The dormitory and facilities were great. However, I am very unsatisfied with the service. Upon arrival I did not receive a mailbox key. I was told that it was being ordered and that I would get it within two weeks. I ended up getting my keys after 5 months. In the meantime I was unable to access my mail. Also, my shower drain was clogged. After repeated request, I was told that it was a common problem in the building and that they were working on it. They did not offer to look at it or whatsoever. I was not able to take a proper shower without the water running to the rest of the room. Lastly, I had major problems with getting my deposit back. The contract says the deposit has to be paid back within 3 months after termination. When those 3 months expired, I still had not received my money back. I literally had to threat of taking legal action to finally get it back. I spoke to other residents who stayed in Spreepolis and they had the same problems with the deposit.
