We stayed overnight as guests in the lake view room.
The hotel itself is nicely done, as a contrast the service staff is borderline and uncoordinated. The bed is laid through and on visual inspection we have discovered the broken slatted frame. My wife felt like I was one floor higher than me.
In the restaurant you are forgotten or it is deliberately looked past the customer.
On request, people like to answer patty.
Nice facility, but everything does not help if the core is sick.
No recommendation.

A very nice hotel with nice rooms, a very good kitchen and nice staff. The 3-course menu was a dream and the breakfast left no wish. We like to come back and then also test the wellness area.

We enjoy our stay in the Spa Suite is very tasteful and romantic furnishings! The Wellness area is a dream! The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating and the food is just delicious, for each of the stresses of everyday life want to escape, I highly recommend this great Hotel! We will definitely come again.

We were eating in family there today, so this review only refers to the restaurant.
The first impression is very nice first. For vegetarians there is unfortunately no choice, you can eat as the main course according to the card only the cannelloni with ricotta. On demand, however, a Mediterranean vegetable pan was served with potatoes — which was good, but nothing extraordinary. A real criticism is the handling of the Service force with a note on our part, because the asparagus in two menus was completely bitter: only a short silence, then "I hear this for the first time". Sorry, but in a * * * *-house that has to be called "Oh, I'm really sorry, I give the hint of course to the kitchen further. Can we invite you to a drink? "With the bill (full price despite bitter asparagus) came the hint" we have tried, you are right "— more not! With veal schnitzel The menu has cost €24. We do not go there again, because price-performance (service) do not vote here.

Very nice food, good service but the prices are a bit high. The rooms have seen better times and the bathrooms need to be improved.

We visit with the family often the Villago and are excited every time by the Nice service and the delicious food and the beautiful location. We were just back this weekend to celebrate the birthday of our grandpa with a nice meal in the restaurant and once again we ate very well. Also on the first Christmas Day we were guests and the food was good and we were particularly happy to be "cooked" on this day and not to stand in the kitchen ourselves. Since the offer was used by many, it was fuller than usual, but despite the rush was very hard and we were very happy.

Despite the reservation, one had to wait and got chairs with cobwebs. The table still had residues from the guests in front of it. Dirty dishes and different sized glasses were added. The soups were lukewarm to cold and like the mains kept quite small. The noodles were very salty and barely edible. In general, the offer on the map was also very clear and not suitable for vegetarians. The atmosphere was very noisy due to the overcrowding.
By and large it was a very depressed 2nd Christmas Day. With the stars and the price you definitely expect something else and since you still leave this restaurant hungry, we will never enter this country house again.

Rooms are still a little bit more worthy of improvement, in the summer you simply notice the lack of air conditioning. The staff is super friendly and the food so far good to very good, mostly the latter. The place is well suited for meetings in teams of 10 — 15 people. Location very good at the lake, but also conveniently located. All in all for seminars well suited.

Equipment has the best years behind them. Prices for food and drinks are disproportionately expensive.

The Villago was once a hotel you like further recommended.
The food was just as good as the attentive service. The room had character and charm.
I had booked hotel in the years 2002 to 2006 several times as a conference hotel and for our guests. It's been long!
And now I am forced to give at least one star, which results, but only from the location of the hotel, by car to reach and its idyllic location on the Bötzsee in Eggersdorf owed.
But the location alone won't do it. Everything else has become simply a disaster.
The reception is very unfriendly and reserved to occur, to fend off all guest requests and to suppress the desire at the beginning after a return.
The service in the catering industry is unqualified and listless.
The breakfast buffet is populated only on multiple demand.
The rooms are dirty, under the bed is a thick layer of dust, the faucets in the bathroom are simply the place.
The wall to wall carpeting in room Santiago before dirt, as the carpets in the hallways. Looks as if generations of guests on the way and in the room would have vomited constantly.
We had housed four friends at the hotel in September of this year and had to convince us by these intolerable circumstances itself. It was just plain embarrassing us compared to our friends.
Our neighbors had booked two nights for three couples in June.

The worst brunch of ever… And even at Christmas… I am myself cooking and what I had to eat here and the service without words. A small example: takes over a half drinks. Table stood by us with reservations… That we sat halfway into the gang. The buffet ill built warm meals next to the entrance door and much more… It hurts every cent!

This so-called Spa Hotel really is a joke. Gym for two years in the renovation. No massages or solarium, as advertised. Pool area unheated and totally cold. For the excessively hot water. High risk of injury, since the floor is partially covered with deep and sharp-edged holes thanks to broken out tiles. Heating system faulty, therefore no hot water to take a shower in the room. Television not possible, since disturbed reception. Staff responded to the references of lack of totally uninterested and takes also a premature departure in stride.
Conclusion: Never again!
