Nice hotel, however, unpleasantly noisy when you have your room on the street. The traffic makes you wake up early. Furthermore, it is unbelievable that there are glasses but no drink in the room. With a room price of more than 100€, you can expect this. I slept in hotels that cost only a third and there was a bottle of water for free.

Good location, quickly accessible, but you are also quickly in the city. Sufficient parking space if you use the underground car park. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast service is also very good. All in all, good to recommend.

Overall excellent service and facility. Hotel staff were helpful. Rooms were spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast is well worth the $13.00 Euro. The restaurant food was good though a bit pricey. Buffet staff appeared to be a little shy with us, not sure why but could be because they felt their English was not good enough. It is outside downtown Berlin and takes about 40 minutes by train — time to get to the train station and take the train. Close to airport at Schonefeld but far from Tegel. Also found that there was a great deal of construction which made it slower to get around by car or taxi. Subway was good but lots of walking and can be complicated to use.

I only rate the restaurant and the kitchen.
Asparagus card very clear in the asparagus session.
Asparagus a bit woody at the ends.
Plenty of sauces available from hollandaise to brown butter.
Which so annoys me that you have to pay 11 euros surcharge in order to get a schnitzel to the extra cost of the potatoes of 3 euros and the pure asparagus of 250 grams for 12, 50.

The hotel is close to Schönefeld Airport. The S-Bahn (city rail) can be reached in 30 minutes by the S-Bahn (city rail). The rooms are well furnished. The breakfast was very good. The staff very friendly.

Spacious rooms with a small kitchenette and bar at an additional cost.
Spacious bathroom, bright rooms and air conditioning.
A Pc with printer is also available for business travellers.
Restaurant I have not tested since nice restaurant in the city can be reached in about 15/20 min walk.

The Location wasn't that great. If you are a guest from SXF then it's 4-5 minutes from the airport. The rooms were very neat and clean. The Food was very very cheap priced but very delicious. I was there because I visited the ILA. All in all I was very surprised how good it was. I would definitely recommend it!

Rezeption always helpful and friendly. Many great Breakfast optiona… scambled eggs tasted like rubber. When one showered the bathroom floor got really wet, but room service was really friendly and immediately cleaned it all up. Free bicycle so the few miles to the next train station were easy to get to, there is also a shuttle service but it costs 10€ per room.

Eigentlich alles ok. Nur der angepriesene Fitnessraum lässt zu wünschen übrig bzw. Hat über die Jahre an Ausstattung verloren. Gerade was den Freihantelbereich angeht. Dort müsste definitiv mal neues Material angeschafft werden. Wenigstens ein paar Kurzhanteln die zusammen passen und Gewichte aus denen der Sand nicht heraus regnet.

My husband and son were refused food from the menu with their food vouchers from easy jet. Easy jet supplied 25 pound each yet they were told to eat the uncooked meats or go without wouldn't even make some chips up. My 14 year old had to go without for 3 days good job MacDonalds was doing down the road. Easy jet have been informed that you are taking the full value of the food voucher yet not allowing guests what they like from the menu and serving them crap!

We had a suite for a few days.
The staff was always super discreet, nice and polite.
Breakfast super choice and very good food.
The room service was perfect and always very brisk there.
For and it was a perfect stay.

EZ was small but quite adequate. Clean and well furnished. Staff totally nice and helpful. Food top and Wellnesbreich has two saunas, a steam sauna, a whirlpool and a relaxation area. Always happy!

Room design was good, staff very friendly however carpet had loads of stains, room was very far from reception, hotel is next to highway so pretty noisy. Also it is middle of nowhere so nearest station is 20 min walk and taxi usually refuses to go there at night.

Basically OK. The staff is friendly. I personally only had one room that went straight out to the main street. This was also unpleasantly noisy when the window was closed. The food was acceptable, but it didn't knock me out…

Nice hotel in calm environment. 30 min by car to downtown Berlin, only 5 to Schonefeld airport.

It's a bit far out from Berlin but the shuttle service is good and cheap so it doesn't matter. Room I am in is lovely and the staff are very good.

Basic rooms but comfortable and clean enough for a quick business stay. Hotel restaurant was convenient and had a decent selection along with the overpriced buffet. Would stay again if my first option is not available.

Very friendly staff, very clean, large rooms. The food is highly recommended. Rich breakfast, also the menu in the restaurant is sufficiently stocked. There is something for every taste.
The connections to Berlin are very good. We highly recommend the hotel.

Stayed there last weekend for the marathon after being let down by our previous accommodation. Room was clean and tidy. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Only had the buffet breakfast which was excellent and catered for everyone. Never used the restaurant of an evening although it did always look busy. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and I would definitely stay there again.

We were on our 4-day visit, already for the second time in turn very satisfied. The staff was very friendly at the reception and in the restaurant. We would especially mention Mrs. Liudmyla Etting, through your cordiality in the service one has felt like home. Again and again we pamper us.

Actually we had a great stay.
the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was nice, only unfortunately a little unpleasant warm. The street noise could no longer be heard when the window was closed.
eating in the restaurant didn't hit my taste, but you can't please everyone. Everyone has their own taste.
the highlight of the stay was the wellness area. Our son had to go to the whirlpool at least once in the morning and once in the evening. And into the sauna.
Finally, I would like to say that it is very easy to get to the city by car as well as by train.

We were no. 349 in the family room on the weekend. It is located directly under the roof, right next to the highway. You can hear if a truck or a car drives past. It is very loud! The Windows are leaking. It whistled on all Windows according to the wind. We then slept with earplugs. Price performance do not agree. 94, 00 euro for the room. 10, 00 euro underground car park. But the breakfast is awesome! 13, 00 euro per adult, child 12 years old 12, 00 euro and child 10 years 10, 00 euro. Hell, who is 48, 00 euro for a breakfast out? Really naughty!

We have used in the last 2 years, 3 x the range of sleep, Park and fly, and can further recommend this hotel only fully. Very nice, modern and spacious rooms, very good service and always friendly staff. Parking in the underground garage of the hotel. Timely transfer to the airport and from the airport. Since we were already in the morning at 4 o'clock to the airport, it was no problem to book this offer without breakfast. Despite an early bird there was morning breakfast. We will book the hotel again in 2016! Here, the customer is still King!

We stayed for 3 Nights in a Best Western Hotel and it has us very well fallen. The staff were very friendly and it is already at the arrival very well Informed. The room was very clean. The Breakfast is very rich, there should be something for everyone. The only negative point in this Hotel, the rooms to the road are located right on a four-lane highway. Unfortunately, you have nowhere anything about it. The traffic noise is very loud. Apart from that, it was a very nice stay with friendly staff.

I was at my last stay, very disappointed. The room was dirty and on whims are the chefs has not been received. I have the Kuchenpersonal from my room only Smoking in the courtyard seen. The staff were, unfortunately, also very unfreunfreundlich. I ask for improvement!

RESPECT the common Bankenfelde-Mahlow conceded 25 Euro Verwarngeld if you have more than 1 hour in front of the Hotel parkt!
