We only spent one night there, but the superior double room was great value for money. It was clean and tidy and everything was on the level you'd expect it to be. Despite the fact that we had very little contact with the staff I can say that they were very friendly.

Just terrible full stop. They clearly do not care about their guests.

Unfortunately, designed only and not really practical. Part of the room already very busy. Souterrain isn't really nice either.
Reception didn't matter the feedback.

The place is clean, but when cleaned was by encimita, the worst thing is that when you arrive you are asked to leave 100 euro deposit and when you leave you return automatically in the card and they take too long to do so.

We loved it. Cozy and nice. Just didn't have movies on the TV.

There was a night there. There is not much to complain about, but we have not spent a long time in the hotel. Room was clean and large and the hotel was very quiet. Many international guests to watch. If you are looking for your own sport — or sauna area, you won't find it here, but I'm not pulling off a star for that now …

Profit optimization by overbooking! Add to that unfriendly staff on the phone and a hotel manager who can be disavowed. There can be no talk of customers — and service orientation.

The hotel is well and centrally located. Service at the reception was great and the rooms were clean. Except for minor defects in the room, everything was i. O.

Very designy hotel, was very clean and had a great stay. The furnish and atmosphere is really very special. Staff was friendly and professional.

Spent the weekend for a city trip here a few nights. Photos keep what they promise. Rooms were clean as far as well as advertised. Price for a double room was relatively cheap for the short term booking, but was also booked via a comparison portal. Connection to U — and s — train are within walking distance. A bar, which is integrated in the hotel, is available but not heavily visited. Especially noteworthy is the own library.

The hotel has a unique style. It is a great location, only 8-10 min walk from an international bus station ZOB and s-bahn stop — messe nord. There is no restaurant but a nice, chic bar open for everyone. The staff is friendly and speaks several languages. There are different kind of rooms f. E. Low budget — obviously cheaper as it is in a lower level-basement, and then the standard double and twin as well as triple and quadruple.

Rooms were clean, reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downfall was bar staff were quite slow considering there was only about 5 people at the bar.

A very frivolous company. A reservation made should be based on the wrong date (my mistake) after 10! Minutes to be changed. Do not make them and the credit card will still be charged and the 2 single rooms must be charged. There is still no imprint or address to turn to. Never again this group!

Very clean. Great equipment. Price reasonable. Absolutely recommended. Metro highway and bus stop in the immediate vicinity.

Love the hotel. Great staff, the mattress is a bit too soft but that's just me. The decor makes you feel like you've paid €500 a night not 50! Seriously considering a return trip next year!

Stayed here for three nights and it was EXCELLENT! The hotel is very unique and interesting. My room was just perfect. I had an excellent view of the street, yet the room wasn’t too noisy. The air conditioner worked wonders in summer. The bed was super soft and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and chic. The hotel is also well positioned for the bus line. TONS of local food around and available at all hours. I will definitely look to stay here again on my return to Berlin.

This is s very Sheikh Hotel only downside was the price for breakfast £14 each. Good location only 4 stop's on the train to the centre of Berlin, and a 10 minute walk to the train station which had a direct link to the airport. There are lots of restaurants and bar's close by, and we felt safe to walk about at night.

Amazing room, design and the best bathroom I have seen with lots of clever details. The price is unbeatable for what you get!

Clean, modern, nice bed. Pretty cool for what I paid. Charlottenburg is a lovely area BUT it's far away from everything.

I think it's closer to 3 stars than 4. In general it is a good hotel, we failed some add-ons of the room and told us that you failed in all.

The hotel looks totally stylish — the sham is deceptive. At the reception you don't speak German and broken English. A deposit is required in the amount of €100. What? Rooms are designed to be functional, the glass door to the bathroom can not be made at all, such an interesting design idea. In the hotel bar you can wait in vain for the service, after 20 minutes the lady arrives and picks up the order. The card contains 4 red wines, all 4 do not happen today. We take a Rubino Rosso, which unfortunately stands up more than a day and tastes hideous. Am looking forward to checking out… No further recommendation, that is fixed.

Four nights stayed there, not even sucked or a little wiped. Not clean! Unfriendly staff. Breakfast is not enough, but it's not the same. Parking problems! This hotel is not recommended!

The room we booked at the hotel was very damp and had an accompanying smell. The staff were accommodating and moved us to a different and much larger room. The room was nice but was very warm and the a/c did not work. There was also a loud noise from a vent or something in the room which continued around the clock. The hotel is in a good location, which is quiet but with easy access to public transport to all areas of the city. Not much atmosphere at the hotel during our stay, didn't see anyone at the bar during our 5 nights.

I quite enjoyed my stay here. The room is certainly beautiful and the bed was quite comfy. Love the shower room especially. Breakfast was okay but when it's not crowded actually not bad with view to the outside. Price seems fair to me. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Here at the moment. Lovely, quirky room. Good breakfast. Not city centre but it's easy to get there by bus or train. Lots of great restaurants within short walking distance. Thoroughly recommend it.

Good location, nice staff, super-equipped rooms — well maintained, appealing ambiance. Very clean.

I took my watch off at night and put it in bed.
Unfortunately I had forgotten them then, after checking out I had called hours later and asked if she was given by housekeeping?
Unfortunately, my watch is no longer to be found, even a day later no more!

This hotel is clean and in a great location to get to all the tourist attractions due to good transport links.

The Hotel from the outside is relatively nondescript. One enters the reception area, is also welcomed. There is a Bar, according to staff, this 24 is open but then comes this: "O-Ton, The drinks in the Minibar in the rooms are cheaper" (I thought to myself, is he Serious?!? ) — come translated: just not in the Bar, I have no desire to. Maybe he wanted to catch a couple of pokemon? To the room, modern, great bathroom, there is nothing wrong with that. The next morning, the Breakfast! No fresh bread / no ordinary coffee, Cappuccino ect. Surcharge, Service, underground. And all for 12€ is clearly too much. The Breakfast has a Budget Hotel level

Beautiful rooms, not too big. Functional and noble design, but comfortable, equipment corresponds to the expectations and the price level.
Catering: Since the hotel offers a full service to be expected cuts at breakfast and during the bar — operation should be.
The bar / breakfast room is a design attraction, in which it is worthwhile to take time in the evening a few drinks (panoramic view on the kantstrasse)
And offered that you can save the €12, 00 really is a such a rich range of international breakfast, lunch and dinner within a radius of less than 5 min walk. For that get most on the SUAREZStrasße 3 people fed up (breakfast).
Parking: no problem, direct access with own car limited, but when reservation poorly signposted to the parking lot.
For a short trip to Berlin to explore the city and sights recommended, you want to spend Yes all day in the hotel room.

The rooms are very nice, unfortunately, you hear the air conditioning and waste water of the other rooms very much. Breakfast is somewhat thin for €12, coffee there is just a huge jug and the staff could be friendly also.

No On-Site Restaurant. Pizza Services will be happy to come. Night porter speaks only English and Russian. Very nice Superior room. Hardly any Parking in the area.

From the outside it looks not so great but nice inside. The room is tip Top and the Service very friendly. 300€ for 4 nights, I think is appropriate only Breakfast with 12 €/day/Person effect is a bit much. Parking also costs 12 € a day. The rooms are very modern, the TV is capable of Smartphone Videos or movies to play, the curtains automatically go on and on and the Scharlosinen from the bathroom can also be electrically and flaps. (Disc/Scharlosinen/Disc) The bathroom is also wonderful. This Hotel can only recommend.

Incredibly bad Service. Only wrong room, then the window and the climate is broken. As a compromise, we were in a new room moved. There toilet is defective, the climate did not work, hair of previous guests incl. Wollmaus in the bathroom. Room in 3 days not once cleaned, Breakfast is a disaster. Hotel to 80% of Russian citizens visited, so languages are probably all employees in the Service almost exclusively not English, but something Slavic. With more than 30 guests for Breakfast, the Service was completely overwhelmed, some of the guests are without food unnerved gone. Where the star of the hotel is completely unclear. Not to be recommended! The Good in the end: if the fire alarm goes off, what from time to time can happen — the fire service is a Querstr. Next. So you can stand just a half-hour before the door without Info or Entschuldig or enlightenment — maybe due to the language barrier… Who has the choice, the almost 100, — € per night in a double room without Breakfast! are elsewhere certainly be better invested.

A supper Hotel. From the outside, you recognize not his works. But as soon as goes in is one speechless. Classy and chic. The hallways and Lobby tip top. The rooms are very nice and modern furnishings. Beautiful rain shower. A supper comfortable Queen size bed. One star deduction is because the cleaning ladies too loud in the morning were, under the bed, dust came out and our air conditioning loud. Otherwise, everything top. Highly recommended for a few nice days in berlin.
