Beautiful arpartment well accessible by u train.

This my absolute favorite… my home away from home in Berlin! Everyone is lovely and Cafe Lois is wonderful!

Very clean, all new, soft beds, have a lot of space, nice cafe downstairs.

Nice rooms and apartments. Quiet location. Nice reception.

What to expect from a unique aparthotel in the most trendy area in berlin? The best connubio ever! So happy to stay at karlitos for my hols! Clean and huge apartment.

Apartments are spacious and clean, great location! Great value for money. Breakfast is rich and good. It is highly recommended!

The location is excellent. The room is very large and well equipped. The only problem was the lightning of the room, poor and badly distributed. The breakfast is served at the room and was ok. There is no parking lot, you have to find a place to park at the street with the permit you receive at the check-in.

Very bad service!
The location is very good, apartment is modern and clean but the service is very poor. We arrived at the apartment 10 at night to find out they lost our reservation somehow. We had a resrvation confirmation on hand and they said they definitely have the reservation bu it got lost somehow. They said they were fully booked so they cant give us another flat but they will fix it.
We had to wait around 20 mins for "the guy" to arrive to talk to us. He arrived really chilled about the situation and said most of the hotel are booked anr most of the apartment accommodation around are closed this time at night and we only have a single option which is not good but it is what it is he said. Anyways, he tried to send us to a hotel we didnt know where and tell them we have a room and get it. The hotel was more expensive than what we reserved for but he refused to come with us to show the and to pay the remaining amount as he promised he would when he arrived.
We had to put up a fight with him for him to come with us. He wasnt nice, he wasnt helping, he didnt even bother about all the fuss he caused. We had flight the next morning.
It was the worst experience ever abtoad for us (and we travel a lot)

The best room and bed ever…

Just returned after an 8 nights stay in the L1 apartment. A couple plus 2 kids. Perfect location. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Even the neighbours were nice :) lots of restaurants in the area, an auto laundry place around the corner, the U bann is jusr 4 minutes walk we enjoyed every minute! THANK YOU.

Very clean, nicely furnished, centrally located, come back!

Clean, nice and functionally furnished small apartment with small cooking facilities in close proximity to two metro trains. Super Central location and yet is Parking in the direct vicinity. A variety of Bars, cafes and shopping facilities in the immediate environment. We like to come again. Only the Wi-Fi is extremely slow, but enough for the Essentials in holiday.

Really nice place to stY at Mitte, with a charming coffee shop and nice staff.

Karlito is located conveniently close to two subway lines and many trams in the heart of Berlin. The apartment was clean and spacious (for two at least) but missed some little things (light of the fridge was broken etc). Good value and service.

Perfect! large and clean apartment, excellent hospitality, low prices.

I stayed there at Whitsun. Nice rooms and atmosphere, friendly host and very clean. Theres a small cafe in the same building where you get your breakfast or have a beer in the afternoon. Ill certainly return.
