The rooms were clean, with fresh sheets and a comfortable atmosphere. The location is a major highlight, offering easy access to the main tram lines, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for a clean, well-located stay.

I could complain about the unhygienic state of the rooms, the lack of any comfort or utensils, and the fact that there is no warm water in the shower. When you report this, you receive nonsensical excuses. Additionally, the room smelled horrible.
However, the most troubling issue was the owner's behavior. Never have I encountered someone as rude and unfriendly as she was. From the beginning, she made every effort to make us feel unwelcome. Her smelly dogs, which she keeps downstairs, are treated better than her guests.

You have to pay an extra 60 euros for late check-in. When I arrived after a long journey, everything was closed, and I had to call the administrator.
The room reeked of cigarettes, 🚬🚬🚬 as if 10 people had been smoking there continuously for the past year.
A lot of things were broken and old.
There was no hot water in our section.
There were no cups, glasses, or plates.
The lock on the toilet didn't work properly, so anyone could walk in!
But the cherry on top of this show is the administrator. I think she hates the whole world and the clients too. She is the most unfriendly woman. I hope this is the first and last time I have such an experience 😭😭😭
