I had a great stay at this hotel! Check-in was quick and smooth, and check-out was just as easy. The room was very clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent – close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
Worst staff, really not co-operative, arrogant and rude. I stayed and guy doesn’t know how to talk to their customer.

I arrived in Berlin alone for the first time, carrying complex emotions as someone from a Jewish family of Holocaust survivors. On my first day I was in shock and asked many questions, and the hotel manager answered all of them patiently. He also gave me very helpful information about unique tours in the area, which truly supported me during my stay.
I discovered that the hotel is located in a very strategic and convenient spot, with trams and trains right there. The area is excellent, safe, and especially suitable for a woman traveling alone. It is also quiet.
The room was very clean and had everything I needed and more. There was hot water, heating, and everything was perfect. They changed the sheets every day and refilled the coffee and tea, which was very comfortable and extremely helpful.
They were flexible, which was most important for me. They allowed me to check in two hours early and check out two hours later, which matched perfectly with my flight schedule.
I highly, highly recommend this hotel, its managers, and the entire team. It has a true Berlin atmosphere, and the service is simply excellent. I will definitely return.
