A nice, modern hotel. A good location — a metro nearby, where you can quickly reach the center or go a little to the side and be on the pedestrian-shop street Wilmersdorfer. Our room was cozy, clean, with a safe, TV, fridge. Shower ingultimate class. Cleaning is daily, the staff are responsive and friendly. Breakfasts are expensive, but if you do not want to spend, in Berlin with breakfasts there are no problems.

Cool and affordable hotel. The staff is realy nice and even made it possible for us to move into our room half an houre early. The rooms where quiet and offered everything one would expect. The building itself is kind of showing it's age but we took that as a sign of authenticity. We will be comming back.

No AC, summer can be warm. And worst of all no coffee in the rooms!

Our 1 visit. But not the last one with tchibo — hilton voucher. Nice stay. Parking right at the hotel. Great breakfast and fast on the subway.
We had a super double room, the bathroom could tolerate an upgrade. The beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful room with large balcony (8th floor) and air conditioning.

Clean place, kind and professional service, average breakfast and coffee, no dinners in the hotel, poor workout area, very different rooms standard even for the same price this us not clear for me because you can pay the same money and have a big room or small tiny roomie. Strange. Anyway its OK nothing fancy.

4-star hotel, yes — all criteria met… but: generally not a nice hotel. Room clean but uncomfortable. Small bathrooms, unused. No functioning ventilation in the bathroom — very uncomfortable. Badtür squeaks and Knarckst extremely. Window to a busy 4spurige street, as there is no air conditioning available there are only two options: sweating or enormous vehicle noise. Corridors unkempt. Not recommended in this day and age.

Extremely large room, good arrival service, free sweets and juice at the entrance, and a complete and satisfactory breakfast. Good view to the Berlin Zoo and in the middle of the center. A few steps away from a subway station. Good hotel at a good price, one gets a pleasant surprise to see so much comfort in such a place.

Standard rooms are quite large and modern furnitured. Bathrooms are kind of ancient but okay. Good service and very good breakfast.

Excellent hotel, excellent price and the attention of the amazing staff. Place with bathrooms adapted for people with different capacities.

Great location, and well equiped spaces for business presentations.

Great. Room was first class, service as well. Except our TV which had no reception but we had the possibility to move or to get free drinks at the bar. The breakfast was also very good. Overall very satisfied.

Small drawback, in the room is a variety of snacks and drinks at outrageous prices. Example Cola 0, 2 for 3. €50.

I have stayed here for 9 days related to a business trip. This hotel has good facilities staff is friendly and helpful. Only breakfast will be available and bar is open in the evening.

We were traveling with our baby son, and the experience was great! Huge room, with a very large bed. Rooms were super clean and we enjoyed late check-out. Very recommended.

Over 100 overnight stays per year speak for themselves. Good breakfast, very nice staff, great clean rooms, only drawback are the small bathrooms.

Fits, rooms are good and clean, beds for my liking top, bathroom is I. O and completely adequate. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast does not leave any wishes open. Underground Garage (€15) or parking deck (€10) are OK. Next subway is not 5 minutes away. All in all, the hotel is recommended.

Staff was friendly, checkin and checkout ran entertaining and uncomplicated. Unfortunately the room was a bit cold for my taste and this changed hardly within the few hours until bedtime despite heating up to 5, also there was unfortunately no blanket. But I certainly would have been able to get the second on demand. Moreover, the room was very tidy and had a large TV. The connection to the public transport network is wonderful thanks to the close subway station. All in all a satisfactory stay and I would stay here again.

The lobby with all that applies reception and place for breakfast and dinner perfect, but the rooms are horrible are Post war they don't have air conditioning, you hear all the noise from outside inside the room and the pillows are horrible; But the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is located half a block from the Metro with which you can make combinations for everywhere. There are several restaurants in the area. The hotel is very comfortable with a very good breakfast buffet. They rent bicycles. Highly recommended.

Excellent room and the reception is very welcoming. I enjoy my trip.

We were already in much better hotels. Shower did not work properly, sometimes cold times warm and then without pressure. Everything is very outdated and does not work properly. The elevators are defective. And breakfast was 0815. Not again.

Staff willing to help. Thank God they have smoking rooms.

The hotel is not too far from interesting points, you can get to the zoo in 10 minutes. Also there are a few places to eat one block away, the breakfast is basic but with very good options. The rooms are excellent with a lot of space and very comfortable.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. I stayed in a larger room with modern furniture and a comfortable king size bed on the 5th floor for a decent price, but the room could probably use some air conditioning for hot summer times. Very close to two underground stations (approx. 200 — 300 m). Internet is free, but very slow unless you pay premium.

Rooms are ok as far as up on the bathroom small. Zu. Shower misplaced showers would be more appropriate. Breakfast buffet was great. On the tables, a small table would be very appropriate trash cans. Staff is very friendly.

The room given to me was Family and was very large. It consisted of a living room with table and sofa. Armchairs… more bedroom. A penalty being only. The buffet breakfast varied and correct for a hotel of this kind. Silent night and conformable.

Staff very nice, room pleasant, Breakfast plentiful. Bar in the evening, forever and without staff, bathroom not very nice, the noise of traffic on the road significantly.

Excellent hotel, the rooms are very comfortable, they have free Wi-Fi with a pass that you provide and just two blocks from the U-bahn. Recommended.
