Amazing water fun! Amazonia is the best part!

Be warned! They oversell the property. Arrived by midday and not a single chair to be found. Have tried to leave and get money back and keep being told only 1 person in entire facility to talk to about getting money back.

Having to wait 90 minutes for check-in with booked and paid accomodation is a proof of an utter incompetence. Never again.

We were there on 28.10.22.
There were too many people there, no free loungers available and to eat something, you had to queue forever. There were also long queues at the individual attractions. In addition, the prices for drinking and eating are absolutely overpriced!
Even if you are on vacation sind… so the visit is really not fun!

We had a great time in TI. The only thing I would claim for is the terrible service in Palm Beach restaurant, specially the old lady. She was slow, disapointed with her job, unwilling to speak English. She refused to place the meal order for us, because we sit without her permission…. (we overlooked the note that the stuff will settle us. ) We were there for 30 minutes waiting with 2 hungry kids and then we left after her refusal. This lady should work somewhere else but not with people!

Never again. Very poor hygienic conditions, overcrowded and no one has responded to my request regarding booking for over 3 weeks.

Once and never again! We paid for the stay there and had to pay accordingly a lot of money for 6 adults and did not even have a chip for the lockers and had to pay them extra + deposit, which we were not told about.
The changing rooms stink so much that you think you are on the farm.
It is best to bring your own drinks, because a small Coke costs 0.5l 4.50€.
Plan a lot of time at the check, because it is slow there.
The bungalow is okay for the price. However, we had to reorder a lot of things from the staff, because there was almost nothing.

Furthermore, I noticed debit via the chip in retrospect which I could not understand, drinks were debited, which I definitely did not order, which annoyed me in retrospect very much, because the stay was already very expensive and so simply even more money was taken. Unfortunately, I only noticed this later when I could take a closer look, because the toddler was screaming and the teenagers were already obnoxious because they wanted to go… That actually annoyed me a lot.

Had two nights stays, it was very nice here. Everything also in this time well organized and the staff friendly nice courteous. Food whether breakfast or evening was delicious. The drinking cups are great especially for children 😉.
Small downer that the slides open only 10:00 clock, especially if you stay overnight it is a challenge 🙈 for the children, maybe worth a consideration, since yes also for day guests 08:00 is opened. An hour earlier would spare 😊 some nerves.

We are here for the 4th time today and it is just wonderful as always. There was practically no waiting time as we were there at 8 o'clock and we also found loungers. Staff is friendly as always we don't know it any other way. Pure🥰 relaxation.

Some would enjoy the facilities in the summer — the bungalows, camps outside of the hangar are nice. The tropical in house experience would be fun then too.
However I enjoy that place the best in the nasty weather — any foggy cold murky muddy day between September and June (welcome to Central Europe) are perfect to spend here.

We were half 11 there breaking full. Lt. Website only 50% of the guests are admitted. The loungers have been reduced, but what has no couch lies in the sand like the herrings. Staff totally annoyed and you're forever on board. I don't even talk about the food, expensive and under all sau. Mask wear only half of the people and then crawl se fully on the pelle. We were there the 3rd time. Last time we were disappointed and this time it was even more disappointing. What a pity…

Super cool! But staff was less then amazing. Had a staff member grab me. I would not recommend for my fellow friends of color. I noticed them being rude to many other families that were ethnic. My children loved it but not worth getting treated less than.

The warm water is good for children, as they freeze more easily.
BUT for me the water was just too warm, especially in the hot temperatures it was a torment.

Price — performance ratio is ok. Sure, it's expensive, but if you look at everything around it, it's great. The bathing areas, slides, now also the outdoor area and at the entrance you can really stay there for a long time and take advantage of that. My children like the fish and the children's area as well as the "beach. " When choosing to eat, I have to say enough. There's definitely something for everyone. What I seem so great is, in the children's area are like mold spots further back on the ground as well as with a child-slide. And also that that's exactly where the ventilation is. It's really great here, huge and feels like a holiday in the South Seas.
My two daughters were thrilled.
The highlight for me was the Indor rainforest just beautiful.
The slides were ok the lagoon was great and the outdoor park is also fun at 5Grad outdoor temperature.
We liked it here very much despite der120 € for the family-view (ordered online). Lunch for the family 40 euro.
The staff is friendly.
What we did not find good, that there are too few lie even when holidays were.
We only made a day trip and that was quite sufficient.
Overnight we could not imagine that would be 1 too expensive (for one family) and 2 It is also very noisy here.

Well as water park, only 3 slides. Pool not too impressed, it fine across the square, there were no waves, in short all just expected more.
Well saunas funny, simply due to the fact that such is not seen anywhere else.

It is already a very imposing place. The size of the hall is Breathtaking. For children, there is a lot to Discover. And it does not cost so much. Who wants more must Pay. A lot of things cost Extra. The food was rather overpriced at the diner character, and is. For 2 days admission (2 adults, 2 children) and 1 Night for all, we have paid around € 290. On-the-spot and then again to 125 Euro. This is already fierce.

I was with my girlfriend and I took a room for the night. During the day, it was Paradise is more of a Children, but as soon as the sun went down, everything looked incredibly beautiful, the lighting. It was pleasantly empty, relaxing and had a great atmosphere. Against 1 o'clock in the morning, we laid ourselves comfortably down to the beach, the beautifully illuminated the "sea" looked at and in pleasant temperatures, Cocktails, drunk, while it has a few meters further out snowed. Finally, I can say that, of course, not everything is perfect, but to me, especially the evening/night landscape was as convinced that I must give 5 stars. :)

As we were in real tropical islands this was perfect remember. Quite expensive but very nice to spend a night in tent or directly on "beach".

We drive since many years into the Tropical. Now we have it but now already the 2. Year in a row experienced that many areas were locked and thus could not be used. The elevated structure and repair works need to be done is clear to us but it may not be the nevertheless the full price is required. This time it was even from the late afternoon, the lagoon closed due to a closed event. There were so very many areas, paths, lagoon and parts of the swimming pool speared. And the full price is probably not at all. We will now carefully consider whether we have our Annual visits to Tropical to continue. Because for 5 people, pay an entrance fee and then not everything can use. To do this, we are not a 3. Time!

I was at the end of December for an Overnight stay with my girlfriend at the Tropical Island. First, I must say that I price/performance think okay, if you consider how much work the system must do. It was all very clean and well maintained. From the swimming pool to the toilets top. In the Restaurants the food was very good. Especially the Breakfast was very good and above average. A few small suggestions I have, but then. We also had the sauna visited. Unfortunately, only one came out not really because to rest. It is actually textilfrei, but also move many people in a bathing suit, so that it's not very comfortable and observed feels. Maybe it should be in the entrance to the Sauna is an extra dressing room space to be set up the people in order to make clear, that there was a textilfrei. Also I see the staff required. It's a nice place with heated pools, but not really worth the money. Could have used a lot of the space under the roof for more spectacular waterslides. It's a cool place to visit, but I wouldn't go there for the water park.

It's a nice place for a two day relax and enjoy weekend. Too expensive for only having a bath. If you go there with kids it's a great location, if you don't have kids don't miss the spa area, it's a must. The staff is friendly and warm, the place is lovely we saw plans to make it bigger and outdoors on next year, sounds like fun. Really nice experience for sure!

We keep 4 days in the autumn holidays there. Booked a mobile Home ink. Bathroom. Result. Very satisfied. Our children wanted to ger, not away. (and we don't). Varied and diverse range of leisure activities, especially for the children. With the large numbers of visitors everything is clean (toilets i. O. ). Mobile Home is top-notch. Also the campsite super. We are at the opening of the newly landscaped exterior, back! But this time with a caravan. Thanks to the whole staff. All very friendly and accommodating. So until the summer of 2016.

I was on a Wednesday in the holidays with two children in the bathroom. Since we still have a small coupon had, we have just under 86 € paid. Positive: The hall was very warm. Because there was nothing to complain about. We had no waiting at the tills. The Cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable. Negative: The hall was completely crowded. Free sun loungers were about the whole four hours we in the bathroom were none. Lay in the Sand with the towels with a distance of half a Meter from family to family. In the result, we had some other visitors "moorings" on the concrete floor in front of the emergency exits. The customer service from Tropical Island to similar criticism until now always answered, that it was in the holidays, always too little Lie. A Hotel that is so argued, would from any tour operator directly from the program thrown. But you should be able to expect that the Board of management Are for the full capacity of the plant and not the guests, the 36 € entrance fee, as adults, to have paid, on hard stone/concrete floors. From my point of view, there are two solutions: Either you create more berths or you can just one day not more people in the bathroom as a really good lying there and can swim. I liked not even that the wardrobe area is very dimly lit. My conclusion: Either you come in vacation right at the Opening of the hall, alternatively, in the evening (what with children more is not possible) or you let it remain the whole.

I am at about 10:30 o'clock arrived. Then I had to long in front of the door to wait until I enter was allowed. Then again at the cash desks of the same, had to wait. The entrance fee for a Person without a Sauna 36€, which I personally a bit expensive to find. Then I looked for a place to lie down, but found no one. All the Sunbeds were occupied and in the Sand was no place to find. It was really crowded and there were always more people. What was great is first of all the temperature (about 29°C) and the ambience. Moreover, this was the cancellation easily. My conclusion: It is nice, but expensive and nerve complex. To me it has not fallen, that is why I give 2 stars.

I was with my girlfriend at the 3.09.15 in the Tropical Island. We had a day ticket. It was, surprisingly, relatively little loose. Later we realized why. It was so bitter cold that it can only be in the 2 Wirlpools (about 20leute) could handle. The water was much too cold! The outside temperature was much colder. Very far to go, long wait.

Before I Tropical Island have visited, I wanted only the reviews read through it and push on bad reports. Anyway made my wife our son and I are on the just under 400 km long journey. From the beginning, we really dropped everything. Temperatures were hammer, beautiful tropical! We had the Premium double room with a super nice terrace, its own beautiful bathroom, TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, Wi-Fi, even a small travel bed for our son was available. FYI: If you have previously on the phone nice want to Express, almost anything is possible. I have not once experienced the igrendwelche employees in a bad mood. All were really super nice (And it was certainly not because I have big, brown, muscular and black, full beard had my headscarf wearing wife! ) in the remaining for my wife was that crazy. We come again repays and the next time you come to my 4 brothers the pictures with envy burst is guaranteed.

We were under a week in a Threesome with a child 2 days + 1 Night in a family room. In fact, you should not use the real tropics expect, only with swimsuit, it can already times something fresh. BUT really there are many bathing possibilities, incl. Rutschenturm, Kleinkindbereich, hot tubs, waterfalls, flumes etc and a sauna area. For children there is a really large Playground with jungle gym, ball pit, cars, boats and all sorts of bells and whistles. In the middle of a small rainforest with real plants, palm trees, perennials, a few Flamingos, turtles and showcases. A hot air balloon flight is also very funny and allows again a different look to the big picture. The room was good, only the beds or mattresses were inferior. The biggest real gripe is the catering. We have several tried and were always disappointed by the offered quality at the requested price. The Breakfast was OK, but otherwise, I recommend the Restaurant, because when it comes to Pizza, citizens & Co you can't go far wrong. The next Time we think seriously about something for us to bring with or outside to eat. Sorry, but I can not be more than 4 stars. Overall, you have to take it as a huge Indoor water Park understand and if you look on it you can get really short in the vacation mode to be overridden. Our daughter at least was absolutely thrilled and on the second day, very sad that it already ended. We will come again.

Unfortunately, we are not convinced. Of the Topical temperatures far away, the sand cold, the water is not warmer than 30, there is no place to aufwärme, for towels, we demanded money but not on dry replaced and Service staff in the Restaurants gives the impression of being there as a punishment and the need to Work, before 12 o'clock will not be served, if you are a coffee want to have 10 before 12 in the children part is you snapped at we have closed. Room was nice, the beds to be desired. The best impression of the lady from the reception made!

I think the Tropical Island is really bad, it is all too expensive and for the price, one must also still the butt freeze in there. It is always mega crowded and there will be too little bathing. The Rutschentower with 4 Slides is now also not the Hit. You can eat anyway not afford. So the price-performance ratio is absolutely not true! Because I know a cheaper and smaller swimming pools that have but a hundred times more to offer than that. Once and never again!

We were completely dissatisfied! We had a 2 for 1 Haribo coupon that until 31.08.2015 stand. To redeem this, we are on 22.08.2015 all the kilometres to the Tropical Islands of dangers. However, we have been on site told that the Ticket at the time does not apply, since due to the holidays, no discounts to be carried out. Since we extra a car borrowed had paid, we are forced to the full price. We tried to get the best out of the Situation, only that it was us, unfortunately, this is hardly possible. I do still remember my visit here last summer holidays. It is huge and tremendous. If you are tavelling in estern region of Germany, it would be worth enjoying and taking a rest here for a while.

I find it quite Great climate and heat are very Varied, but okay. Prices well is so something might be lower. Otherwise, everything super.

My wife and I just visited this place for 3 days 2 nights and we stayed in the hotel for the night. We went on our anniversary here thinking it was a great getaway. And oh boy was it! We drove about 6 hours to get here and when we got there the receptionist was so warming and welcoming. We speak mostly English but I speak a little German. Most of the staff spoke English and if they didn't the found someone who did to help us which was amazing. We showed up before the check in time and they held on our luggage for free which was also amazing. And we went swimming for acouple of hours before check in. The only thing about the room I have to say was it would have been nice to have a broom to sweep the sand but it wasn't that bad I mean we are supposed to be at the beach. We just wiped our feet off when we came inside. For a get way it was overall nice during the day time it was hard to get two chairs together which was kind of sad but not a deal breaker we were in the water most of the day. At night when most of the people went home it was very romantic with the lights and everything it was awesome! We had access to the two pools, the water slides, the fitness center, and the spa. The best part was the spa. The spa was the best part it would have been so much better if the kids were not allowed we were in the whirlpool and there was kids splashing around.

Do yourself a favour and don't even consider visiting the place. *For a start: the location is far away from any infrastructure and transport by buses doesn't work really good — we had to wait for nearly an hour. *The place was extremely crowded *Sand was dirty, lot of people smoking (although prohbited, no one cared) *Personnell was extremely unpleasant and gave the impression that you rather should've stayed home — and I mean all of them: at the entrance, the reception, the restaurants *You would expect warm temparatures in the winter days, but water was quite cold, so was the air — and I'm not a person that starts to get cold easily *Financially it's quite a rip-off — you pay for the entrance, pay extra for the slides, pay extra for the sauna. Basically only two pools are included in the already pricy entrance fee *So do yourself a favour, find a nice wellness place around the corner or even a fun pool for your kids and invest the rest of the money you saved in someting nice!

We were at the end of June, on a Thursday. We are pure, moved and into the water. All without having to Queue, our daughter (6) was thrilled. The sun was shining and in the South Pacific had to be put into water to cool down. To eat, we were in the Steakhouse, very nice staff and delicious food, quality and price were appropriate. What us somewhat surprised, it was around 17:30 the ice cream Café was. Great was the Playground for the children and very great was the evening show. What bothered us was the Situation in the Changing rooms. The cabinets are too small, little changing room and little storage space, we were lucky because little was going on. The way to take a shower and toilets from our closet were forever. We are fortunately without our 5 month daughter had travelled to the Tropical Island is for children under 1.5 years is not appropriate, at least as day visitors. You can be Baby just hold on, there is no way to Drop in the showers and locker rooms. There is a lack of playpen, changing facilities in the Changing rooms, in General, lack of breastfeeding rooms. Short time out from the stress of everyday life! For the second time, we were here now, and I like the great facility, even if I don't do so at the Strandrumlieger am. Here is a good day. Especially if you have a 2, 5 year old child. Actually, we wanted to even spend a night, but it was all booked up. Starting Jan 2015, entrance to the Tropical Islands is not permitted between midnight and 6 a. M. — which is just stupid. Formerly it was possible to arrive at 2 a. M. In the morning, get some few hours of sleep on the beach and enjoy a full day of pool area and sauna. Now you have to arrive before midnight, pay full price for 1-2 hours inside the dome, pay the overnight fee (which only gives you access to the pool area), and pay for all extras like sauna and fitness center separately (no discounted full-park access tickets available for consecutive days). When you are stuck in traffic you have to wait in the lobby the whole night. And if you arrive on time, you have to pay additional fees of 40 EUR per person. No more tropical islands for me. :/ I'm not willing to pay 80 EUR for just one day of sauna.

A piece of paradise in the middle of Europe where disconnect.

We stayed for four days including the New Year. Rather than staying in the dome itself we stayed in our motorhome on the Tropical Islands campsite, which is a short distance down the "airfield". The campsite was really very good indeed. Great facilities — spotlessly clean showers, toilets, family bathrooms, washing up areas etc, and everything was working well and very efficiently. The only problem was that the main grey water dump was out of order due to freezing up! The campsite shop was quite well stocked with essentials, including fresh bread. Nothing in the way of fresh vegetables or fruit, which was a shame. The staff were very helpful and friendly. From the campsite there is a free shuttle bus which runs to Tropical Islands and to the local rail station for travel into Berlin. The bus runs every half hour or so, from early until late, and the times are arranged to fit in with the train arrival times. Turning to Tropical Islands itself is quite a remarkable experience. Not a water park or a swimming pool complex, but something more like an oversized cruise experience. The dome comprises different areas — the lagoon, the sea, the jungle, a large childrens play area, water slides, a spa (not visited), restaurants and entertainments and a few shops. The lagoon was the childrens favourite by far. Warmer water than the sea, fountains, waterfalls, a lazy river, and a couple of short waterslides. They spent hours and hours in here.

A disappointment on all levels! We were there yesterday to three (2 adults + 1 child). In advance regarding Major problems existed of the reservation, we were told, we should necessarily be at 9:00 there, otherwise an admission is not guaranteed. Said and done, get up at 6:00, to shortly before 9:00, we were there and there was a gaping emptiness — thank you for the morning exercise. Now only a few points. The food was a disaster and totally overpriced (pizza, spaghetti). Even the ice (and it can be not so much wrong) tasted artificial, so la la service. Sauna landscape — for nudists sure o. K. We are not used to NUDIST. Additional booking on-site by again 24 — (which is sad for a base price of 100 — —) we had to determine that we in every sauna only naked allowed to (a must-have, would be to know this in advance 0 info). To make short BB´s. We felt so to rip you off, Loveless treated. Instead of stuck 100 000 in advertising, rather invest the money makes sense locally and the MA schools properly. A very enttäuscher greeting.

We were 2 years ago in the tropical Iceland (in the other short TI), then I left a top rating, I must now sadly auditing after the visit. At that time a hospitable entrance waiting for us — this time a round tent was constructed in front of the entrance, their meaning not opened us up to. But that was not so dramatic. The TI himself ruled then homely 27Grad, and a water temperature which was comparable with the domestic bath. This is where you started probably in the last 2 years to save. Then we have anyone with long pants or sweaters (have extra again the pictures from that time seen by), this time the sight offered us and I also wore the time when I was not exactly in the water (temperature there now as well as in any ordinary indoor pool, so something fresher) a light sweater and linen trousers. This made noticeable, above all on the plants, which were now no longer so fresh and healthy. It also dripped from the ceiling — unfortunately our tent by we stayed. Like last time, the tent was clean and tidy. However, mold growth was observed, which is understandable, if it is dripping from the ceiling. What I also missing were the peacocks from last time. Newly added flamingos are what I would like to highlight very positively. They had the last time still not. Super thing! The sanitary facilities were neat and clean like last time, it toilet paper was filled in regularly and clean.

How were pretty disappointed. Can't hardly what what costs not extras and two mediocre pool, the entry is far too high. In addition, you have the feeling that everything becomes slow and little is maintained. The slides are also just average. And can be no talk of tropics. The water was cold, and when it comes out, you freeze themselves to death. Can recommend that really anyone.

I've been here second time. And I can tell that I was satisfied same or more than 1st time. I and my girlfriend, we have spent there 2 days and it still wasn't enough. Someone can tell, that the prices are overpriced, but I thing it's similar to other popular tourist destinations in Germany. For overnight stay we have chose for a bit adventure tent. Everything there was clean. Only think I can recommend is go to sleep early and wake up around 7:30 when the surroundings getting louder or use foam earplugs. What I like on the tent is the feel when you wake up and go out, first thing what you see is the white sand and warm air. There are many facilities for families and couples. But one thing what I missed the from my first visit was the Lounge bar with kind of bed sofas, where you simply lay and drink your favourite cocktail. For kids are there many slides and kids areas. For adults German SPA without clothes, bars in Thailand haouse replicas. And of course sandy beach and Laguna with waterfalls with beautiful pools. For those, who own electric car is there charger.

We were by the 2 Christmas day until new year's Eve at tropical Iceland and have stayed there on the campsite.
The staff was very friendly and also helpful across the Board!
If someone there not can deal this is incomprehensible. That included can be anything not at such a bad entrance is at least for me and probably many other visitors understand and can you also select.!
We were now for the second time there the first time we had a designer Lodge (absolutely class)!
Now for the second time, as was already mentioned on the campsite on a comfort pitch, and this as I have read in other reviews.! Very small, but for the winter quite sufficient.
This is me not comprehensible when the huge size of the area and could be solved otherwise certainly when newly landscaped squares, then it would be just if the new outdoor area made this a suggestion for summer camping.
Otherwise, we felt very much at home and will visit sure tropical Iceland in again.

Went with my son between Christmas and new year's Eve there. It all started, my coupon 2 for 1 (entry) is not accepted! We had to find in the bath it go even no free places for bathing was, nor on the lagoon in the South Pacific there was a place where you could turn off his towel and slippers, all the banks and are fully occupied. For the price of admission, you can expect something else! A dinner there after snake stand (approx. 20 min) in mass processing, Curry sausage for 4, €50, so totally overpriced! Also the jungle-lift (Swing), which is included in the ticket price was closed! Not to mention the queues on the slides. In short, it was the worst I have ever experienced and is not to be recommended at all.

The sheer technology that went into developing this site is amazing. I truly enjoyed my 2 days there. If you do want some laid back adult time it can be hard to find. The Sauna Spa area is the closest to that. That area is truly like a European spa that does not allow clothes. You can hang out in your towel, but be prepared to only go in the flesh into the soaking tubs with 10 other people. When naked loud kids are running around that area. Now that's just a little off putting. I do wish the Sauna and Spa area was off limits to children. The food prices are just like any other touristy spot in Germany. Be prepared to pay 6-16 euros for a dish. Take several towels and flip flops. We went barefoot everywhere, and that was a little harder on the feet than expected. If you want any semblance of quiet in the night time (pools don't close until 3am) get a bungalow outside the dome, bring your RV or get a hotel room. The adventure cabins and such right there in the dome are not well insulated from noise. If you are okay with that, just bring your earplugs and you should be fine. Nothing really bothered me, since I had earplugs, until the neighbors toddler started shouting at about 8am. The earplugs didn't stop that :P Then they went to breakfast and I kept sleeping. Most employees at the dome try to be nice and accommodating — just follow the rules.

Wether do it right or don`t. Tropical islands is not cheap — but worth it. So check all the prices before you go and calculate the costs of your stay. So you dont have to think about you are there. You are not going to a "normal" water park here — this feels more like a cruise or a or resort. They have shows, resturants, shops, bars, rooms beside the wellness area and pools and slides. We (2 persons) spent all together 380 € for an overnightstay (35hours) in a premium lodge includig all areas. We loved it to have a swim, to go to the saunas, then check out our room, have a cocktail (5€/ normal price), to go to the slides, and then repeat the whole procedure. Dinner: She had steak with grilled tomatoes, salat and potatoes with rosemary and I grilled lamb with figs filled ravioli and arucola salat with rosted pine kernels and grated parmesan. Both exelent prepared and served with a smile. For drinks we had water and cocktails :) all together about 60€. Fair price again. (You also can eat pizza for a few bucks, like you can read in other "recommendations" — but then dont complain about it. Look around. There is a huge selection of resturants) Breakfast: The buffet features english and continental. Everything as you would expect it in a good hotel. Everything is refilled regulary and there are enough tables so you can have privacy. Tidiness: I never (! ) saw any trash or dirt around. I have heared that in the sand at the beach cigarette ends can be found. I never saw one!

Often with children there are, very good Sabbath rest.

The resort itself is fantastic but do not even consider staying for overnight. You will be ripped off because it is more expensive than 5 star hotels in Berlin and you won't even get a 3 star service. We stayed here 3 nights (21-24 March) with our 2 small kids and we will never go back again. They never wiped the floor, they never changed the sheets, so the cleaning part was a DISASTER! When our air-conditioner broke down in the evening, they offered us two options: (1) wait until the morning when the technician arrives, (2) change your room from one end of the resort to the other at 9pm when both our kids were already asleep! So pack, carry everything and settle again — fantastic, isn't it? Especially that there were 4 family rooms completely empty beside our room during the entire stay, but they did not even offer one of those for 1 night to solve the problem. Instead, they wanted us to sleep at 31 degrees with 2 small kids, who naturally kept waking up several times at night due to the heat. The reception staff NEVER smiled, they only wanted our money and then did not even show us the directions to the room (the magic elevator is hidden so do not even dare trying to look for it — you won't find it! ). More than half of the staff cannot say a word in English and yet they are advertising their resort to Polish, Czech and Hungarian people all the time — so either you speak German, or you have to learn it during your short stay.

Do not waste your hard earned money. It is extremely overpriced and so not worth your time and the drive to get there. Our room for one night was 315 euro that included a few extras. As it was a special. So we thought. Upon check out we were charged an additional 218 Euro for some of our extras that were suppose to have been included in our room. This was confirmed not only with our confirmation but also by the reservationist when the room was booked. Despite our disputing, arguing and frustration they would not budge and we were forced to pay. Rude and unprofessional service. Cant get away with service like we experienced back in the states. Our room was disappointing we expected to be inside the tropical dome, instead our room, which was hard to find was attached to the outside of the dome on the east side. There was nothing tropical themed about any of those rooms, instead they were cheap modern IKEA style rooms. Extremely disappointed especially for the nearly 800 dollars it cost us for one night. The food and the restaurants are nothing to brag about either. Its Overpriced and fair quality. Waterslides are an extra cost. What sort of "water Park" charges extra for waterslides?!?! Not to mention it barely and I mean barely comes with inner tubes. The only nice thing about this place was the breakfast and the tropical theme. It comes with a lame beach, a Laguna and a play Park which is great for little Kids.
