Very cosy, clean and nice designed small apartment. You can cook inside. Location is great as well. Breakfast is traditional, no vegan options. But you can buy your food around, there are three organic supermarkets close to this place. Would highly recommend to stay here.

Nice place. Room well equipped. Well located. Guy with the beard at reception very friendly and helpful. A bit too much traffic noise.

The location is convenient. The room design is good, has everything you need. Lovely staff. The room was clean, the cleaned was very good.

I warmly recommend Schoenhouse studios. Top location (transports, bars and restaurants at a walking distance) even if a bit noisy on the frontside. Staff always nice and gentle.

Love this hotel. Wonderful to stay in, close to great restaurants, central railway station and Mitte. So relaxing with warm friendly staff and delicious breakfast. We always try to stay here but often find it full.

Modern and comfortable, our apartment had almost everything, unfortunately the shower didn't have a curtain/door.

Conveniently located (near Alexander Platz, Gelerija, Museum Island), for parking give a special plaque that the fine is not discharged (type local), the rooms are comfortable, from the balcony you can see the tower.

Very nice team, unproblematic in settling requests. We had booked the studio with a balcony. The room was large, loving and absolutely stylishly furnished. The hotel is clean and very centrally located. We stayed with an open patio door and were very surprised at the tranquility. Breakfast we hadn't had to take up but have to say that the breakfast area and the buffet looked very appealing. We will be happy to use the hotel again.

Great location for walking around the center. The staff was very helpful and helpful. There are three stops to Alexandrplatz, and from there to any point with sights it is convenient to get there.
The rooms are very cozy, beautiful design, the kitchen is comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The floors are heated everywhere, it is nice to walk barefoot, T. K. Floors made of natural wood. Modern equipment and all electrical equipment. Light is interesting to adjust by pressing the switch. They couldn't figure it out for long.
Downstairs on the ground floor is a fireplace and very beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean.
In our room the windows were on the road and quite noisy due to this.
As they said at the reception, all the rooms without balconies overlook the road, and change did not work, all occupied.
So if you need a quiet, book a room with a balcony.

The room and the place are nice. However, there was a dense sewerage smell coming out from the sink, a "common situation due to the weather" according to the reception staff. That smell woke us up many times in the night. Totally disgusting experience. Intenso olor a alcantarillado en un cuarto piso!

Wonderful staff, nice hotel. Within walking range of Alexander Platz. M2 next to the hotel and close to U2. My wife could hear the tram but I couldn't. So if you are sensitive to noise maybe not the best hotel.

Really stylish studio apartment, with small kitchenette and balcony, which is definitely 5/5. There are some really lovely cosy bars within walking distance and there are two nearby underground stations. There is extensive building works going on opposite, which affects rooms to the rear, so it's a good idea to check about this when booking. Hpwever. We were refunded part of our fee to compensate for this, which was fair.

Super! We were very happy with the stay: the mini quiet and welcoming accommodation, very well-maintained, just the right size, exactly as we expected from the photos. Nespresso coffee machine available in the room, very much appreciated! The friendliness of the staff and a great location for getting around the city!

Very good location, studies clean and with everything you need. Good bed and good shower.

Great interior design and tasty breakfast. Shower could improve with a glass door preventing water from scattering on the bathroom floor.

Overall the experience was very good. Everything was kept clean, the rooms are spacious and they even include cookware. Refrigerator works great and the furniture is comfortable. My only drawback is that the internet connection is less than stellar. Many times in the evening I would get less than 1 Mb/s. I would be happy to have the option to pay a fee per week to have something much faster and more reliable. Overall I would stay again, however I would probably figure out my own internet option.

We stayed at Schoenhouse Studio's for the Berlin Marathon and it was an amazing experience. Beautiful studio, very helpful staff and close to public transport, which is great if you just ran a marathon and walking isn't easy. I forgot my yogamat and they were so kind to send it to my home address without charging me for it, awesome service! Thank you and we will be back some day.

First hotel I have ever wanted to stay in the hotelroom. It felt like a home from day one. Very good location, just south of one of the nicest areas in Berlin. Internet that works, log in and you don't have to do it again. Keycards that works. So it didn't feel like a hotel. A must go place.

Great location, short walk from Alexanderplatz and has a tram stop just outside also. Friendly, helpful staff and lovely reception area. Decent sized studio with balcony overlooking courtyard, even with an extra bed fit out daughter we never felt cramped. Nice bathroom and small kitchen area with fight, sink and small hob. Clean throughout Good breakfast of bread, eggs, meats and cheeses. Have no complaints, and will book when I return to Berlin.

Just home after our first visit to Berlin and these fabulous apartments. Excellent location, beautiful rooms, all staff extremely helpful with lots of help and recommendations. Breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. We were on the 6th floor at the back with our own balcony with great views of the Berlin skyline. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Very nice accommodation. We had a Studio with a small balcony to the courtyard, so for Berlin Mitte are relatively quiet. Good facilities, beds good, all modern and clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast good. We will come back again.

Very nice Central location, great rooms, very stylish and yet relaxed, one feels as if one comes home. The beds are an absolute dream… you sleep "heavenly" The only deduction the price-performance ratio: the Studios are relatively expensive… … but still an experience.

A great stay in this nice hotel with contemporary design and a cosy atmosphere. The hotel is located near the center and has a very nice breakfast buffet. We absolutely recommend a bike tour to enjoy the city.

Very pleasant stay at your hotel with quality services. Cleanliness, quality of the room and breakfast, spotless. My room was on the side of the road, but despite an open window that has not bothered me more than that! Impeccable sleep in quality bedding. Coffee machine in the room, useful when we wake up before lunch time. Staff with onions! Good location, and tram nearby! Very satisfied.

I liked very much our studio (with a balcon) : it was clean, modern and beautiful. There was space enough in the bath room even for a big man. The breakfast was excellent in a charming atmosphere. There are good connections to the city center from the hotel, you can also walk to Aleksanderplatz. You must absolutely visit the high class restaurant in Bötzow Berlin next to the hotel, but book the table already before you travel to Berlin.
