I have not received the check in email for my booking tomorrow. I have tried calling ànd sent email and have received no response. This no reception system is an obvious joke.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. First of all, note that there is no physical reception here. So no typical hotel personnel you interact with. The room is ok. The worst part was when the Wi-Fi did not work for half our stay. We tried calling them about at already 25 times and we were not able to reach them. Finally when we did, the lady did not apologize or anything and was just being defensive. A really bad experience. As I had an international plan for mobile I had to use it fully since Wi-Fi was not there. You can also see other traveler reviews of being not able to reach anybody when there is an issue such as being locked out. I don’t leave negative reviews but this was just a really bad experience for us.
