Perfect hotel for a city-break. Spacious rooms in a modern style. 5 min on foot from zoo, 8 min from subway station and KaDeWe Berlin. Delicious breakfasts at the hotel, however, there are queues at peak times (it's quite a big hotel). I will probably book this hotel on my next visit to Berlin.

What a magnificent hotel. It's not just its central location close to shopping centers. These are the people, the team members who are very kind and ready to help and always with a smile. The rooms are ordinary but maintained to a high standard. The breakfast buffet is rich, contains a variety of products presented in an aesthetic way. In short, if you are thinking of a hotel in Berlin, this hotel is an excellent option.

We had a fantastic stay at your hotel. Very well catered for and easy especially as I was travelling with children.
I would however say that you would have scored a 10, had the air conditioning in your rooms worked properly, as they just churned out heat which made the rooms very warm.

Overall welcoming at reception and room available early and 12pm checkout with facility to leave bags if leaving later. Found concierge a little rude. Asked a question and was he looking over my shoulder and appeared not to care. Did not buy breakfast as overpriced at €35 pp. Small coffee shop across road as alternative. Appears to be more business focused. Easy access by bus and rail.

Really enjoyed our two nights at the Pullman.
Lovely looking hotel, very quiet reception area and very helpful reception team. Our room was ready early, even though they were full, which was really helpful.
Room was clean and spacious, lovely view of the zoo. Air conditioning was very effective, especially as it was 32 degrees all weekend.
Small point: I would say that the bathroom grouting could do with a deep clean though.
Nice location, easy to get to the train station and the park and there were some nice restaurants close by — Evin Pizza Pasta was delicious and good value and Enzo's did a great bagel.
We had dinner in the bar lounge one night which was lovely. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel and rooms, Nice bar, super swimming pool, we felt relaxed. Special mention to the cleaning staff, who perfectly understand what is the standard of cleanliness in a hotel — thank you! Large choice at the buffet breakfast except 2 points : small breads are dry, everyday and most of the staff is very nice. Except 2 persons. Please change job if Hospitality does not mean anything to you! I know what I mean — 30 years in hotel industry, as Accor, except those 2 points our stay was perfect and yes this is a good place with a good staff. Thanks for all.

We stayed at this hotel for two days. What a treat! The location is perfect, close to basically everything. Upon arrival we were welcomed by all the staff present in a lovely way. Everybody was very friendly and welcoming.

Had a reservation with my man for 4 nights. The hotel in general is nice, good bar, clean and cosy rooms, tasty breakfast, but the service at reception is to slow. And one thing more, very important — the worker (a man) from spa area is so annoying, his behavior seemed like he was a guest, not us. In spa area people want to relax, but he is around every time making stress, even when he see that the person is not ready for a conversation.

I’m a middle aged, fussy British woman. This hotel was perfect in every way. Stayed 3 nights March 2024. Located on a quieter but safe upscale area of the city with great shopping area nearby. Public transport excellent. Stylish decor throughout. Comfortable room on the top floor (9th) front facing view over the zoo. Breakfast excellent. Bar/drinks, relaxed. Gym, sauna and pool great (pool a bit cold for me but you can’t please everyone) Some staff are a bit aloof but are always respectful of your privacy…. However a special shout out to the breakfast waiting staff…. They were very attentive and lovely. I am definitely going to be a returning guest and will sign up to Accor (hopefully I’ll get a discount next time! )

An excellent stay. We were really happy with this hotel. We loved the pool, bar, breakfast and the rooms! The only downside was the room was quite warm at night and the air con wouldn’t turn on. We would stay here again! Turn right out of hotel for a Greek restaurant and an Italian (both recommended). 5 mins from the zoo second entrance. From the airport there are great transport links but we did have to change so worth asking the hotel for details on this. Highly recommend this stay!

One of the best hotels I have stayed. Rooms are great! Clean and modern. Front Desk is super friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant staff is fast and nice. Food is good.
Breakfast is too expensive for what it is but not bad.
Pool is awesome.

We stayed for 4 nights in early December.
The Good.
1. The location was a bit away from the tourist sites but close to shops, restaurants, and the zoo.
2. The hotel decor was modern and the bar area was nice.
3. We had an issue with a lost phone and the concierge staff were excellent and helped us locate and retrieve it.
4. The spa was excellent. The pool was great, as was the sauna. I had a massage and it was also very good.
5. The bathroom was good, well equipped and had nice toiletries.
The Bad.
1. The room was pretty bland.
2. The room service was ok but we avoided breakfast which was a rather steep €32.
3. On check-in, we had reserved a room with a view, but they only had one with twin beds, which meant we had a room with a rather average view.
Overall.
We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

This was my first stay at this property, and I was quite pleased with what it had to offer. The location is very good, near the zoo and the shopping district of Berlin. The quality of the towels, bedding, and the bed made for a restful comfortable stay. So too was the case with the service. The entire staff was helpful and eager to solve any problems or answer any questions I had. The breakfast buffet was great, with a wide range of hot and cold items. This is an excellent property and is worthy of a return stay when I'm in Berlin again.
