Clean and cozy room, friendly staff, good breakfast, free candy at the check-in desk. Nothing to complain about. Simply recommendable. Lots of great places and restaurants within walking distance.

By and large a typical Motel One: modern décor, small rooms, but they offer everything you need to stay, very comfortable beds, the typical, varied breakfast, the well-stocked bar. The hotel looks a bit worn out and not quite as fresh and new as other houses in Berlin, but this doesn't bother you as a result. Very friendly staff who take proper care of the guests. Good location in Kreuzberg with great restaurants in the immediate vicinity!

As always clean, friendly and good! Motel One just! On request we got a room backwards, very nice. Too bad only that was directly opposite a hallway and the room window offered no different visual protection than the heavy curtains. Dress up, etc. Hence in the dark. That is likely to be changed. And in the age of plastic fasting, simple water glasses at the sink, instead of plastic cups additionally packed with plastic bags, would be a start. But otherwise a nice stay and we will always use MotelOne.

From the outside it looks a bit like a shabby hotel, but it is a very modern hotel with great rooms snd friendly service. The breakfast was very good and had fresh bread and fruit. Cute detail are the friendly messages written on the boiled eggs. They also have a a lot of gin there, which seemed pretty random, but they have good cocktails and beers as well to end your day! I was pleasantly surprised!

Typical Motel One in basic equipment and concept, such as breakfast. I also liked it at the Motel One Berlin-Mitte. Room was very small. Sink is installed in the room, something in need of getting used to but ok. Staff friendly and courteous at all times. Happy again.

The room was lovely and more than what I expected! The crew are so nice and always smiling I loved staying there and it would be my first choice every time, it is also next to anything you want, you can walk for 10 to 15 min and find a street full of restaurants. What I hated about it is that if you are staying in the last floor you have to go down and stand in the street to smoke, I hated that because I had to go down alone at 02:00 am to smoke and I was the only girl in the street.

Very good 2 star hotel with friendly staff, clean little rooms and good ample breakfast. The location is not the best but direct to Subway and bus stop.

The hotel is characterised by its uniform style. The rooms are practically constructed, very clean, modern and comfortable. There is a delicious breakfast buffet. Because it's a chain, you know exactly what you get.
If you are looking for a more cosy, special hotel with charm, then you may not be quite right here.

The hotel is very clean, the room is big enough and the bed is really good. At the reception I was greeted very friendly.
Update 8 April 2018: Was now again private with wife and child here, and must say that nothing has changed in the status. Good bed. Room large enough (we had a room to the courtyard) and good location, right on the subway Moritz Square.

Very nice room. It was clean, neat and well maintained. Unfortunately, the ventilation was very noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Many restaurants, shopping and transport such as bus and metro can be reached quickly from the motel.

Great customer service, amazing location and awesome design of the hotel at a very affordable price for a student like me. The internet connection could be better.

Everything was great. The rooms are a bit tight and not too sure about the sink in the room, rather than the bathroom. More storage space would also help.

I've stayed in a number of hotels in Berlin over the years and this one is by far the best. Well located just next to Moritzplatz U-Station from which you can reach everywhere in Berlin within minutes (only a couple of stops — a matter of 2 minutes — from Alexanderplatz). Although featuring only the basics one would expect to find in a hotel room, it is intelligently and efficiently designed, and, above all, spotless. It was so clean that it felt as if no one had stayed there before me. The staff at the reception is friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was rich with fresh organic products.

Unfortunately the room was on the street side on the first floor above the entrance area of the hotel, so the Zigartethenqualm the smokers at the door always moved into the room, especially for non-smokers very uncomfortable! Even Dirk's closed windows smell.
The prices in the bar, very expensive, the beer was not even chilled.

The best place anyone can have a good night of sleep or simply relax and chill with SO. Is very modern and good looking and comfortable. I always love to spend time there.

When registering I booked several rooms, but all were assigned to my default name: Is it possible to arrange an adaptation on the online booking form to indicate the names assigned to each room?

Good price and relatively good design. My room, however, was relatively small and cramped. During the check in, there was a technical problem (in November 17), so no one was assigned to a room until almost midnight and had to be waited in the lobby.

Thank you for the quiet room on the 4th floor. That was my salvation after I was badly hit by health. The staff were very friendly and helpful and indulges. Gladly again.

The hotel was very convenient for us. In the immediate vicinity of a subway station, we were able to leave our car for 3 days in the hotel garage.

I am professionally for several weeks at the motel one Mitte and am really very satisfied — even thrilled. For an (officially) 2 star hotel The rooms are excellent. Condensed though, but as a single room absolutely adequate, chic, cozy, very clean and efficiently designed. These are the small details that give a guest a value, such as sensible/modern faucets. I can't judge the breakfast, but it looks pretty good! The staff is always courteous, courteous and anxious to ensure the guest a great stay.
All in all, the motel one is an excellent business hotel for the normal claim, but is raised by mentioned details, cleanliness & staff.

Simple, clean rooms with everything I needed in place. Well assorted and efficient breakfast. Good bar, if you fancy gin. If available, take a more quiet room on the courtyard side. 5 stars due to price/quality ratio.

Great service the price. The staff was very kind and calm even though they've had problems with the check-in system. The room was spacious and cozy with everything you need for a one night stay. Only thing that I've missed are drinks in the room. All in all a great stay.

All around a great hotel. Friendly staff, as far as everything is good. Breakfast was also great, only would be nice if there were hard and soft boiled eggs.
The only drawback was that our mattresses were "through". One could feel the individual feathers. It was almost impossible to sleep. That's a pity.

Pesimo service, as you may get to check-in at 18:00hrs and tell you that because of a problem in the system can not deliver your room, make you wait at the reception for more than 2 hours, the staff acts as if your situation did not care and that the Only option you have is to wait. After 2 hours we did not support that bad service and had to go to find another hotel. If you don't want to start your trip with the left foot I recommend not booking at this so unprofessional hotel.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The sink outside the bath has turned out to be positive in the morning. The service staff at breakfast was very accommodating. A small minus for the staff in the evening at the bar, in Hamburg and Munich we were served at the table. Book this motel one anyway the next time again.

Friendly, efficient staff. Great breakfast. Request for English subtitles to appear on TV was not executed. Great gin choices, suggest a wider selection of wine and beer.

The staff was very attentive and the room was very clean.
Unfortunately, it had no sensible bathroom. The sink in the room was not adequate and the bathroom just too small.
Otherwise it was a nice stay, despite Berlin Marathon.

I've already been to a a Motel One hotel in Berlin and just like my previous experiences, the room was really clean, the bed hyper comfortable and the location just as convenient. Sadly, this time, the team ath the reception wasn't friendly and/or helpful (except for the night manager since I worked late in the lobby and was sick, he took the time to explain where I could go to a pharmacy the next day). As a Black person who doesn't speak German, I still couldn't help but notice that the people at reception (except for the evening man) were much friendly to other customers. I will return to the other Motel One I'd been in, in Berlin, but not this one and will tell my Black friends to avoid it if possible.

The hotel is nicely located near to the subway. The room was a good size and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money. Darker curtains would be the main improvement I would suggest.

I loved the room, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was pristine. The big window that opens up was refreshing in the morning to let in the cool air. There were outlets on both sides of the bed which was very convinient. Though breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was.

Excellent chic, clean, conveniently situated. Is like a posh Travelodge on a budget. Breakfast is only continental and a bit overpriced for Berlin, but is OK. Nice beds, with individual futons. Small bedrooms but very functional. Close to city centre. And just in front of moriztplatz underground station.

Usual Motel one quality. Showers are however not quite so stylish. In the vicinity of the Beta House.

The only Downer is the needy get used to environment where you want to run at night not necessarily alone around.

Hi All, I think good Service should be rewarded. Overall, the staff is noteworthy. I have rarely in a Hotel so a "honest" is not Intrusive and friendly Service experienced. In my time were Mr. Behnke at the reception and Mrs. Dietrich in the Breakfast service. Both, I would like to here with a very good Service and being to highlight.

Super hotel. Modern equipment cheaper price. Friendly very attentive staff. Highly recommended. The location is also top everything easy to reach on foot or by Bus and train.

The Hotel is centrally located in the following areas: Berlin-Mitte/Kreuzberg/ Friedrichshain/Alexanderplatz. Zi to the backyard are very quiet. These are for 2 persons as limited spacious to be classified. Too little bins. Absolute cleanliness is a given. Everything looks much cleaner. Service very friendly and helpful. Breakfast adequate and good. — Anmietbare protected Parking, affordable. Price-performance ratio is optimal. Highly recommended.

Clean, new, very good position and cheap.

Though I feared it was faraway from thigss, it was actually really walkable and/or transit accessible. Super friendly staff who worked with me to find a room on my second night when they were fully booked. I'm a cheap traveler and was really pleased with the quality of the 49E single I got. Felt really clean. The outside could use some sprucing up but other than that, it was great! Would tell any traveler to Berlin to stay here.

Reasonable Price. Pretty new and nice rooms but very small. Breakfast is simple, but cheap and a buffet style.
