The front desk operates from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM; outside of these hours, a simple terminal is provided for self-check-in. The staff resolve issues promptly; for example, they quickly mailed medication forgotten in a room and assisted with accommodation during emergency power outages in the area.

There is a small cafe (bistro) in the building serving excellent coffee, espresso, and cappuccino, as well as light snacks. Breakfast can be ordered a la carte, or rolls can be pre-ordered to be eaten directly in the apartments. Guests describe the breakfasts at the cafe as excellent.

The rooms are full apartments featuring a complete kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer, kettle, and toaster. Guests also have access to a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. The bathrooms are fitted with modern walk-in showers with a tropical rain effect, and organic shampoos and natural liquid soap are provided. Some guests noted the absence of a capsule coffee machine (only filter coffee is available) and the lack of a television in the bedroom (it is located only in the living room).

Overall, the hotel is characterized as a quiet place; however, some guests note that the building is quite "audible." Specifically, ground-floor apartments can be noisy in the mornings due to cafe guests sitting on the terrace. Noise from garbage trucks and other service vehicles in the early hours may also be heard, even with the windows closed.

Guest opinions are divided: some find the mattresses very comfortable, while others note that they are too firm or sag in the middle, suggesting they need updating. It was also mentioned that the winter duvet may be too warm for the summer period.

Many rooms have balconies with panoramic views of Lake Tiefensee and towards Babelsberg, which guests describe as one of the main highlights of their stay. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow guests to enjoy the scenery directly from the room. Balconies are equipped with tables and chairs for relaxation.

The apartments feature high-quality oak parquet with an underfloor heating system. Almost every room has its own thermostat, allowing for individual temperature settings. In hot weather, the rooms are equipped with efficient and quiet fans.

The hotel has an elevator that serves all three floors. However, one guest noted that the door thresholds (for example, from the elevator to the inner courtyard) are too high, which makes it difficult to move a luggage trolley.

The hotel is very pet-friendly; guests have successfully stayed with dogs and cats. The staff welcome pets warmly, and some dogs even receive small gifts.
