Hotel Garni Aaberna

When I arrived at the hotel, instead of a welcoming smile, the host barely looked at me and spoke in a cold, dismissive tone. Any simple question I asked was answered with annoyance, as if I was a burden. What should have been a relaxing stay quickly turned into an uncomfortable experience. Respect is the least one expects in hospitality, but sadly, it was completely missing here.
On top of all that, the host reminded me to leave the room at 8 AM by actually opening the door while I was still asleep, dreaming of how I would escape that palace of nightmares.

Perfect for getting around with public transport nearby, though the front desk could be a bit more welcoming. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Absolutely rude and insensitive people. I wrote to them that my flight will land after six and I will reach the hotel around 8. I asked them if they can still let me check in to which they said yea. After arriving there I found out that the hotel was locked from the outside and all the lights were turned off. I called the number provided which a lady answered. She was absolutely rude, insensitive and had no regards towards the customers who might have travelled from a distance from long flights. She in a very rude and disrespectful way stated that the check in is not possible at all and we can do whatever we want she doesn’t care and is not her concern. I asked her if I will get a refund of the night and she said it is not possible its our fault that we didn’t arrive on time now we have to accommodate ourselves. We ended up going somewhere else and paid extra. Will not recommend at all.
