We stayed here over Christmas while visiting our son. Beautiful place with interesting art. Food in Italian restaurant was amazing. Breakfast choice was excellent. Only one member of staff was miserable at the bar area. She was a young bartender who needs to smile a bit more. Otherwise our stay was amazing. We will be back again as our son lives close by. Well done and thank you. 🇮🇪

This is a very poor hotel. The area is sketchy and bad. The service is terrible. The food is overpriced and disgusting. The breakfast is a madhouse buffet style of people shoving and pushing through long lines — not good food at all that you have to pay extra money for on top of your room price. People leave dirty dishes and trash all over the place.
There is not enough staff to feed people or clean up after they finish breakfast. So you’re sitting at tables with other people’s dirty dishes. There are not enough staff to even check people in. There is no conditioner or shampoo in the showers either only body wash. The water bottles are $5 euros each. The beds are tiny single or twin beds that are not very comfortable and the pillows are not comfortable either.
The staff are rude and unhelpful. They are severely understaffed, unorganized and unprepared for large groups. There is no coffee or tea in the rooms. We had steak that was served smothered in some kind of gross brown sauce that was a crime against steak.
It is mind blowingly insane that this place has such good reviews. Do not be fooled this is definitely not not not a 4 star hotel.

I was there fir a convention. It was a massive hotel but felt sozy at the same time. They had couches everywhere. The Train is about a 10 minute walk so that was very convenient. There is a grocery store down the road. I was a very nice place.

Rooms look okay, but beds are awful. Have not slept at all. They put a big light on in their.
Main plaza which makes it super bright in the room (its connected to the plaza inside. )
Food was good. But wouldn’t come back.

Quite a nice hotel near the airport. Stayed for one night in a standard room. Rooms were equipped with all you can expect from a 4 star hotel except a kettle, toiletries and free bottled water but didn't really matter since I had my own.

The general experience is very good the room is nice and clean and the hotel is huge, F&B quality. Only bad experience is the cleaner keep coming inside the room for cleaning, even we put not disturb sign, sometimes they come around 8am. That’s not acceptable at all.

This goes down in my book as one of the worst hotel stays. Let’s start with the positive: very accommodating staff, clean common spaces, nice conference area and decent Italian restaurant onsite. Now the negatives: The area is depressing, looks unsafe and derelict. I’m not convinced the surrounding buildings weren’t abandoned — I wouldn’t go out walking here. The beds were horribly uncomfortable — stiff like a cement block, with thin, musty pillows to accompany them. The duvets appeared clean, which is good because I used them as pillows since there is no functioning air conditioning and covers were not needed. I wasn’t able to sleep due to the uncomfortable bed, hot and stuffy room, and noise from surrounding rooms. No coffee maker or water kettle provided — I requested these and they do not have any in the hotel. No coffee provided with room service either — you must walk through the open atrium area into the restaurant and interact with people just to get a cup of coffee. Come on — who does that? If you arrive late or wish to dine past 9 PM you’re out of luck since the restaurants close early and there is nothing nearby. General description of the room: Outdated, musty, with ancient furniture and disgusting brown carpet from the 90’s. The bathroom is small, towels are small and thin, and they only provide one giant squeeze tube of shampoo/soap (all-in-one) which is only 1/4 way full.

From the outside it looks really good with it being refurbished and a big reception area with plenty of places to dine. The food is mediocre but fine for a bite to eat. The room we had was damp and old, in need of a refurb. The beds were two twin beds as a double pushed together. Not much to see in The local area and would not feel safe there at night walking around that neighbourhood. I would only stay there if I had a conference in the Estrel.

This was a fantastic place to stay. It’s a little bit far out-of-the-way in terms of sightseeing, but really quiet and serene environment. The restaurant was amazing really really good Italian food. The spa was really nice although the hours are not ideal. The gym however, is open 24 hours.

The hotel room costs so much and then you're given two single beds for that high price. Service that works the reception are great, nice, and friendly, but room service staff is very sketchy. They have repeatedly come into my room after the room has already been cleaned and invading my privacy. It was so unacceptable and had me thinking multiple times about my valuable belongings. Luckily the rooms offer a secure locking place otherwise who knows what could've happened. Stay here ONLY if you NEED to.

Great Hotel out of the Centre of Berlin, Service was Polite Friendly and helpful, Rooms were Spacious and Well Lit. It Has a S Bahn Station close By Sonnenallee which has all routes into the City and a Great Fast Food Place next Door. Highly Recommend and will definitely book Again.

I love this place! I stayed here for 10 days during a work trip and absolutely loved the experience!
I had a double twin size bed and while I would have loved a full size bed at best it was so comfy! The pillows while thin were just right. I felt like goldie locks.
Breakfast was an event each time and while I didnt try each restaurant the Italian one had excellent food!
Service is top notch! I highly recommend it! Also there’s a lot that’s within walking distance!

We stayed overnight as our Easyjet flight was cancelled. It was about 1am when we arrived, tired and fed up, the staff booked us all in very quickly. Breakfast was very nice, a good selection of food. Room was very nice and the bathroom was excellent.

The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. It has two restaurants in the lobby so you can enjoy a night in with a relaxed atmosphere and wonderful food. We enjoyed several of our meals there. I had time to work out in the gym and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing stay! Staff are really helpful, breakfast (served between 6:30AM and 10AM) was really good and had a lot of options (especially vegan), my suite was big and quiet, gym (open 24hrs) and spa (open from 3pm to 10pm) was small but very functional.
Highly recommended!

I would really not recommend this hotel.
Rooms are not that clean or nice the pictures are definitely taken 10 years ago.
The Personal not that friendly.
The lobby looks amazing and this was a reason to assume that the rooms are just as nice.
The Hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars. We changed the Hotel just the next morning.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff & great food choices at breakfast. Central and not far from the airport. Conference centre was light and airy. Food at gala dinner was chosen for vegan lovers and hit the notes very well. I liked also the feeling of sitting in the street in mid section of the hotel as deco.
