Con's Most of staff don't speak english and don't look happy We got scr***d with the bill at departure, we paid full price for breakfast dispite we booked it for €11 Towels stink, I had a towel that smelled like (and i'm not kidding) old tomatos from a salad Only 2 coffeemachines in a 16 floor hotel The bedsheets are like raincoats Pro's Amazing view from your room (14th floor) and roof which is accessable for smoking Smoke free hotel, a pro for non-smokers Perfect hotel in case you don't have much to spend There's a subway/train station 30 meters from hotel entrance, which takes you everywhere, center berlin within 25/30 minutes.

4-Star Rating for this hotel is okay. Good breakfast. Good views in the upper floors. Service could be better, but is okay. Rooms do not have that much space, but most people do not come to live in the hotel all day. But the beds are good and you can get a shower with view to old town Spandau.

Only visited for a meeting and day time event. Nice rooms with a great location to the main s-bahn system. Comfortable and large.

The location is perfect. Fault not to what, but to stay makes sense if things are in Spandau.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. In addition, the free almost all-round view of the capital on the 16th floor — I will be very happy to return.

I was a little disappointed at what was offered to me for the called Price. But something has come up in the years. Only two very slow elevators and that at 17? Floors including restaurant on the roof is very little. But a great view from up there.

Nice hotel, with good sized rooms, and very good buffet type breakfast. Near a train station so transport is very convenient.

The hotel is right at the train station is a bit noisy at night.
But otherwise everything is all good.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
I would book again.

A nice hotel with small, cosy rooms. Great breakfast and a delicious dinner. Spandau is a bit remote, but by train (just outside the door there is an S-Bahn station) you are quickly in the middle.
The only drawback, the restaurant manager is very uncomfortable, his personnel management is extremely uncomfortable, it gives the impression of a dictatorship.

Beautiful, clean, modern rooms. Service is also very nice and helpful. The cost of overnight stays is adjusted depending on what are involved in events in Berlin. Breakfast is also delicious. Lunch was tasteful again not so great. But that's a matter of taste.

Excellent service; Excellent sleep over the rooftops of Berlin-Spandau! Delicious breakfast on the 16th floor with a panoramic view: The Spandauer Rathaus, the Spandau Arcaden. Even the Grunewald tower is good to see, the Havel, the Devil's Mountain and right in front of the eyes the hustle and bustle in the Spandau Old Town.

Very clean, comfy bed and room, fully stocked mini bar and very close to the train and bus stops.

Nice clean place to stay. Beer didnt taste that good on the bar. But we werent there for that :) So 5 stars. Thank you.

Nice modern hotel. Excellent breakfast. Good Wi-Fi. No parking garage. Prices in the restaurant mMn a bit too high. View over Berlin. Whether this is positive now…

Comfortable, good Price, very good Connection to Tram, free parking, aedequate breakfast, staff could be a little bit more accomodating.

Somewhat bizarrely located over a Buswerkstatt. You could renovate a bit. Rooms are OK though. Great breakfast on the 13th floor with panoramic view. Also great view from the rooms. Perfectly close to the S-Bahn. Not far to the old town of Spandau. In the hallways it is very noisy, you hear everything from the rooms. In the rooms you can hear nothing of the other rooms.

Overnight visit for business, Beautifull rooms and well Service.

The hotel itself is quite tidy and beautiful. The view is also definitely a plus, especially at breakfast a treat.
The breakfast is adequate, varied and good.
Unfortunately now the big drawback.
Very very unfriendly staff!
No one could really greet you, at breakfast you were permanently besieged and every set of cutlery or plates was almost torn out of your hands.
You just got the feeling of being permitted, but not anymore.
Can't recommend it to anyone!

The rooms seem a bit dark due to the décor, but are clean!. The view from the higher rooms and from the restaurant on the highest floor is top! If the weather permits, the sunrise can be watched from here.

Very good hotel at 4 star level. We found everything we needed in one night.
The terrace around the restaurant, where you can't sit and eat, offers great views over Spandau.
The rooms are clean and very quiet, despite the city centre location and flight operations. The window should therefore remain closed at night.
Low suit because the (feather core) mattresses were uncomfortably hard.

On the 12th floor. To the S-Bahn, which I did not perceive. Clean beautiful rooms. Breakfast is extremely expensive and not intoxicating. The staff are friendly and brisk. I find the windows very dangerous for children. There was no protection. You could tip them to the point that a toddler fits through. Highly dangerous! I hope that changes! There's not much around it. One or two restaurants. Stresow Train Station is directly opposite. In 10-15 minutes you can walk in Spandau. The lifts are fast. All in all, it was ok. Especially for my disabled mother, this hotel was fitting.

Modern rooms with some fantastic views. All clean. Staff friendly. Food room on the top floor with top views. So you can enjoy the sunrise during breakfast.

Adoption was almost as unkind as the welcome. You stay true to yourself here. Holes in the bed sheet haven't been bad as the bed was nicely clean. Unfortunately, you can't say that from the floor in the bathroom. The ventilation in the room and the suction in the bathroom are insanely loud and ran through. Wiping dust would also be good on the less used areas. We will not come back.

Very nice hotel if you want to explore Berlin. Stop right outside the door and not far to the city. The hotel itself is also very modern and clean. Clear recommendation.

We landed spontaneously in the Novum hotel in the Mirror Tower in Spandau and we are more than satisfied.
The rooms are very nice and above all clean.
The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely no problems at all. The room was nice and clean, we could relax. Very close to public transportation. Discovering Spandau was a good experience as well! Nice views from the rooms or the roof terrace. Only negative is that the breakfast is highly overpriced.

Nice and clean hotel. Far from everything. Looks different than pictures. The temperature in room was cold and we couldn't change it.

The hotel is clean and with nice rooms. The employees are ok but not very friendly (not to take it as they were rude). Visited in march! The prices are really good for the conditions. I would recommend as transport is really close by, about 2 minutes walk.

Really not a lot to do around here. Tried exploring the immediate area and aside from the industrial area on one end and Spandau's 'historic' center, which is pretty lackluster, nothing is going on. If you have a reason to be in the area the place is great. The train being literally across the street is great though and for 20-30 minute train rides right into downtown Berlin the price is great. Staff was pretty accommodating even helped me save a few bucks on advising me to park on the street as it's free. Pillows might as well have not been there though…

Good Verkehsanbindung, stunning views, great service at a major event in the Sy Tower had.
Food was not that great in summer 2015 I will try but again because of the views of Berlin is just great.

Super hotel, very good price, friendly staff. Hammer views at the 16 floor eating in the restaurant! : D For hobby, the hotel is very interesting photographers that want to shoot planes. Road rail right in front of the door, very handy!

Gute Verkehrsverbindungen, ruhige Lage, kurzer weg in die Altstadt, Zimmer optimal ausgestattet.

Our room was very clean and everything fine. Only the breakfast for €14 was not up to our expectations. Crisp bread and ready-made Meatballs and Bacon swimming in grease. Can you have better breakfast in Berlin.

Nice rooms with great views. Due to the proximity to the railway station, it is Center quickly in Berlin.

The rooms are clean and relatively quiet despite nearby railway line. The breakfast is nothing special and the breakfast room usually too small, for all guests.
Not at all is that when removing the card no sockets carries more power making the loading of Tablet and computer in the absence of impossible.

Two stays at this hotel and everything was perfect. A third stay is possible.

We visited the Hotels Restaurant for our companys christmas party. The food, drinks and service were excellent.

The room has plenty of space, with magnificent view. Also the sky restaurant in the 16th floors offered in expensive food. I really enjoy staying here.

Hotel is very nice very clean we had 2 next there and on the first day were probably which have in-room clean made but unfortunately only shoo shoo the beds more not! can not complain because me bed not important was ;-D very good looking.
We have by telephone booked there's his name check inn immediately no matter what pm time but unfortunately we could only off 15 pure was unfortunately not talking about 50 euro extra pay if you have no credit card if something broken goes however the 50 euro paid out without having to look at the room's was only asked whether they used the minibar would self if one would have to lie it has not looked so thats on good german pointless times somewhat harmless expressed ;-D: — (you can again although the money 50 euro (security) but this makes easy no sense especially if you drive there with abgezählem money! we stood there with 50 euro of less! not quite so beautiful that you could mention already on the phone otherwise no problem =) ) ).

We stayed in a small, but very modern rooms. The room was clean, a nice modern bathroom, great view from the height to Spandau and Nice staff at the reception. Despite that we much rather there were, we could our car in the underground car park turn off. In the area I can recommend it only a place there to rent for 6 euros. Breakfast is at the top of the hotel and there is therefore a super view. Everything's great, we love to come back.

After there were problems only when booking new year's Eve, the evening was very. The food was very good and the views of the Fireworks atemberaoubend.
