaurant and vllt a menu what do not necessarily €20 + costs and a 0.2l Coke glass €3! I found this somewhat exaggerated what but to the overall impression nothing changes (maintained, friendly staff, very nice)!
As I said the hotel is very nice and also highly recommended but a point I have yet…
Parking: As a guest at this hotel paying outrageously good parking for the car park!
From Friday until Sunday morning the €47 and that came as a guest… should you even worry if thats okay! Or if there not found a fairer solution for guests!
I'm again ;) … Park somewhere else and eat outside!

Have been here once for dinner with colleagues. The restaurant has an excellent kitchen and staff. Great food and very good service. If you are not German, the staff listen to you very carefully.

Very nice hotel with great designed public areas. The rooms are nicely decorated and well equipped. The staff was super friendly and informative with good tips for our stay. At breakfast, we were kindly received, but left after that unfortunately somewhat alone. A table yourself looking at relatively full restaurant is not so nice. Pepper and salt had I me even after approval a service force by the next table "pick up", also not so nice. The desired coffee at a service force professes not met unfortunately. At our table this Sunday only coffee from specialty vending machines. On previous visits, a hot chocolate was brought fresh to the table, now you must get him out of the thermos not quite so fresh, it's a pity. The Cook at the breakfast counter was very friendly and extremely helpful and has significantly improved our mood. Great hotel with good service on the whole. At the breakfast main time like more service personnel that the well-being complete.

Highly recommended. Price a little high, but the hotel is very well decorated and the family rooms are very spacious. The metro which is 200m, you can go to the center without having to grieve in the car. You can park outside the hotel and free.

We had a very nice stay, Our purpose for the trip was to visit the zoo and the hotel couldn't be situated better. The room was really nice with a good bed and we got the baby cot we requested which was nice. The breakfast selection was really great, I loved that there was a kid section as well as a play area in the restaurant. The small selection of bio food was also really nice. The only big disappointment is the fact that the hotel doesn't offer free Wi-Fi in the rooms. In this day and age it seems ridiculous not to offer free Wi-Fi especially at a 4 star hotel. I've had free Wi-Fi in 2 star hotel in Madrid and 3 star hotel I Amsterdam, it is a minimum expectation that hotels today offer free Wi-Fi for their guests in their room. All in all we had a really nice stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Even though it seemed to be primarily occupied by business people, it is a quite nice hotel if you're traveling as a family.
