Room much too small. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The bed was a disaster, had set me up and took me back almost to the ground. We were in the room of Borkum, the terrace was back to the yard, you should in my opinion be of any guest below do directly in a space with a refrigeration compressor,
every few minutes started so it was impossible for a night to sleep then, mountains of garbage and trash were everywhere crowded rum, therefore the smell was not so good on the terrace. For Breakfast there was a varied Breakfast, but there was every day the same. So we've been 15 times on the island of Borkum, but as bad as we have seen, this Time there was never. The only good thing is the proximity to the beach was. I had rented due to the reviews of the Hotel but if I have the all so by reading I have the feeling I'm in another Hotel, or is it only allowed good reviews. We will not book it, and don't recommend it. Lg.

Booked yes, supposedly with a travel provider (Booking com).
I didn't notice and wasn't on the bill.
That's why I had to pay 25.00 euros per night for 3 nights. I wasn't told the wrong booking, only it could be. The room in the attic (double room)
I find it small.
Good and rich is the breakfast, that I can recommend with a clear conscience.

Holiday in this House means pure relaxation! The promenade is not a 2 minute walk! Super friendly and helpful staff, and also the owners do everything to make you feel good! The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. There is a rooftop terrace that can be reached from all floors! The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Everywhere, care is taken to ensure that guests ' wishes are fulfilled! We are very happy to return!

The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly. The only drawback was the roof terrace, which you would have to overtake. Especially when the weather is bad you need an option without getting wet in your own hotel.

Very friendly service. Dog owners are also welcome. Extra requests are fulfilled with full friendliness, if feasible.

We were already 3 times at Villa in West beach. Each time, we felt very comfortable with you. All you guys in the Team are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy. The equipment makes the room cozy. The Breakfast Buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Keep it up and we are already looking forward to next year when we are back home again.

My wife and I were in the time of 08. Until 15.10.2015 guests in the Hotel Villa Western edge on the island of Borkum. We rate the Hotel "Very good". The room was clean and friendly set up; the morning Breakfast was excellent and the operation extremely accommodating. The proximity to the beach with the Promenade, as well as summer concert deserve it, especially to be mentioned. In short: We will definitely come again. Hans Tiebing.

Totally awesome Hotel! The rooms are very comfortably furnished, even in part, with a small balcony. And who has not, on the huge roof terrace to enjoy the sun. There is also a coffee vending machine is available for guests. The Breakfast is very rich and delicious. Family of Ilse brand and the staff are very accommodating and there are no wishes remain open. The location of the hotel is gigantic. Man walks out of the house and is just a few steps to the beach promenade. We spend every year our vacation in this Hotel and no longer want to somewhere else.
