The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast tasted delicious and it's selection was quite large.
I can recommend the Hotel and certainly come there more often.

Yes, but still recommended. Room 220 relatively large, ample space in the bathroom. Large closet with ironing. Toiletries also new every day for several nights overnight every day:)

The hotel made a very nice impression, the rooms as well as the corridors and the foyer were very welcoming and welcomed you quite quickly. Overall, I have a very good one from the hotel, although I was only a night guest.

Cozy hotel with a personal and more friendly.

The hotel is good to find, however, there are no direct parking spaces for hotel guests. If you have booked a parking space, after checking in you can park your car in an underground garage in the immediate vicinity. The staff at the reception is very nice and will help with any questions or requests at any time. The way to the rooms is well described, colourful doors with large, well-visible room numbers. The hallways were very clean. From the room we were pleasantly surprised, very clean, nice, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, great, spacious shower, well equipped. In the room there was a kettle, two cups and two portions of coffee powder and tea — nice thing to get back to the room in the evening. For the daily information from all over the world there is a television, a telephone as well as information material. Breakfast is served in a separate, large, bright and friendly room. Everything was delicious and plentiful. The train is not far away and with this one comes almost everywhere. We are very happy to return!

Clean and comforting hotel in Berlin. The staff are helpful. Rooms are small but not that big as well. We did not test the breakfast as we had to live very early in the morning. Some rooms have beautiful balcony to enjoy the view.

Not the best location but still nice.

The Hotel was a bit old. The heating is very not working properly. The rooms are a little small, the bathrooms are outdated and cramped. Breakfast is plentiful and very varied.

Good location You have enough services. Close to a metro station connecting to the centre in 10 minutes.

Good business hotel with a good location in Berlin, close to the underground and suburban rail. Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle, but not top far away if you like some action. Rooms well appointed and clean, staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet varied and well stocked. The only minor complaint is that the scrambled eggs are a bit dry. I'd recommend it for visiting the city a couple of days to discover the sights.

Völlige Katastrophe. Niemand spricht deutsch, was kein Problem war aber einfach schade ist. Zimmer angeblich nicht bezahlt, was nach einer kurzen Diskussion ein Fehler des Hotels war. Internet nicht wirklich funktionsfähig. TV ebenfalls nicht mit allen Programmen. Keine Parkplätze.

Overall I was overwhelmed Good: — friendly and helpful staff — close to metro station — very clean — modern colorful interior design — sauna & steam room included in the price (open until 22:00) — good breakfast Bad: — breakfast was not included 12€ each person — no Hot-tub in the spa as it was mention when I book seems it used to be — room were small but well designed.

My stay was OK overall. It's pretty sad though that the personnel only speaks English / Spanish. For the most part it wasn't possible to communicate in German.

This is a good hotel in a southern suburb of Berlin. It is near an underground stop. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a buffet breakfast that has wide variety of wholesome food, hot and cold.

Simple but nice rooms, rounded up by the spa services the hotel offers. The bathrooms are modern and well equipped, but not really well sound sheltered from the rest of the room.

Friendlier and helpful staff. Spacious room, bright and clean, parquet flooring. Private parking facilities (€15 per day). It is 200m from the Metro. You arrive throughout Berlin by public transport. Free Wifi.

For the price it's pretty good, conveniently near public transportation. Saunas and jacuzzis included.

To not recommend! The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. In two rooms a variety of hair lying on the floor, the bed, in the bathroom and on the chairs. Dust brush was also the passion of the house-keepings. After the first day of my garbage bag on the chair and has not been taken away during the clean up, after the second day, new towels and toilet paper were missing (with one exception). The remote control for the TV was sticky and I had to clean first. All in all, not recommended. Visually, the room will also be nothing. Very monotonous. 눇Das Breakfast was plentiful. The location directly at the railway station in order.

Use the hotel professionally several times a year.

Perfect location and access to the Metro. The rooms are functional, but friendly and clean and adequate for a city trip. There is even a sauna and a fitness room and free Wi-Fi. The service is friendly and helpful. A total ideal for young couples or single travellers just a few nights a good accommodation at a reasonable price need.

Very nice place. Room is very clean. Near d train station. If u r going for a berlin city tour better to take d train and take d bus100 or 200 it will go around d city. Tickets for train/bus is only 7.80€ and u can use it 24hours by train or bus. Staff are really friendly. 100% will stay again! Highly recommended.
