Good price-quality ratios. A bit far from the center. Otherwise quiet, clean and pleasant.

Great breakfasts! The rooms are clean, the furniture is a bit old, but everything is neat, the doors don't fall out. A large comfortable closet, there is a hairdryer, one to take an iron. The reception is pleasant staff, loved it! The key to the room is both from the parking lot and from the hotel one — residents can come late at night and stop by and park.

Bad! I give a star because I can't give it less. It was a very bad service. We booked on booking and despite the reservation to the hand the owner did not want to let us in without even trying to understand NE to resolve. Thanks to the Booking service we have solved for the same evening inside the hotel and we are very surprised of the rooms: old and dirty! Stay away from this HOTEL!

Nice hotel. The room and bathroom are very clean. The bed is white. True bed squeaky. At night Povorachivaeshsja and wake up) Yes, furniture old all. Wi-Fi grade. Breakfast buffet. Very diverse food for every taste. Worthy to be included in the accommodation. Close to the hotel bus stop of different buses, to the city train 15 minutes on foot, 3-5 minutes by bus. Convenient. The city centre of Berlin is about 45 minutes away.

Not recommended! Ossi Baroque in Containerry! Very thin walls. Overall, everything is outdated.

Way out on the outskirts of Berlin. Don't bother if you're there to go sight seeing.

The breakfast is good, hot buns and warm eggs, for 6 euros absolutely fine. The bed creaked at every move. The room light is quite dark. For the cot 10 euro the night would also not have to be. But for the price you can't ask for much more. He's a lot of betting.

Very good hotel for it's price. The room was clean and tidy, large bed and private bathroom. Very good breakfast. Quite and nice area, about an hour to get to the city center but communication is good — bus + S-Bahn. Nice personnel.

Was only in the evening there for overnight stay, but was a very pleasant stay. My father organized this. Sat in the evening with some together in a cozy round.

We were only here because the reception of the b1 Tourist Hotel which is two blocks away is in this b1 hotel. We didn't stay over night.

The Hotel is a quiet place. The Rooms are very clean. The Interior is like of the 90's but there is everything whats necessary.

Very good hotel for a low price. My room was clean, bed was huge and I had private bathroom. I had all I needed + big closet and tv. I couldn't ask for anything better for this price. Maybe it's not breathtaking from the outside but rooms inside are nice, in an old style. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the centre but public transport comunication is ok. Area is very calm and silent. Very polite service (had no problem with check in after midnight). I'm sure I'll be back there.

It is the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. Dust in the room, dirty furniture from last century, rude personnel. At 10 p. M front door is locked like in student's dormitory. I attached label Clean my room — no effect. Wi-Fi working some times, some times not.

The room was clean, good wi-Fi, friendly staff, distance from downtown an hour between walk and Metro. Distance between hotel and Metro about 20minutes of walk.

See accessibility at the B1 in East Berlin. For some nights absolutely sufficient. Good breakfast. Bar, pool, parking. Very cheap prices. Tidy rooms.

A super cheap Hotel where price and performance fits just right. Of course you should in the price, the requirements are not too high screws, but I have not been disappointed. Am often there and the staff is always friendly. And for 5, — EUR for the Breakfast you can't complain. Can the Hotel for those with a smaller purse is recommended.

Price/performance super! I am often in this Hotel and am always super satisfied. Rooms are clean, the Breakfast for 5 € terrific, the staff is always friendly and helpful. If you're not a Spa vacation to have would like, is here definitely the place to be.

We have in room 14 in the extension of the hotel Alt Kaulsdorf/Chemnitzer Str. Usual. The rooms are located above the Chinese Restaurant, mwas you can smell. The room was a Dreckstall! Unlike you, unfortunately, it did not Express. The carpet was totally dirty and frayed, the curtains for years not washed, the window frames from the inside very dirty. The drops from the last cleaning were still on the window sill to see. A window was bolted and the front-facing balcony with empty bottles, dirty. Behind the closet there were still 2 empty bottles of schnapps from one of the last guests. In the bathroom you could hardly turn. The sink was not more than 30 cm long and 15 cm deep. A Wash was therefore hardly possible. A daily cleaning of the room was also not given. A complaint was when the Polish-speaking personnel is also not possible. The front Desk was only from 14-22 hours a day. There could also not complain. I know that at this price, no great demands are allowed but CLEANLINESS in the rooms must definitely be in there. For us it means:" NEVER AGAIN HOTEL B1"

The ladies were at the same one for Cash in the Morning, no coffee would get, unless you have "Breakfast" is posted. Beds knarcksen so loud that you can't sleep in pairs (one moves, the other is awake). Nevertheless, the staff was nice and on the whole the rooms quite clean.

Would I really want to stay in this hotel again? Good for budget travelers; breakfast fairly good and cheap. But: 1. I went into a room that was not cleaned: old tissue paper, no towel, no duvet and no pillow. 2. The checking in/out is restricted to certain time (14:00 — 22:00) and you have to check out without any staff attending. I found this inflexible nature irritating and annoying as I could not find where to keep my luggage as no staff was around. 3. The hotel charged for a room twice. I didn't check out on time because I wanted to securely keep my luggage but no staff was around. The hotel charged me for an extra night when I didn't sleep there and later still allocated the room to someone else that night (double payment). The worst level of greed and callousness ever experienced. 4. I found the staff insensitive, inconsiderate, without empathy and greedy. 5. Although my feedback might not be statistically significant, be rest assured that this is a fair, faithful and unbiased rendering of my experience.

Absolutely bad! Dirty rooms, no hot water, no light on the Toilet, mold in the bathroom. I could do so on forever. As we, the lovely lady at reception on the defects mentioned, we were ridiculed, and ultimately it was that we had the reviews would be able to read in order to know what we're getting into. But the crowning glory came when we a new room had booked (hardly any improvement to the previous) and this after 2 hours wanted to cancel, after the eternal discussion of why/which is why/and all we got banned from the premises and have the money no for a penny. We are on the last Tuesday, after Berlin travelled to there new year's eve to celebrate. Since we booked very late, unfortunately, were only in the Hotel room B1 free. We have two double rooms booked. The first Surprise was it when you check in. As expected our rooms were not in a Hotel but in an adjacent building, about 200m from the Hotel, next to a Chinese Restaurant. Accordingly, the room also smelled. For Breakfast we had also always this way on the main road to travel. On first seeing the room, we had to find that these are in a very poor state and in urgent need of refurbishment. There were also bed linen and towels for one Person. These were only on request at the reception Desk in the main building retrofitted. The selection of the Frühstückbuffett was okay, however, was the responsible employees most of the time, not approachable, and coffee and bread were only on demand refilled. I would personally at the Hotel B1 is not book again and can only recommend in Berlin to another Hotel to look for.

No hot water (not even Lukewarm) even not even after a half hour run. Not properly cleaned, tablets as well as food leftovers and empty bags were found. Towels and bed linen are partially broken and then is not even a contact person there. W-Lan network is partially not present. Go there never to go back again and would not recommend it.

There were in the Hotel, mouldy showers! Rude staff, no towels to be changed, or toilet paper will be brought except you caught the lady at the Desk, and warns you! By itself is not looked! Bar, there is no, only a room with Billiards and glasses! It says a vending machine from which you get a bottle of drinks. Coffee only for Breakfast! Phone almost not reachable! Never again this Hotel.
