It's nice and transportation possibilities are good, but Wi-Fi is poor.

Nice rooms. Great location, very close to public transport. Not all staff speaks English, so beware. They only accept cash as payment. Friendly staff. Remember your own shampoo as they do not provide any!

Beautiful guesthouse, I felt comfortable from the beginning, at the parking lot in front of the door, you need happiness, what is free, otherwise I wouldn't know where to park. Beautiful large rooms, with bathroom, water pressure is not optimal now, but when I had a room in the hinterhouse on the second visit, the water pressure was optimal. Breakfast was really the highlight, really cosy atmosphere prepared with a lot of love. I'm looking forward to the next time.

The Rooms are clean, for 1-2 Nights basically it would be ok in case of Emergency.
Internet & W-Lan does not function in the Room. No hot Water and Heating is not switched on at 4 degrees.
You can get yourself prepared for a Cold Room!
When I arrived we had about 4 grad and Heating was off although it was known that I will arrive that day.
Had To freeze until there was a reasonably normal Temperature in the Room.
No warm Water neither at the Sink nor in the Shower, at these Temperatures your Heart almost stops when you have to shower with cold Water and brush teeth. When checking out and after which I said it 3 times, the Owner (forced Crowds, didn't come across honestly) meant that would hurt her, that was all.
The Owner is unkind. That was her checking in!
A new Girl was at breakfast on 18 11. At the Reception there, no Sign of others.
She was new and didn't quite know her way about it, but the only one that was very friendly.
At these Temperatures, turning off Heating and turning off warm Water I find impossible! Not nice, the Lady!

Staff unfriendly, rooms were ok.

I lived from 14-16 Dec 2012 there. I was very satisfied.
The price is fair. The location not far from the action in Prenzlauer Berg (walking distance) — — very close to the tram towards the Centre or also Schönhauser Allee.
The rooms were clean, the rest was easy, you will be left alone.
If you want to have a clean, simple, well-located rooms, fits the pension.

We had a lot of problems: 1. Proble with heating 2. Problem with internet connections, Wi-Fi was not working, we had to make reset router every 15 minutes. 3. The owner is very unfriendly I'm so sorry but I don't want to suggest to somebody to stay there.
