We came to the hotel restaurant and wanted to have lunch there. We were not speaking German among ourselves, and I don’t know if it was the reason, but when we tried to call the waitress to get some more bread, she was obviously ignoring us serving all the other table. She saw us several times but deliberately didn’t come to our table so I had to go to the bar myself being pregnant to get some more bread for my soup that was way too salty. I pointed it out to another waiter who seemed nicer and he passed the info to her which resulted of her coming to me in the end and in pretty rude form saying that I should feel free to throw something at her in such situation (? ) because she was not noticing which was obviously not the case. Bad service and the food is not great.

A perfect location if you like hunderds of insects in your room. Special requests during the reservation will not be answered, in this case it was for something gluten free for the breakfast (medical reason). When we asked again for it, we got the comment “now you have your answer…. We don’t have gluten free”. Its really easy to organize something, but sometimes people are not willing. My girlfriend needs to bring her own breakfast in a hotel.

I celebrated my milestone birthday yesterday and am totally enthusiastic about the organization.
From planning to execution, we were well advised.
Every question, no matter how annoying, was answered in a friendly and competent manner.
The celebration was fantastic.
Everything went smoothly and without any breakdowns.
The food was amazing.
Our waiter Rico was so attentive and spoiled us around the clock.
All the staff is warm and always friendly.
We will be back.

The atmosphere and the service is good, but the food is below average. It was chanterelles season so we ordered something from that special menu, it turned out they just put them aside, not incorporated as part of the dish. The same dish without the chanterelles costs 5€ less. The fish was on the border with bad, the pork medallions were nice. Since it is the only option in the are I would say go but don’t order fish.

Today made a trip and eaten very well. Without making a reservation, quite spontaneously. Very friendly and nice service staff. Thank you for the nice day. We would love to come back 🚘🥘🍕🥣

We celebrated our wedding with the Zimmler family on 16.7.21. It was just great! The staff was very accommodating and nice. The buffet was really amazing. The DJ was great. The rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast buffet was varied.
All in all, it was really great with you and we would celebrate with you again at any time. Really, big praise to you and your great staff. Best regards.

We ordered food for Easter 2021. Great service! The food could be picked up under current regulations and was super tasty. Great concept! Can only be recommended!
