Not sure if it was just my room but the hostel was directly above a loud club which was playing music all night. Even for a hostel, this is a bit ridiculous and made it impossible to sleep 🙃 Besides that Hostel was ok, a bit messy and rough location.

I am living here for 3 days. The reception was simple and helpful, I liked the fact that I slept in a quiet dorm, the other travellers are also respectful. The hostel is near ubahn, trains. Still near to go to the centre by feet. Liked the interesting music to the public living room and the aesthetics, it was like home.

I stayed in this hostel a few weeks ago and at first thought the hostel was alright (other than location) but then bedbugs were found in our room, which was dealt with very badly. I never normally give reviews, much less negative ones but I feel I need to share our experience with this hostel. Location: we arrived late at night and found it very difficult to find the door, my friend and I were wandering up and down and did not feel safe in the area at all. It's a bit better in the day but I did not feel safe there at night.
Rooms: the hostel inside is alright, there were plenty of showers, the bedrooms were fine but the toilets smelt a bit. We didn't use the kitchen but that looked fine as well.
For the first two nights we were happy in the hostel but on our second night, some people in our room found bedbugs. The staff came in with a flashlight and masking tape to remove them and nothing more was done. We slept in the room again for a third night, and only on the next day did they have pest removal people in. We walked into the room to find all the beds were stripped, everything moved, mattresses on the floor (see photos for proof) and all our stuff on the floor, with everything covered in some sort of repellant spray. A staff member came by and when we expressed shock about the state of the room, only offered us new bedding. Next thing, I looked over and saw a bedbug still on a mattress.
