Good place to stay, near to Alexanderplatz. Trams are a bit noisy passing below.

Very large rooms (even the smallest size), comfy beds, great water pressure in the shower and checkin was easy through the tablets.

Excellent breakfast and service e.

Central hotel between the zoo and the Gedächtniskirche. Luxurious rooms and suites, great wellness area & noble business lounge.

Most of the rooms are very small compared with other Ibis around the world and compared with rates … some rooms at the upper levels, 7th, 8th and 9th are better. And spacious.

Perfect location 5 min walk to metro. There is a supermarket across the hotel. Rooms are big & well cleaned. Air condition is enough. There is a big sitting &resting area have table football.

My company has been regular when in Berlin. Hotel is wonderful and has that calm, old Berlin vibe. Everything is cozy but restaurant is very elegant and high level.

You can stay in a 5star hotel, but if the staff is unfriendly, you will remember it forever and never want to return.

What to write, complete peace you will not get, but other hotel guests should be considerate of others, that is, at night do not let the room doors close, so that it bangs and you startle, when

We was in a group of 4 people. The room was simple but good, fair price, good location, I recommend if you are going without old people.

We recently stayed at SMARTments business Berlin City West and had a very good experience overall. There were two of us, and we stayed in two different rooms during our visit.

It was a nice hotel, nice rooms, the location was a bit annoying to get to. The breakfast was amazing however their 24/7 snacks were kinda lazy for example the nachos are just corn chips microwaved

Hotel itself spectacular beautiful, looks luxury with bar in the lobby and restaurant for breakfast with amazing view.

A refreshing change from the usual hotels, this is a converted house with a lovely garden. Nice spacious room, decent bathroom. Breakfast is ok.
A 10 minute walk from the station.

Delightful place to stay.
We were visiting Berlin with another couple. This little hotel is a real gem. We luckily had the rooms directly onto the courtyards which were lovely.

Above all, it was very clean, and the automatic entry system at night was convenient.

Best value for money I know in Berlin. Rooms are more spacious than other hotels in this price range, and include kitchenette. Booking, check-in/out is very efficient.

Nice hotel, clean rooms with nice TV and such. The staff are also incredibly lovely and helpful.

Very quirky hotel. The themed interior is magnificent and different. It’s very close to the metro service (1 minute walk). It’s a nice and quiet area, with a pretty cafe on the bottom floor.

We organized a conference and arranged for accommodation with Bett & Buch.

Beautiful beer garden right out the back. Very nicely located by the pond. Nice and professional service 👍🙂

Very quiet block in Zehlendorf, almost in the park. 10 min walk to Krumme Lanke U-bahn terminus, 5 min walk to the main street with lots of buses. Clean, tidy, probably very colourful in spring.

It was quiet, the Wi-Fi was good, there was a good choice at breakfast. It was a lovely old building. I liked the fact that there was a table with Christian literature on, and a Bible in my room.

Friendly staff. Large and clean room located less than 10 minutes from KaDeWe.

Peaceful and Calm space in the heart of Berlin. Professionally personal service and Very well maintained infrastructure inside-out. I felt very safe and calm during the stay. Will certainly comeback.

The hotel is modern and coozy, palced in the heart of Friedrichshain, close to good bakeries, brunch bars and resturants. The Stuff is great.

I stayed at Hotel-Pension Michele for four nights in October 2025, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip. The hotel is warm, peaceful, and beautifully located.

Room was ok.
We could hear some loud from a street but it's not up to hotel. Wasnt too loud and we were able to sleep. Reception is helpful.
Close to U metro.

Very good hotel and the best that the staff speaks Spanish.
