Schöner standort. In einer minute am strand. Gute Bewirtung. Leckeres essen. Ausreichendes frühstücksbuffet. Nettes Personal.

For holidaymakers with dog unfortunately totally unsuitable. We booked a double room with dog at hotel Hanken. We got a double room in the "Hotel" lake view. That was neither a view of the sea nor a real hotel. The facilities are more like a youth hostel. The shower does not work properly and it moved through the door of the room door so strong that even our dog was looking for another sleeping place. The breakfast was really good, unlike the room. However, not in the same building. To do this, we had to switch back to the Hotel Hanken.
Expensive. Old fashioned. Not again.

We now travel for several years to Hanken and to the Seehotel! We were always well pleased with the Service and also with the staff! The room and the food were always impeccable. We will be back!

Every year again. Room rates are island typical totally overpriced for the condition.
The food is definitely top.

I spent a week at the hotel Hanken with my mother, who had an active week here. No matter whether the service staff, the maid or the ladies/Gentlemen at the reception: attention, friendliness or courteous: Everything is "written" here very big, as well as the cleanliness! Those who are hungry from the breakfast buffet must have been blind, as it is very easy to select and set.

As a restaurant visitor to the hotel Hanken you can set up a friendly staff. The food was good, but partly served cold (ratatouille was served cold, which is also possible, but what should be pointed out) the toilets were used in some places and the furnishings had a bit of a roll up.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and clean rooms! can only be recommended. I come to the island professionally and always need a very short time a room, however, the hotel Hanken is always very well kept.

Restaurant is really beautifully decorated at Christmas time. Uniquely friendly staff. The food at Christmas excellent at civil prices. The veal cutlets, however, were too thick. Otherwise recommended. Centrally located (right next to the island cinema).

Interchanging as the weather. Hanken is more likely to leave the choice with fish and Frisian classics such as kale. Things like schnitzel and co. You'd rather eat somewhere else.

Such an excellent service is unparalleled. We came completely shipped from the beach and hungry to under both arms and were without reservation
wonderfully received. To our astonishment, we were even brought books and toys and very friendly. We all felt and very comfortable and the food was great! I would like to say that we are coming back but we are rarely to never in one place more than once. Keep it that way!

Very pleasant Hotel with very good Organisation and Service. Especially the collegial organization in the Restaurant noticed me. Everyone in the service team, which is free, takes over the Service at the table. Waiting for the "competent colleagues". What is striking is the consistently friendly atmosphere, to the service personnel. One has the impression that in this Hotel. And in such an environment, the hotel's guests feel especially comfortable.

We were in the low season on the island of Wangerooge. In the hotel, we have coordinated Haggag royally, with appetizer, main course and dessert. Everything was very delicious. The chef did his thing super good and the service was great.

4 days stay in a twin room, it was all really super, very clean, very quiet, (for those looking for peace and certainly appropriate), the Team is very nice, the Breakfast was delicious. The only minus point, why I do not give a full score, is the slow Wi-Fi on the rooms, otherwise, I can only say: top and I would recommend it anytime!
