Class hotel! The room size is fine (double room) and the rooms are very clean! The staff is very nice and courteous.
The breakfast buffet is great! There are no wishes left unfulfilled here, because there is something for everyone! All rooms are fully air-conditioned! We felt very comfortable!

Very good hotel for a good price. Clean and modern rooms. Breakfast is offered (for a price), hotel has its own bar which isn't anything special. Location could be better but definitely also worse, there's a bus station fairly nearby. All in all pretty good.

Really nice hotel and free street parking! Housekeeping were a little impatient, and they didn't have UK adapters so had to buy one but the reception staff were always helpful. Room size was average but it had what you would need!

Large, clean, modern hotel, which attracts a lot of young audiences with its very fair prices. The rooms are spacious, pleasant. There is nothing missing. Breakfast is neat, lets everyone go into the day strengthened.
The busy road during the day is quiet at night (even on weekends).

I had booked a double bed but got a twin room. They quickly changed it but an error with the in room safe saw me change a 3rd time. I mentioned that I had originally booked because they had a sauna but saw it was an extra €9.90 per day. Gave me free access for 2 days. But sadly the sauna was nothing to write home about except by way of complaint. 2 night stay. 1st night checked out the sauna in preparation for the 2nd night to discover it might manage to sit a maximum of 3. No lockers etc. I didn't take the breakfast but that was due to timings — I start work super early. 2nd night I returned at 2100. Sauna listed to be in operation 1730 — 2200. Left all my stuff in my room and went to sauna. Got changed and showered to then discover the area between the changing room and the sauna shed was not lit up. Not being put off I walked over to the tiny sauna, opened the door and discovered it was turned off! Went back inside, got changed again and went downstairs to complain but to be blunt, they didn't seem to care. I'm back again in Berlin the following weekend. I chose somewhere else.

Very clean with nice amenities, just don't forget the do not disturb sign.

Nice for the price. Quite close to a bus stop thats quite useful. Staff is very friendly (at least those that work at night). The bar is very inviting, the mood and ambient relaxing. The bartender makes nice cocktails and is a friendly guy. Rooms are modern, new and very clean. There is also a sauna that one can use for a fee of course. When I go to Berlin again, this will definitely be my first choice to stay.

I liked the hotel very much. Food, service was all top. Room was also great (except toilet a bit small but also nice). I can definitely recommend it.

A very clean and super cheap hotel. The rooms are in good condition and kept very clean. The location is also absolutely adequate, in the middle of Moabit near tower road, so not far from the action. Public parking is available just outside the door and the staff were very friendly and accommodating:)

It is good hotel quality price The only bad thing is the connection with the subway/train other perfect.

I ordered the hotel via the Internet. Everything was clear and transparent. No overpayment and linings. The room is nice, new, clean, cozy. The hotel does not have its own parking. The location was very good. The location of the hotel is good. Close to shops and gas station. Very close to the center.

Very good hotel with good location as you have two bus stops at less than 700 meters. The breakfast buffet was great and the room was very good. The internet was sometimes slow but it has never been cut. Very clean and very good atmosphere.

The bathroom is the best thing of the hotel. It is located close to many high quality and expensive cars shops. This hotel tend to offer 2 single beds instead of double bed. This is a pain for couples. Also, there is not fridge in the room! Staff is very noisy. They didn't give us 2 cards for the room the first day. And when we asked for the other card they gave us without checking who we were. Not really safe. The room door didn't close properly and the first day it was left open because it didn't properly close. The space in the room is very bad used and furniture not well distributed.

The structure seems new and the personnel is very gentle. Bathroom super clean. The prices are very whortly. The area around is a little bit without attractions/restaurants/bar but in 10 minutes by earlier there are many more. Good connections with city center.

Service of Reception poor. Do not Hold my Wife with the Stroller and first gave us a Room which could not be reached for a Stroller.
There is a lot of room for Improvement here.

A nice hotel, very clean. It is well located in very quiet area and with a good combination of transport, penalty that at that time the main junction was moderately cut. The ideal hotel, the only counterpart the high price of the buffet breakfast, otherwise perfect even include daily a thermos and various types of teas and coffees.

This hotel is really nice and a good location for seeing Berlin. I recommend it for getting back together with your ex girlfriend if she happens to live in Berlin!

The staff we dealt with were polite yet customer service was lacking. The rooms were clean despite lacking basic amenities. We were most disappointed by this hotel. We arrived by taxi at 1:30am from the bahnhof because the hotel was 14 minutes walk in a poorly lit area. The gentleman greeted us, I gave him the name of the booking, he ignored me but proceeded to serve another guest behind us. After he served the guest I asked him if he needed the booking reference. He informed me he only needed the booking name. The city tax was paid for and our room key was given to us. Our room was on the 3rd floor around the back. I paid for a triple room. We received a double room with a toddler bed on the floor! My 11year old couldn't fit on it comfortably! The kettle was coated in lime scale. It needed throwing out! I went back to reception to query our 'triple room', the cleanliness of the kettle & the fact that there were no complementary slippers… What I received was excuses. Despite booking 4 weeks in advance. I was told by Herr that ours was the last room. He said he will speak to someone in the morning and see if we could be moved. As for the unhygienic looking kettle, I was told they were having 'issues' with the kettles and that was the last one… Complementary slippers, same theme 'last one'. This is by far the worse hotel we've stayed in.

Rooms are clean and almost comfortable. They need absolutely to change those cushions. The heating system was nice and the bathroom too even if it was a bit small. Breakfast at the hotel costs 14€/day so it is much better eating at locals. The location was nice because it is located in an industrial zone but there is not much to do in it. It is at least 15 min walking from the nearest Ubahn station. And yes a refrigerator would be great.

Nice and clean hotel with decent rooms. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet as well. However, it is a bit far from transportation and other nightlife.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, if a little small. But Internet access is catastrophic at peak time with no option for premium access. So I guess this is fine for tourists but not so much for business trips.

Good facilities, good food and excellent attention 100% recommended.

It's a very friendly hotel! The room was very comfortable and the rooms were very good. The only thing that if we had any problem was to understand with some rececpionista, then changed to one that knew English and was very sympathetic. He gave us advice on where to go and eat cheap. Highly recommended! Besides the public transport I was close so it was my easy to move around the city.

Quite okay actually. Only the Breakfast rolls did not taste and were very chewy and the air conditioning could not be adjusted. All in all, 4 stars.

We can only recommend this hotel!
The Lobi is very spacious and the receptionists are very nice!
The room was OK and the bathroom was big enough! My wife and I would have liked just a little völligeres pillow (is desirable but also sleeping thing)! The hammer but also the breakfast was all what the heart! The conditions were very nice and accommodating and had always an open ear for the guests!
Is all as you are, we see each other again!

Super Hotel — 10 min to subway — nice room with free Wi-Fi and good breakfast at the gate price of AMOA.

Good hotel. In the first room (314), Wi-Fi was impossible (constant crashes). In the second room, the Wi-Fi was then but stable. To recommend.

Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden. Guter Service und tolles Essen. Das Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung.

The guests were now for the second Time in the novelty. Have also pleased a lot, but this time it was not quite as nice as the last Time. As we wanted to in the evening, the two Cockails for the price of one get, I asked the bartender while he prepared a Cocktail, with his Einveratändnis two questions: 1. If we could take the Drinks with to the room — then I was ridiculed sarcastically. 2. Whether or not I should get the card from the room — he asked me, unfortunately, also sarcastically, whether he should do his work not finished, and if I was a bit unrelaxed. After he came back, he taught me about that one after the other would come. It's not the fine English art. Also, I noticed at Breakfast that many guests have to leave the Hotel, the Breakfast room to pass through. At the time of departure with suitcases, of course, still disturbing, but even without Luggage it is an unpleasant Breakfast accompaniment. All in All it is a great Hotel to get appropriate times, for there to be a catch, a really good Hotel!

Super friendly staff, super clean accommodation. Great Breakfast. The beds were wonderful to relax and recover. Price has fit for 3 people. We always come back.

Very nice, modern Hotel, neat, super Bad! The staff is totally friendly and accommodating, even in the morning 6:00! Highly recommend to you.

Hotel is OK, everything is good. To reach the foot but a lot of, then you have to take the Bus. The Breakfast, however, is booked for 12 Euro, and there is nothing you can do. (Business package or similar to see it)
So for people who are not on mounting to the charm…

Angesichts des Preises überraschend gutes, modernes Hotel mit recht großen, ruhigen Zimmern (gefühlt doppelt so groß wie bei MotelOne)

Super nice Hotel in a good location. It is a quiet location but one is with the buses almost every 10 minutes go very quickly after mid. Also, the bus stop is almost directly around the corner. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. At Breakfast you have a big selection, so something for everyone. The rooms were very neat and clean. Toilet and shower on top! It was every day and clean it really thoroughly. I can really only urge everyone. We will definitely again come again :)

I slept there for one night because I had morning flight from tegel airport next day. It's only 30 min from this airport (by bus) Hotel is clean, modern and new. My room was pretty specious for one person. Big plus for tea set in the room.

Great room but the so everyone can. The Service will go is below average. And I review Hotels generally bad, when the mineral water will rip you off! Impudence!

Great new clean hotel. Minimalistic, yet convenient. About 15-20 min walk to nearest underground station. But forget about underground and use buses which will take you anywhere in Berlin — use the bus stop which is 2 min walk from the Hotel to get you to central streets or stations.
