Now I don't know about the rest of you but when it's hot the first thing I chuck on is the aircon. If you're like me this place probably isn't the right one for you. The room had no air-conditioning, it also had no ventilation system anywhere but the bathroom. In essence it had no way to cool the room down nor did it have anyway way to warm it up in winter. So we ended up sweating all night long unable to sleep in this sauna of a bedroom. However the bed was big and plenty which was nice.

Very good location to KaDeWe, practically just around the corner. Good transport links to S and U-Bahn rail. Better than by car, parking quite tight. Staff very friendly, breakfast buffet good standard. Beds large and very comfortable. Rooms also cut large. Just right for short trips to Berlin to discover the centre. Good restaurants in the immediate vicinity — Israeli, Italian …

Very good service. Reception the staff. I was leaving early, so I was prepared to have breakfast with me and handed over to the reception.
Spacious, clean rooms with everything you need. Balcony with city view, large bathroom.

Ok. 3 parking places only Dür €15 the night. Parking is really difficult.

Great value for price. Clean rooms qnd good breakfast. Easily reachable by U bahn and buses.

Room and breakfast are good. When arriving by car, plan a longer search for a car park. The three hotel parking spaces in the courtyard are only recommended for very small cars, exit only for experienced riders backward through narrow backyard driveway possible. No bar available at the hotel. Drinks can be purchased at the kiosk nearby. Restaurant in the vicinity good.

Very comfortable and clean hotel with lovely breakfasts.

The room was nice and spatiious. The bathroom can be compared to a more "fancy" hotel, but at a very reasonable price. Nice comfortable bed and services. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, even the maids and cleaning services were always with a smile. Happy to recommend.

Very friendly staff, accessibility and easy access to public transport. Is located near a main road, but hardly noticeable.

Where to start?!
First of all, the rooms are quite new and everything is clean. However, if you expect too much, as you know from other hotels, you will be disappointed.
If you throw your towel on the floor, you don't need to expect a new one. It will be taken but a fresh one does not exist. Also, you should not expect the ladies to renew the used glasses the next day. The old man stays. On closer look, it is noticeable that a craftsman should stop by. Small things like that the radiator could tolerate some color or the leaky silicone grout could be renewed on the shower, would have to be noticed at four stars. The hallways could also use a new coat of paint, as the white walls are quite "inhabited".
The staff at the reception are definitely to be praised. Very friendly.
The breakfast is, well, not really four stars. Who wants something sweet has a selection of cheap biscuits u a frozen biscuit roll. There are still scrambled eggs (this is great), warm Viennese, small ready-made meatballs, boiled eggs and bacon. The honey does not suffer from the bottles, since these are totally solid. Tea glasses are constantly empty u the filter coffee tastes as if it were from the previous day. There is a nice selection of buns, bread u toast. A sort of fruit cereal, normal cornflakes u Schokoflakes. Yogurt u Quark is also ready. The half eggs with tuna or mustard sauce are fresh u delicious.

Really good location and good breakfast. And that is all. The rooms are not clear. Do not expect the towels to be changed. No restaurant. Not a 4 stars hotel.

Great hotel very modern decor and super friendly staff. Located on a street with great quality bars and restaurants. Will absolutely consider staying again.

Good hotel. Was very clean except for a few small places.

We booked this hotel until the pretense of staying in a 4 star hotel. We were bitterly disappointed. There was no bar or restaurant in the hotel, even though they advertise that there is. The staff were rude when we addressed the issue. There was no manager at the hotel for the 6 days we were there, so we got nobody to explain why. We paid a lot of money to stay in a hotel that we had no facilities for tea or coffee or to congregate in the evening. It was false advertising on what this hotel is offering. I was horrified at the attitude of the staff, and lack of professionalism.

The hotel is centrally located 10 min to the KDW and the subway station.
The breakfast was very sobering for a 4 star hotel. Scrambled eggs and bacon cold.
Sausage plate was not replenished.
Room was OK however if you have a room near the elevator you can hear it when you use it. Thank God we were totally overtired and could ignore this.
The staff was very friendly.

Room I stayed in was nice had even a balcony, nice size bathroom. Staff at the reception are friendly and provide you local information if you need. Breakfast is full of choices. Hotel is very quite at nights so much so you would think you are the only one staying in the entire building until you come downstairs for breakfast and see all these people. Overall I am glad I have booked this hotel for my few nights stay. The only thing I would like to say "rooms may not suitable for small children as the windows in the rooms open wide — unless there are child locks in place — check this with the hotel first before booking " … you wont be dissapointed with this hotel. Now I am off to somewhere more warmer then Berlin…

Really friendly and polite staff. Very helpful to provide directions on what to see and do around Berlin. The breakfast is a nice and simple buffet. The rooms are really big, with high ceilings and a comfortable bed. It'd also a short walk from Wittenbergplatz u-bahn, which connects a number of train lines together. Also surrounded by friendly bar bars, clubs and restaurants. Really enjoyed your stay here.

One of the best places I've stayed at. Small, quite, on a nice street. The braekfest is more than I need and the stuff was helpfull. Will definatly stay again.

The location is as good as perfect. I have never been to Berlin before, but I have achieved everything super fast. Nevertheless, the hotel has a quieter street. The hotel was Wue expected also very well maintained and provided the necessary comfort and also the staff was very friendly. A pity, however, that there is no bar, where you can also get a coffee or drinks in general during the day. But very satisfactory all around.

Nice rooms, great breakfast, but only one WLAN key / person which can't be used on different devices is so 2000ish.

Affordable and great location. Very clean and modern. The breakfast was great! The front desk ordered me a cab with a credit card machine that arrived in two minutes! Would highly recommend.

Central location but then everywhere in Berlin is easy to locate and navigate. It's a quite hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Heating is no problem at all. The breakfast is more then decent and for the price, it's definitely worth it.

In itself a proper hotel. Everything was clean. The breakfast could be slightly better. For me, not quite a 4 star hotel.

One of the best places I've stayed at in Berlin. I was here for New Year's Eve and I even got a present from the hotel. Super fair price, clean, comfortable, and the staff is always ready to help. Definitely recommend. :).

I stayed for one night in Artim hotel in Berlin. The hotel is clean and spacious with modern equipment. Breakfast is included and good. The hotel is near KaDeWe (Kaufhaus des Westerns), so is located quite central. I can fully recommend this hotel. When I am in Berlin again I will consider this hotel.

Amazing amazing hotel I was with my friend in late August and it was amazing the team is very nice and the bed was very comfortable and the area is located in the amazing central place for everything especially for tourists I would love to come back.

Excellent hotel, room, Breakfast at a high level. Problems with communication no, almost everyone speaks Russian. A very pleasant experience.

Located next to the subway. The hotel staff, smiling, helpful. It was a pleasant surprise to discover the on-site restaurant, which is open in the afternoon. Contrary to expectations, turned out to be very tasty food for good money. Try the dessert. The hotel is near to the underground. The personnel, smiling, sympathetic. Was pleasant unexpectedness to open for itself restaurant at the hotel which works in second half of day. Contrary. To expectations, there was a very tasty meal for normal money. Try a dessert.

The hotel was very well located and extremely welcoming. The room was very clean and comfotable. It was a large room for a really cheap price. The whole hotel was kept clean to a very high standard, with cleaners in the hotel every day. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. It was included in the price and offered a wide range of food for everyone. There was cooked breakfast, toast, rolls, jams, cereal, yoghurts, fruit, salad, juices, tea and coffee. So perfect to set you up for a day sightseeing. The staff were very helpful and there were lots of leaflets available at the front desk.
