Zuersteinemal Moecht I say that this assessment does not relate to the rooms, but to the way in which guests are dealt with (potentially).
Background: — In the past, I have always liked to send our Potsdam guests and guests from work (Helmholtz Zentrum Berlin) to the pension timeless in the beautiful Babelsberg.
— now my mother had to cancel the room because of my father's cancer (after all, about 4 weeks before) (they wanted to come to the birth of our child, which unfortunately was not possible).
— Since my mother accidentally chosen the non-cancellable option (79Euro, instead of 89 euro the night), this was of course not possible. OK, my mother's fault. So she has the 330 euro instantly.
But the criticism is this: on a friendly call, whether you can take the room later (with a Teilgustchein or anything in the way, etc) I was told the following: "What I had to anhoeren everything, sometimes stibt grandma, sometimes the dog dies. Anyone who can read is clearly in advantage. "Surely the good Mr. Marcell Fensch (think that was the gentleman with whom I was on the phone) is completely in the right. And the call was certainly not a demand for remission of the bill or Aehnlichem. But I am frankly schokiert about this statement of Jemdandem which is engaged in the guest industry. As a guest, I never want to send anyone here again. Some people have never suffered a stroke of fate — it would certainly change the view — I don't want anyone to wish it.
It would be a pity to have a simple statement: "I'm sorry, I really can't do anything. I also have to make ends meet… "… or so similar enough.
But in this situation to be hingesteltt as a fool (the same was also said to my mother on the phone previously: "Who can read is clearly in advantage. ") is unfortunately the last thing you can use in. : (
