The Charming by Curt Suites

Really enjoyed our stay here! From the get go when checking in the staff were lovely and friendly.
The location is fantastic, a short walk to museum island and serviced by 2 tram stops it was very easy to get to and from the room, even at night.
The rooms are lovely and modern, which a spacious bathroom and lovely showers. They also allow for self catering, however we didn’t do any cooking. I really like the fit out, especially the mat black light switches!
A special mention must be made to their own web app which makes getting into the room and luggage room a breeze. I very much appreciated that we could leave our luggage there until 11pm after we had checked out at 11am, as we were flying out much later. They also allowed us to drop our luggage there before checking in.
There is a coffee shop downstairs ran by Curt aswell, which was a great way to start the day. The staff were friendly, the coffee lovely and the bagels tasty.
We will definitely stay here when we return to Berlin, already planning a summer trip!
Thank you guys.

The room is spacious and well designed, making it suitable for a family of four. The location is convenient—you can walk along the river to Museum Island, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. The bathroom is fairly large, and the soundproofing is quite good. Although there is no parking on site, street parking in the surrounding area is very easy. I would choose this place again the next time I visit Berlin.

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Berlin! ⭐️
The experience was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end.
Unbeatable Location.
The first thing to highlight is its location—simply spectacular! Being so central allowed me to easily reach all the points of interest on foot or by public transport.
Dream Room.
The room was a true haven. It was super comfortable and very well-equipped. From the modern furnishings, the attention to detail was evident. I truly felt at home, with all the comforts one could wish for. A ten out of ten for comfort and amenities.
Exceptional Service.
I recommend this hotel without hesitation. If you're looking for a place where an excellent location is combined with a very comfortable room and impeccable service, this is the perfect place. I will definitely return on my next trip to Berlin!

Couldn’t recommend enough! We had an amazing stay and hosts were extremely helpful. Prompt responses for any queries. Luggage drop off on arrival/departure was a highly appreciated touch. Great location — everything we wanted to see and do was around a 5-30 min walk away. Apartment looked exactly like the photos, clean and modern. We hope to be back some point soon. Thank you! x.

We loved our stay at the Charming Curt Suites penthouse. The apartment was bright, spacious and in a fantastic location for exploring Berlin. The kitchen and laundry facilities were really convenient, and having the lift go straight to the apartment was a big plus with our luggage. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Overall, a great stay and we’d happily return.

Very modern and spacious flat, and location is good. Kind of in the middle from everything, but at the same time not in the middle of the crowded streets. Short walk to several subway stations.
Loved that they had oat milk for the coffe. I will def be back when I go to Berlin. Easy with check in og doorlocks etc.

The apartment was simply perfect. Cozy, clean and very well equipped. The kitchen is super well equipped with the portable induction stove and several kitchen utensils. My son had a lot of fun creating his own apartment in the upper floor. The apartment is very well located close to Alexander platz, just 5 minutes walking to a very well connected station.
The support team was also very responsive and helpful. I will repeat for sure next time I visit Berlin!

I stayed for two comfortable, calm and peaceful rooms in a really clean and hygienic room. My family and children were very satisfied. I think this place is more comfortable than the hotel room.

Very nice place in the center. Very good service. But: it can be very noisy from outside on the streets and the room above our room. You can hear the other guests walk etc.
Also the stairs to the second bed in our room is dangerous. I think this is not very good when youre sleepy and have to go to the toilet.

We were met enthusiastically by one of the owners/managers on arrival who showed us around. The apartment was just what we needed for a family of 4. Decorated tastefully with a kitchenette equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was beautiful. The locking system with an app was sophisticated and they thought of everything including chargers in the hallway in case of a flat phone battery (which happened to us so we were so happy to use them! ). Location was excellent just a short walk to Alexanderplatz and mall Alexa. We will definitely be back! We also look forward to using the new cafe which was being built at the base of the building. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Quite a lot of noise from the street. Otherwise, very nice apartment in a great location — perfect for families! Really good value for money. We are happy to give our best recommendations😀

This place is a home away from home. Check in went smoothly, the room was a perfect cocoon, clean, comfortable bed. All in all a perfect place to stay. Would return in a heartbeat 💗

Don’t stay here whatever you do.
Fire station next door. Many fire trucks and police cars rushing by.
Check-in is digital and if you book thorough platforms they don’t know or care how to contact you. You get stuck with luggage outside the entrance.
Their service is the worst I’ve experienced in years. Asked for fresh towels three days in a row. They promised and confirmed but never delivered.
The most insane part when they offered a complementary “mid stay refresh up” (35 EUR worth they claim). It was the day we already CHECKED OUT. So, they didn’t even bother to check how long my family of four was staying.
I kept the chat and will do a push to get Charming by Curt Suites off platforms such as Hotels. Com, booking etc. They are rude, disrespectful and don’t follow service agreements.

We had a lovely stay overall! The room was very nice, clean, and quiet, and in a great location — very close to two metro stations, a railway station, and just a 10-minute walk from Alexanderplatz.
Communication with the host was excellent — they were friendly, responsive, and made everything easy for us.
The only thing to note is that the room is better suited for two adults and two small children. We were four adults, and two of us stayed in a loft area that could only fit a double bed, with very limited standing space. This setup would be perfect for a family with young children, but it's a bit tight for adults.
Still, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for smaller groups or families!

Great neat and tidy place to crash if you want to be close to the city centre. It has everything around the corner. The rooms have plenty of space, and the beds are big and comfortable.

The hotel is really welcoming, clean and with lots of benefits (water, coffee…). The staff is extremely helpful and very flexible with check out as they allow you to leave your bags for the whole day! Really a great place…
Unfortunately, the work in progress around the property makes some aspects of the stay a little uncomfortable due to noise, but this is certainly not the staff's fault. As soon as they are finished, the place will be top marks!

We rented the spacious apartment for one night. Really amazing apartment, very stylish and comfortable. Love the bathroom design! Hade a great night's sleep, unexpectedly quiet in spite of the central location in Berlin.
Great plus for the wonderful and helpful host! Would love to come back.
