The stuff can’t speak English well I recommend this hotel IF you want to stay in that area only.

Centrally located from lot of resturants and supermarkets. The train station is just a minute away. Breakfast was good … room where clean. Only down side is you have to travel an hour from the city to reach here. But the stay is good for budget travellers.

The Receptionist was very friendly. The U5 connection is not a 5min away. Well The Rooms are very old fashioned. We booked with Breakfast and where we arrived we had to book and pay extra. The Bed was the purest Catstrophic the Mattresses were just lying through and didn't even fit the Bed rack. The Bed frame was 1st 40m the Mattresses 1st 80m. If you lay too far on the Edge, you landed on the Ground. The Night Cabinets have broken out and were only put back on it so that it does not stand out. In the Bathroom, instead of a Shower door, there was only a Curtain Attached. In the Toothbrush holder Was still the dreck of the Previous Tenant. You had to get into a Side Entrance to the Hotel with Bell as it is via a Shopping Center. The Fruit piece was ne naughty the Juices were warm Fruit was not really present and Vegetables were just Cucumber And Tomato there were Only Meat Sausage and Salamie and Cheese … Jam Was ok. Jogurth was from The Lidl … Well doll, unfortunately, it wasn't. I wouldn't book it again.

Basic hotel. The metro station is a few mins from the hotel.

I haven't seen anything like this from unfriendly staff for a long time…

I can't follow the previous reviews, we were there 2 days and you have to say for the price that's fine. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly.
On the first day only the bed was broken, the lack was immediately stopped by staff. For the price, the hotel is reasonable.

Room ok for price we paid. Fine for 2 night stay. Was a little worried after reading some reviews but turned out ok. You get what you pay for. Very close to train taking you to central berlin so very convenient for sight seeing. Area felt safe to return to even later in the evening.

Amazing place to eat, talk and drink. Good quality of food. Is in the center close to different well-known shops such as brandy mellvile, urban outfitters, Tommy Hilfiger, etc. I grew up in spain and I love the food and the quality. Different choices and vegetarian dishes. Is not expensive. If you have the opportunity go to Yosoy.

I have read many bad reviews about this hotel and I have to say that I do not see them justified. My girlfriend and I visited this hotel from 09. Until the 11th of February and we were looking for a cheap place to stay. The hotel was very convenient and the location is great. Just in the traffic Area B and right next to the subway station. The rooms had a nice size and most of all the bathroom was clean and large it was really nice. The beds were a bit soft but I found it perfect the décor was a bit dated, but that wasn't bad, after all it's not a luxury hotel: D The room in general was clean and exactly what we had imagined. For this price this is in my opinion even very good. We like to come back:)

I used to be very fond of being here.
After the change of ownership, the check-Inn begins with tortures. Online prices are not granted. Service and equipment were backed up. Definitely don't feel so comfortable here as I used to. It is a pity, and I think that one can still save something, if even longer so unfriendly with regular customers and nothing more is invested, the end is foreseeable.

Can only say one thing does not let you dazzle from the photos, dirty rooms, hairs on the sheets everywhere dust and spider nets, two people need to share the Zähnputz glass just like shower gel there is only one, pillow flat as flounder supplementary pillow costs €4, Far too soft and above all too big for the beds so that of restful sleep can be no talk, smoke detectors wrapped in a bag and toenails of predecessors.
Breakfast costs €7 and is not worth the money, baking buns of Aldi or Lidl (the 6pcs. 0, €39 cost) cold eggs and meager selection of sausage and cheese, not as nicely decorated as in the photos which were probably made yet at better times than the curtains are NIC HT more so white and the breakfast lady cleared the buffet before the guests left the room.
Royal is nothing there not even worth a star! One more time to go out you have to give room key always!? And ring every time you want to go back in! I have worked in hotel for several years but I have never seen such conditions before!

The breakfast was very good. Cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. The price was perfect. Is the three stars not worth it…

Poor staff.
You will be woken early half-past eight, despite checking in at around 1 o'clock at night and "Please do Not Disturb" sign to pay the bill! Is it still going on?

The room is clean, the beds not too hard. The towel racks are missing but dad bad and doe shower are nice sized.

Such a filthy barn, so rude the Russian staff. This hotel is not worth the money, which costs a room.

The hotel is not in Berlin! It's Honow! Watch out when you write address in car navigation! The same address in Berlin is 8 km away! Staff barely speak English. No sussages nor scrambled eggs for breakfast. It should be standard in 3 star hotel.

Comfortable hotel at standard price. I stayed for 5 days with two friends and it is in a peaceful environment, with train station and supermarket very close. The hotel supplied a suppletory bed from IKEA… and it is almost one hour from Berlin center.

For a three star hotel is really a bargain, value for money is really super, breakfast plentiful and very nice staff.
Come back again gladly.

That it's a pity there's no 0 star. This hotel is really the last, upon arrival the room had to be cleaned again, TV * RöhrenTV of Sheba * with 8 programmes, of which 5 times SAT 1 * not a news channel, was defect all 4 nights, allegedly no janitor at night because staff said only insufficient German, was unfriendly, no safe in the room, no beverages as noted on the home page could all very well shrug, Bathroom was clean not 1 time * had a shower and my hair lay still in the shower the next day. Mattresses were absolutely dead, no shower mat, it lacked the body lotion, the sewing kit, and some other parts, alleged a non-smoking hotel, on the window sill of all full augedrückten butts, ashes on the windowsill * inside *, no blackout blinds, from 4: 00 day hell that alleged free parking * Internet * was occupied by the doorman with a white Kombie a place of nocturnal. Burn mark on the dessert * the hung also already down on the right side. Allegedly, pets allowed * according to Internet * is of course forbidden. It should have been backed the credit card number to secure the reservation – that had not said but the Lady by the afternoon let because asked.

So, my experience was frustrating with unfriendly, hardly any german-speaking and unzuständigem staff.
What a reservation if it was not five hours has? Why not a note on it? … that should not have wasted time and nerves.

Positive: Clean, non-smoking.
Negative: sleeping car Porter on reception. Half an hour to two persons to check passport copy including €50 deposit (both WTF? ).
Mattresses very soft.

No effort for people not speaking German. Stay of 3 nights, towels not changed, bed not made. The first day the soap had broken, not changed. The cold comes through the bottom of the windows.
Noisy Hotel German channels on TV. This hotel does not deserve the 3 stars. I have already been to other less well ranked hotels and the staff were making efforts to understand. Really disappointed.

Cheap but no outlets next to the bed. The key is a physical key you can't take out of the room. We didn't get our towels refreshed even though they were on the ground. Good location next to the ubahn and night bus stops.

True completely satisfied, nice staff. Cleanliness and Breakfast were okay. Good connection to Berlin.

A pleasant stay in your Hotel; good location, friendly staff, quiet and spacious rooms, Breakfast is normal. Both hikers as well as city visitors come at their expense. Improvement appeared to us to be only the TV remote control.

Good hotel, unfortunately berlin finds far.

I was as a non-smoker and booked, no rooms are a stinky Smoking room — everything else was occupied. Disgusting.
