We were able to celebrate our wedding with you on 11.08.18. It was a great pleasure for us, whether it was culinary or the location. We only received positive feedback from our wedding guests. We have been treated very family by the Paulisch family and therefore we are welcome to recommend you without restriction. Keep up with 5 thumbs up!

A very, very beautiful complex, a very nice castle. But unfortunately no more gastronomy, on the castle grounds.

Beautiful hotel on the adjacent park. Rooms are ok. Cleanliness is OK. The kindness of the staff is top. The food is very good. There's nothing to complain about. But I still have a suggestion to put on the menu also what for the little hunger.! Thank you!

Was there with my wife for dinner yesterday. Had Sallgaster ordered the portion in the warm loaf of bread for 14, 50 €. After about 30 min we got a portion of meat, salad and and… soaked with a kind of doner sauce on a few slices of old bread. The waiter explained to us that the day before all the bread we had ordered was eaten and she could only serve us something like that. Friends, this was for a restaurant that claims an upscale cuisine, taste and professional 0 points and in no way recommended. Furthermore, the exterior of the hotel made a very unkempt impression. (Iron bars, promotional material ect. Lag around). At the end of the evening there was a bad meal, 33, 60€ paid and very disappointed returned home.

The food is Hit and there is the boss really a lot of trouble, with much love and warmth! Striking was the cleanliness, but unfortunately, the neglected, I've decided to part geekelt, (in the shower hair from the predecessor, many of the spider weaving the as for weeks)! Over time, it became more and more dingy, sorry, rather old-fashioned, but cleanliness in a Hotel is the most important!

In search of first-class German kitchen, it occurred to us yet again, spontaneously, that the former restaurateur of the Sallgaster castle now its own Hotel and Restaurant in the immediate vicinity. And so we took the opportunity. Of The receipt by the Service and later welcomed by the Chef himself were cordial and competent. The Restaurant is modern, friendly and inviting. The menu is small but perfectly formed! We were six and had three Mäkelesser among us (incl. Me). But we were quickly found. The "Extrawunsch-Kinderspeise" was from the Service is excellent and with your own recommendations accompanied. The food was freshly prepared and at a rapid pace at the table. Nobody has had on the food of the others waiting, so that we all start at the same time. The previous small salad was fresh and tasty. Immediately, I followed exactly what we hoped. Stylishly presented and enjoyable food! As I would have liked to me the intended Dessert (Himbeertörtchen with ice) dedicated to it, but it was no more space. And that "unfortunately" the only negative point. My own capacity has given me the Dessert not allowed! I can at this point only recommendations for the Restaurant "Gesundheithotels at the castle" to Express! Mr. Paulisch, we were thrilled to come back.
