Fair price, and personally I slept very well in their beds, personal preference I guess.
I spent here 3 nights with my brother. It's rather cheap, and clean all-in-all, but very basic. The area is not very appealing, the street not very well-lit and the building itself is quite hideous. Be aware no towels nor soap are provided. Still ok though if you're on a budget and don't need to make an impression.

Now, you have to keep your expectations really low, and you won't be disappointed. The rooms look cheap and they feel cheap but again, given the price of the rooms, one should really look past luxuries.
My biggest gripe with this establishment is the complete lack of Wi-Fi. Even cell reception is bad.
