Nice place, friendly staff, great location, good value for money.

The hotel has a great location in Schöneberg. The rooms vary in size, are air-conditioned and have a great mix of old chic and modern design. The bed is cozy alone the breakfast is not recommended. For 10 euros you get something better around the corner.

They put Me in the basement. The room was dusty and smelled terrible. At 4:30 They began to make noise and could no longer sleep. A disaster and that cost me €80 per night. The neighborhood is not recommended past a certain time, it is filled with drunkards. Very bad Experience. There was No emergency plan, that in my country is illegal…

Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Cleaning Staff not quite so accommodating. Rooms are clean.

Very nice room especially in the bathroom the refined mirror construction. Nice stay memorable.

Had booked basic room. Was already caught up to the worst. This expectation was once again negatively topped. Basic room is called small (literally) basement hole. No toilet paper (obviously not provided in the low budget room). The toilet user is reliant on his own hands work (LOL). No chair, etc.

This Hotel is ok. The room I stayed in was smaller than expected but the rate was good. The room has everything I needed i. E. A safe, wardrobe, beside storage. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom. The shower in the bathroom leaked all over the floor. The Hotel did send maintenance to the room who failed to solve the problem. The other guests were a little noisy at times. I did not have the breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing a map of Berlin and marking places of interest.

The hotel features, quality and price could be acceptable, except for the lack of care and respect for the customers, a bit of dirt in the rooms, even one day I found a couple of injection syringes under my bed, like not talking about the Cleaning staff from Eastern Europe who certainly do not understand anything German but if they try to be less than professional that is due, finally as a most serious and painful, the last day before flying, I decide to pay one more night room for the price of 100 euros In the loudest room of the hotel next to the elevator, having previously spoken that after looking at the room I would decide whether to stay or not, then he made a drama worthy of a Goya, saying that I had to stay there and that I could not return the money, being so I want to see a documentary where this written! Evidently does not exist! Followed by this makes the pantomime of calling the police, saying that I was attacking him with a knife, I feel totally false because I was recording while he said this, when I got the police explained and that more clear than a video for a liar!
What I never explained is the reason why a receptionist, clown of this calańa dared to lie… what kind of interests are hidden behind a proper treatment of a customer?
With the expectation of a formal apology from the hotel, I will upload the videos and the unconvincing drama of this individual!

Rooms were great. Eat too. Overall recommendable.

Fantastic hotel and we will definitely be returning. The reception staff were so friendly and helped by recommending some great restaurants in the area. They also helped my partner arrange some beautiful flowers to be delivered on the day of my birthday — no request was left unanswered!

Unfortunately we have been fooled by the pretty photos! Arrived we found a very small and above all very unhygienic room!
The bathroom white traces of the last several visitors.
The mattress was missing from the bed, so the urine of our previous guests was in the mattress and visible through the stains. It should have been for the ladies too!
We were given several rooms, in all the beds were tainted with urine. See photo attached.

Friendly staff, but underground dirty rooms.
We complained about two rooms and in both the mattress of the bed was full of urine stains. The housekeeper explained that she herself does not want to sleep in it, but that she is normal, she could not do anything for it. There were no mattresses in either room.
Otherwise bulky dust, dirt, rust and poorly cleaned toilets. Greasy finger tracks and greasy slices everywhere.
In one of the two rooms the floor was damaged and a piece of laminate was missing.
Those who do not want to sleep on foreign urine or even want to clean the toilet themselves should look at this Hoten of a night!
We wanted to have the already paid price for the room again and were informed that the office only speaks English and therefore I have to file a complaint in English.
We checked in at short notice in the opposite MotelOne. Hardly expensive, but rooms in best condition.

Very comfortable, spacious room. Worth paying a bit more for the balcony — it was a very worthwhile addition. Would certainly return and recommend.

The small double rooms are very small for two people. The cleanliness is left to be desired: The cardboard envelope in which the room card was presented to us was very dirty; In the room the floor was only superficially clean, like many other surfaces too; The joints in the shower were heavily scaled. We had to disconnect the TV from the stream because of its bright blue Standbyleuchte, which brightens the whole room. The sockets at the bedside table only work when the light is on.

I didn't like it. Pay a price and PII discover that the next day is worth less than half. They're not serious.

100% recommended. Very clean and comfortable despite the size of the rooms. Super recommended.

A quiet hotel. Convenient location. Close to the shopping street, the Berlin zoo, the city park, as well as very close to the Christmas market.

Except for the bathroom (very impractical) everything OK.

Chic Hotel. Breakfast in the lobby was Kormich but room was OK.

Small room without seating, the sister hotel am Qdamm I prefer. Fabric Blind at the window to the yard was undressing, very uncomfortable.

Our room was absolutely tiny that the bed could only fit into it and the room was not clean, there was dust on the mirror and down the side if the toilet also there was splash marks and stains on the floor and walls, there was two glasses beside the sink for us and one of which was dirty and sticky. The shower is designed so badly that when you shower a river of water floods the bathroom. Other rooms are much bigger than the one we had and do look a lot nicer. The location was ok and it's only a 5 minute walk from the underground trains which was great also you could walk the 20 minutes to the main shopping street.

Booked at this hotel and made a mistake with my booking (in 6 months time). The hotel point-blank refused to amend my booking (the airline recognised this was a genuine mistake and amended my economy ticket. ), so I've now lost £180. Suggest taking your business elsewhere.

The room was ok, it was big enough, kind of cozy too and it had a big TV screen. Nevertheless, the room felt dirty, you could see little spots everywhere around the room. Also in the morning the hotel staff was very loud. So my general impression about this hotel was that they are impassive about their clients and the service they provide.

I know Berlin well. I often sleep in Berlin. For the first time I found an attitude to check in really right.
To get to have the patience to accept my German without slipping immediately to a usual English. Small room but with everything you need from the safe to the toothbrush. Little Germanic Design with an identity China fusion.

Ideally located in the city of Berlin. Lovely decorated. Friendly and helpful staff. Tidy and clean. The only minus for me was the size of the double room and missing a kettle for a tea or coffee.

Rooms are small, but cozy. Breakfast menu is quite moderate, but still good enough. The location is great (Lego store and beer shop with tons of sorts of beers are just nearby, so what else would you want? ). Would gladly stay here again.

Bit expensive but worth the price. Rooms are spacious and very nicely designed.

The check in went flawless and the reception staff are friendly and accommodating. We asked for a room with a balcony because we didn't want to go outside on the ground floor every time we wanted to smoke. The double glazing blocks all noise from the street. The room is spacious with a very comfortable king size bed with good white linnen. The airconditioning was quiet and effective for the first few days. The room has a large Samsung Smart TV on which you can watch Netflix without any issues as the free Wi-Fi is superfast. Inside the cupboard is a safe and a stocked bar fridge. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub/shower, toilet and washbasin with a large mirror. The water pressure and hot water is very good. Rooms are serviced daily and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The airconditioning stopped cooling after a few days and wasn't fixed, even after reporting it twice. This was very uncomfortable when the room temperature went up to 29ºC. We tried to sleep with an open balcony door and window which was impossible due to all the noise from the street.

Nicely located around the corner of many gay bars. Don't take Design literally; disturbing ugly paintings in your room. Rooms could be cleaner and some staff could be friendlier. Beds are good and nothing missing in your room. Wouldn't go back there as next time I would certainly stay in Kreuzberg instead of Schöneberg.

Not too bad. Hotel was booked by client. One of the tiniest rooms I've ever stayed in. Kept the window open for the 4 nights I was there because the fan/air-con didn't work (I didn't inform Reception, though to be fair). I had a lot of equipment so everything was a bit tight in the room. Bathroom was nice. Shower was decent. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was a bit naff, though. Not much on offer. Cordial instead of fresh orange juice (first world problem really) — Cafe Einstein, up the road, is much better for breakfast. About a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Nice Hotel in the gay district of Berlin, just a few hundred meters from the metro station.
The strong piece is the price, that a little more negative the neighborhood, not so obviously because it is in the gay area of the city, as for the fact that it gives a feeling of little security, which however for us remained only a sensation.
Very friendly staff and free Wi-fi.
Recommended to visit Berlin.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, quiet. But rooms in basement were quite dark.

Make a design hotel and it is mega bad. Setting up broken and dirty. BATH is not properly cleaned! Breakfast please somewhere else. The grounds are rotten and partly the wooden terrace Holey.
