I was there with my family for coffee.
My 1 year old played with the little pebbles and there were some that landed on the sidewalk. We were sitting for less than 5 minutes when a man (who later turned out to be the boss) came running and shouted at me in an aggressive tone that I should immediately take away my uneducated child. She's doing everything dirty here.
I pointed out to him that you can also tell me in a calm tone and that it is of course also for me to throw the stones back into the bed.
But he didn't want to hear about it and kept screaming I was going to take my uneducated child immediately.
We demanded the bill and left after less than 10 minutes.
My child didn't scream or harass other guests.
I will never go there again. It's his hotel and he has the right to set rules, but you don't have to shout and insult anyone.

Actually a nice hotel. The supposed owners are totally unfriendly. We were here with several people and everyone confirmed that.
And the highlight: An escape door where the jack was missing.

Avoid the hotel, the ladies at the reception as well as the boss himself have little visibility.
Bookings are overlooked or overbooked.
If a group from different regions had Germany, bookings were overlooked, once even double booked. Answer: That's the same, try it in another hotel.
According to my guests, breakfast left a lot to be desired.
The service was very poor. Bay you prefer to take the TV hotel on Lake Grieblitzsee!

Top location, beautiful rooms but the lady at the reception very wortarm and not really friendly. Could be better; What a pity!

Today we spent a wonderful afternoon with our family in the Forsthaus Wannsee and were served very nicely by the staff …

Very nice terrace overlooking the Stölpchensee.
But the service on the beautiful terrace is a disaster. After 20 minutes we were able to place our order partially, because there was no menu or an offer of the table. After a further 10 min, we got the map for the ticket and the possible order. After another 10 minutes we were able to get rid of our order. And now — wait, wait, wait. Reprinted the order to another service representative. Then wait again, wait, wait. We were told that there were no staff and that the existing staff were overloaded.
How can that be, the season has only begun? How long do you wait for a refreshing drink in the summer with 30 degrees of warmth? I recommend to bring your own drink, because you are sitting there super on the water and is hardly bothered by a waitress. It is a pity with the poor service, because it is a great location.

Horrible service in Coffee on the terrace! We waited forever until we were served. In the half hour we were there, a total of three groups went back without eating or drinking, as they were not served. Others got wrong things. Not recommended! I can't say anything about the hotel…

Nice service, super delicious food and nice quaint restaurant with beer garden in the green.

In the past the restaurant had a good menu with delicious German dishes. Unfortunately, they have suffered greatly from lack of visitors in de last months, so the map now only has simple "quick" dishes.
The hotel is supposed to have very cozy, nice and quiet rooms.

One person responsible for everything. This time of year understandable. Rooms are very nice.

Good hotel, friendly staff, quiet location. Good connection to public transport.
