I had made a mistake on my initial booking (booked 3 nights instead of 4). I reached out to customer service online but the team was unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful.

The apartment excellent. The location — near bus/tram station, one bus/tram station from S train station, near Kaufland. Easy access from and to Brandenburg Airport. Very good Wi-Fi.

Stayed for 1 night, Best customer service ever. Apartment was quite spacious for 2 people, and the view there is amazing.
AC had an issue because of the heatwave and the manager brought us a fan🙌🏼

I’m staying right now and I have to say it’s an excellent place. The room was very clean and spacious, looked exactly like the photo. It’s very quiet, other guests are very respectful.

Great value for money: well located, good facilities for a comfortable stay (never seen such a luxurious bathroom at a hostel) and nice atmosphere.

I suggest this hostel except for the pillow and the mattress, definitely should be changed with better ones.

Simply perfect! What else can I tell you? Very nice and peaceful neighborhood. There is a local center nearby and you can buy everything from there.

Family stay was a pleasure. Old times vibe in the building took us back in time. The owners are very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was super fresh and tasty. Happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in hotel gunia. Booked it spontaneously in the morning & arrived in the afternoon. Good breakfast. Nice rooms. Nice location.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by the receptionist Mrs Phoung. We arrived early, but she gave us immediately a very nice room even it was before check in time. The rest of our stay was perfect.

Really nice hotel! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The hotel bar is a nice place to hang out and you can even buy drinks at the reception after the bar closed.

What can I say? We had the most fantastic studio apartment facing out on to the street, perfectly located for the underground and a range of different amenities such as shops and restaurants.

I stayed for a week. I would say accommodation is amazing for the price. And location could not be better as well for what I wanted and needed. Clean, new and comfortable. All amenities as described.

I was staying here for a week, and I love the hotel! It's perfectly located (only less than 5 minutes walk to the metro station), and close to all of the main tourist attractions.

Clean room, kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave. Everything was fine. The advantage is the amazing restaurant opposite the hotel.

I don't understand the bad reviews, as it is a wonderful place. I was here for a seminar and had a great time. The rooms are small and simple.
