The person workin at the reception has some sort of issue and kept on screaming at us for some reason while we checked out. The Hotel itself is a bit dirty but for the price its expected. Definitely would not come back or recommend tho since the lady has some sort of issue and doesnt know what shes saying herself.
I stayed in this hotel for a week and I had warmer water only 3 days and I was not able to take showers for 4 day. I tried to talk to someone about this issue. There was one lady who was in office but because she was drunk (high) she started to yelling at me. I went back to my room and I don't know what to do. I felt uncomfortable to stay there but I had no choice. The cleaner service also need to knock out the door before they enter in the room. This hotel needs to improve customer service, room was ok and hotel close to tram station.

Do not stay here. Felt extremely unsafe as a group of girls in their 20s travelling. Extremely hostile owner who never engaged in any dialogue with us except shouting at us as we came in and out of the hotel from a side room. After encountering this troubling behaviour we read the reviews and seen that she had a tendency to scream at people as they left and accuse them of not paying. And this is what happened to us. We had insight to peoples past experiences so we just left the key at the closed off reception with the note which is how we initially collected our key for check in and quickly exited the hotel. The women chased us out of the hotel and started shouting at us.
No staff visible or present. The reception was never open or any facilities listed on the website available.
The building was destroyed in graffiti and looked abandoned and inside was not much different. The beds were damp and the carpet was disgusting covered in stains. We had a shattered window in our room and smoke burns on the curtain. The fridge was vile covered in old food and didn’t keep things cold. There was no glasses or mugs in our room. There was no pillows just empty cases There was poor signage in the hotel no sign posts for rooms exemplify the lack of the facilities.
The owner like other people experienced banged doors and shouted at night time. Felt very unsafe walking in or out of the building and would not recommend staying here.
