Avoid it like the plague. It's 22 km from the center town and bus/train service is not always available. The quality of the breakfast is very low, the food is cheap and stale. But even so, you might not get any breakfast if you don't fight the other guests for the scraps they put out. The beds are very old and uncomfortable. You have to pay for the Wi-Fi. A complete disaster.

Decent stay. No complaints.

The room did not work TV, some light bulbs and a towel holder fell off, for two days the staff did not react.
Of the pluses, a good breakfast, a spacious room.

We stayed 4 nights, nobody came to clean up the room, not even to put more toilets paper, I took one by myself in the cleaning trolley. Most of the personnel at the desk are not very friendly. Breakfast ok.

Check-in started very badly by Expedia not transferring any money to my hotel so my room wasn't actually booked — but that was Expedia's issue. Upon check in we got an exceptionally large, dated key for the room but it was easy to find and it worked. Hallways smell like smoke because they leave the exit doors open. The carpets were very dirty, the fridge didn't work, no air conditioning, there was no shower curtain — just a small glass 1/4 wall that didn't keep any water in the tub, the bathtub had no faucet so there was no way to fill it unless you used the shower head. One hand towel and one slightly larger towel was provided per person. There is a communal body wash, hand wash, and hair and body wash in large squeeze containers used for many guests until empty. Our toilet had an awful smell coming out of it and barely flushed. The beds were nice and the pillows were heavenly. Dated tube TV with 4 channels and the phone didn't work. Staff was friendly to us but it was the other guests — or residents, that were concerning. They blocked in our car one time when we had a 4am flight, approached our car several times telling us where they thought we should park, smoked and drank outside in the parking lot at all hours of the day and night. There appears to be a shed of gypsies? (who are frequently in the hotel) behind the parking lot who have a rooster who is very loud early in the morning.

Horrible place, paid Wi-Fi, not friendly staff and nearby cafes where until 23 hours play songs and shout Hindus.

+ the agent at the reception was extremely kind with us during the checkin -the agentS at the reception were extremely rude with us during the checkout -The agents (receptionists and cleaners) keeps knocking on our door starting 9am, and I hated them. They don't have a "not disturb" badge, so they disturb us until we checked out.

A quiet area, the room has everything you need. Good value for money.

Once and never again. Underfloor covering was spotty. Under the bed we still found beer lids from the previous one. I don't want to say anything about the bathroom in the first place. According to the description, it didn't sound bad, especially since a few years ago my parents were there and so raved. But I can't give that like that again. Unfortunately, only 1 point.

The rooms are not updated, the walls and carpet are dirty. The plumbing works. There is a TV. Beds fail, sleep like in a hole. There is nothing to eat at breakfast (cereal, yogurt, cheese and sausage, buns and coffee machine). There is no kettle in the room. The hotel staff speaks English and German.
Budget option. Very comfortable.

Friendly, they were all. But otherwise, just a dirty stall. Images from the Internet do not correspond to reality at all. Broken windows, dirty shower and toilet. And the carpets, omg, don't want to know what it all was. It has to be clean for the price, too.

Great hotel with chic sea view.

The hotel is in no good condition. Everything is used to. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. You sleep on folding beds that are far too soft. Everywhere are spots you don't want to know what it is. The sink was clogged and the toilet flush didn't go. We were a tour group of 80 people and there were only 80 portions to eat. Those who were still hungry did not get anything after. The salad was all within 5 minutes. There was no second bowl. There are no baker buns. Only baked up buns. Is the butter all then it is. You get naughty answers.

Curtains with holes 50cm tube TV with wrong FB. And only 7 O. 8 German broadcasters in need of renovation!

— mattress is far too soft and worn out (possibly due to the end) — bed too narrow (one turn, one falls out) — staff really not very friendly.
— Breakfast brutally overpriced.
— Absolutely no recommendation, prefer to spend 20 euros more and feel good.
But with entertainment: All night has taken place in the next room tourism.
A coming and going was that.
And the lady always cried very loudly, so that you could understand everything. What language is actually "egg ei" or "Oi Oi oi" for the German "Yes Yes yes"?

Doesn't include Wifi. The beds are old. But you can find them at good deal.

I always chose this hotel when I wanted to go to Berlin. It is cheap and not directly in the noisy city center. But the last visit was really the last one. The hotel is getting more and more degenerate. In our room, a foul smell immediately struck you in the nose, which apparently came out of the bathroom. Apparently, the room has not been used or entered for some time. It was not prepared for the guest. In addition, the carpet was dirty and covered with stains in all colours. The cupboard next to the bed had apparently been used as a sandbag because the door was smashed (see attached photos). We had packed groceries for the Berlin Trip, which was not a good idea because the minibar fridge was defective. When I asked at the reception I was told I could put the food in the staff fridge and you would take care of it the next day. Nothing has happened. I found the entertainment system, i. E. TV, the best. It was a good old tube TV, which wasn't really bad, I wasn't in the Ritz. What surprised me a little was the remote control for the TV. The battery flap was missing, then you simply glued a patch over it (see photos). What brought a little luxury to the whole thing was the owner who drove in the Maserati. I will never book a room again, and I can only advise anyone against it. Even assembly workers!

Big hotel, clean but not recommend for a longer stay.

The room has a hairdryer, no fridge. Internet toll 3 euros.

Clean rooms no mold in the shower. But leaky windows, and the hair dryer broken.
As a tip, first set all windows, then save €10000 heating costs and thus buy new blow dryer.

Nice and clean hotel room, friendly staff. But 3 euro per day for Wi-Fi is a weird policy (especially for guests who spend the whole day in the city and only come to the hotel to sleep).

So for the price you can not complain but you must not have great expectations.

It's actually not the cheapest relegated but it also has potential upward. The rooms are in a very poor condition. The décor is outdated. There are plenty of parking spaces. Greeting WLAN apparently only on request. During my stay, someone heard very loud music, which seems to be tolerated. I can't recommend it to anyone, even for craftsmen.

Inexpensive. Facility is very improving. Parking, elevator, accessibility available. The extra beds for a third person are not recommended, prefer to take a room more.

For the price of €45 it was quite ok. But in any case still capable of upgrading, in the area of room furnishings, breakfast and service. It is always enough for workers or persons travelling alone. For families not well suited in my opinion. But it is located very nice quiet.

Beautiful house with many flaws tiles in the shower are very equipped with mold. Burns on the table. The good old tube has no clear picture just semolina. We were only here one night and that was the good thing about it. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

For one night it was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly. We were allowed to go in earlier even though check in only a few hours later started. In small places in the room was a little dirty but that is more the run of life dirt. Bettramen were few stains the shower at small places somewhat calcification and the carpet also had few small stains. But bed linen, towels all clean there was no dust available either. I and my friend found it nice there.

Cheap and good rooms but it is far from the center.

Not that bad place, breakfast is good, room was clean. But if you donr have your own car or organised transport, its a bad place to stay.

Upon arrival we were welcomed at first friendly. This was also the only positive. The hotel is dirty. The bathroom has stunk beastly and's still hair of guests before were lying around. The equipment is run down and there was a loud noise of other guests at any time. We had explicitly stated at the time of booking to travel, because according to some booking pages, pets were allowed with dog. When we arrived but then with dog, we were called unfriendly, as a dog would mean obviously too much effort. Meanwhile, other hotel guests in the non-smoking areas have smoked and geascht on the ground. This was, however, ignored contrary to our clean dog without comment.

Dirty, defective elevator. Mixture of refugee accommodation / Hotel rule does not work.

The hotel is run down. Elevator broken, dripping sink, damaged tiles in the bathroom, room service came after 15: 00… Loud guests up at night and early in the morning…

Mardin hotel (entrée Hotels chain) is used as a refugee shelter to 95% and thereby partly offered by tour operators as a 4-star property. The hotel is noisy, dirty and apparently under-funded. Apparently the refugees there as a staff. The staff are indeed friendly, but completely overwhelmed. During the stay, the water was turned off 2 x for about 9 hours.

The police had to come, because there was a bunch of middle eastern people yelling allahu akhbar, offending girls, etc etc.

It was not even worth that of a star.
When we arrived at nine o'clock in the evening, 1 out of 2 rooms were not cleaned and stank beastly 1. The Manager was over half an hour not to speak. We waited over an hour to get our rooms. The noise in the hotel is very noisy, because Eastern European migrant workers are the main audience (information of reception). We have not visited the restaurant because a man forward came to us, who wanted to rush the Health Department on the neck of the hotel. My room was still dirty despite repeated cleaning. The barrier had winwn sleazy film, the carpet was heavily polluted, I use the toilet again just willing. The phone's display was missing and the batteries of the remote control as also a wall hook (for a Matel) were stolen. A change to another hotel was not possible due to our late arrivals and a large international trade fair. The cancellation of the second night was although taken note, but I had to submit this again in writing by mail. I've waited over a week on an opinion or a refund of the money.

Asylum seekers inhabit 50% of the hotel. Absolute Absurdity! Never again!
